| 1 | Relative position determination of a lunar rover using the biased differential phase delay of same-beam VLBI显示文摘When only data transmission signals with a bandwidth of 1 MHz exist in the rover, the position can be obtained using the differential group delay data of the same-beam very long baseline interferometry (VLBI). The relative position between a lunar rover and a lander can be determined with an error of several hundreds of meters. When the guidance information of the rover is used to determine relative position, the rover's wheel skid behavior and integral movement may influence the accuracy of the determined position. This paper proposes a new method for accurately determining relative position. The differential group delay and biased differential phase delay are obtained from the same-beam VLBI observation, while the modified biased differential phase delay is obtained using the statistic mean value of the differential group delay and the biased phase delay as basis. The small bias in the modified biased phase delay is estimated together with other parameters when the relative position of the rover is calculated. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed using the same-beam VLBI observation data of SELENE. The radio sources onboard the rover and the lander are designed for same-beam VLBI observations. The results of the simulations of the differential delay of the same-beam VLBI observation between the rover and the lander show that the differential delay is sensitive to relative position. An approach to solving the relative position and a strategy for tracking are also introduced. | 3 | Effects of Dietary Soy Isoflavones on Feed Intake,Growth Performance and Digestibility in Juvenile Japanese Flounder(Paralichthys olivaceus)显示文摘An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary soy isoflavones on feeding intake,growth performance,and digestion of juvenile Japanese flounder(Paralichthys olivaceus).Four isonitrogenous(49% crude protein) and isoenergetic(20.1 MJ kg-1) diets were formulated to contain four graded levels of soy isoflavones,namely,0,1,4 and 8 g soy isoflavones in 1 kg of diet.Each diet was randomly fed to triplicate tanks of fish(Initial average weight:2.58 g ± 0.01 g),and each tank was stocked with 35 fish.No significant difference was observed among diets with levels of 0,1 and 4 g kg-1 soy isoflavones in feed intake,weight gain,feed efficiency ratio(FER),proximate composition of fish whole body and apparent digestibility coefficients(ADC) of nutrients and energy(P>0.05).However,high dietary soy isoflavones level(8 g kg-1) significantly depressed weight gain,FER,whole-body crude lipid content of fish and ADC of nutrients(P<0.05).These results indicate that high level of dietary soy isoflavones(above 4 g kg-1) significantly depresses growth responses and FER of Japanese flounder.However,as the content of soy isoflavones in soybean meal is around 1 to 3 g kg-1,the adverse effects might be neglected when soybean products are used as a fish feed ingredient. | MAI Kangsen ZHANG Yanjiao CHEN Wei XU Wei AI Qinghui ZHANG Wenbing | 2012 | Journal of Ocean University of China2012,11,4: | 9 |
| 4 | Occurrence, polarity and bioavailability of dissolved organic matter in the Huangpu River,China显示文摘Dissolved organic matter(DOM)plays an important role in biogeochemical cycles in aquatic ecosystem.To investigate the characteristics of DOM in Huangpu River(the last tributary of the Yangtze River),surface water samples were collected along the river from December2011 to June,2013.The concentrations of dissolved organic carbon(DOC),the absorbance and fluorescence spectrum of DOM in water samples were measured.Fluorescent DOM in the Huangpu River was decomposed into four components by the parallel factor analysis(PARAFAC),including one humic-like substance and three protein-like substances.It showed that high spatial variability of DOC concentration was observed in the upstream water compared to the downstream water,and so did the absorbance coefficients of chromophoric dissolved organic matter and the total fluorescence intensities of different PARAFAC components of DOM.Furthermore,there was a large difference between the polarity and bioavailability of DOM in the Huangpu River.Polar compounds dominated tyrosine-like component of fluorescent DOM in all seasons.Tryptophan-like and humic-like substances had more polar fraction in summer and autumn than those in winter,while aromatic protein-like materials had the highest polar fraction in winter.Almost all of fluorescent DOM components were refractory in spring,while less than 20%of fluorescent DOM in average were biodegradable within 4 weeks in other seasons.We concluded that the spatial variation in the abundance of DOM in the Huangpu River is mainly affected by the water discharges from the Hangjiahu Plain and the seasonal difference in polarity and bioavailability of DOM is largely determined by its origins. | Qianqian Dong Penghui Li Qinghui Huang Ahmed A.Abdelhafez Ling Chen | 2014 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2014,26,9: | 7 |

| 7 | A generalized multi-field coupling approach and its application to stability and deformation control of a high slope显示文摘Human activities,such as blasting excavation,bolting,grouting and impounding of reservoirs,will lead to disturbances to rock masses and variations in their structural features and material properties.These engineering disturbances are important factors that would alter the natural evolutionary processes or change the multi-field interactions in the rock masses from their initial equilibrium states.The concept of generalized multi-field couplings was proposed by placing particular emphasis on the role of engineering disturbances in traditional multi-field couplings in rock masses.A mathematical model was then developed,in which the effects of engineering disturbances on the coupling-processes were described with changes in boundary conditions and evolutions in thermo-hydro-mechanical(THM) properties of the rocks.A parameter,d,which is similar to damage variables but has a broader physical meaning,was conceptually introduced to represent the degree of engineering disturbances and the couplings among the material properties.The effects of blasting excavation,bolting and grouting in rock engineering were illustrated with various field observations or theoretical results,on which the degree of disturbances and the variations in elastic moduli and permeabilities were particularly focused.The influences of excavation and groundwater drainage on the seepage flow and stability of the slopes were demonstrated with numerical simulations.The proposed approach was further employed to investigate the coupled hydro-mechanical responses of a high rock slope to excavation,bolting and impounding of the reservoir in the dam left abutment of Jinping I hydropower station.The impacts of engineering disturbances on the deformation and stability of the slope during construction and operation were demonstrated. | Chuangbing Zhou Yifeng Chen Qinghui Jiang Wenbo Lu | 2011 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2011,3,3: | 5 |

| 9 | Safety and efficacy of Yupingfeng granules in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection:A randomized clinical trial显示文摘Importance:Recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)is common in children.Inappropriate RRTI treatment will lead to asthma and other diseases,thereby seriously affecting the growth and physical health of children.Immune function modulation can prevent and alleviate childhood RRTI.Yupingfeng(YPF),a patented traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),has immunomodulatory effects and is widely used in China to treat children with RRTI.Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of YPF monotherapy in treating children with RRTI.Methods:This multicenter,randomized,double-blind,double-simulation,noninferiority clinical trial was conducted from January 2015 to August 2017,with an 8-week treatment period and 52-week follow-up after the drug withdrawal.Children aged 2–6 years with RRTI meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled in 13 hospitals in China and divided randomly into three groups(2:2:1 ratio)to receive YPF,pidotimod,or placebo.The primary outcome was the proportion of RRTI returning to normal standard level during the follow-up.The secondary outcomes were reduction in the number of RRTI recurrences,effect on clinical symptoms(in accord with TCM practice),effect per symptom,and safety.The trial was registered at the Chinese Clinical Trials Registry(www.chictr.org.cn)under the unique identifier ChiCTR-IPR-15006847.Results:Three hundred and fifty-one children were enrolled and randomly assigned to 3 groups;124,125,and 61 children in the YPF,pidotimod,and placebo groups,respectively,had completed the trial.During the follow-up,the proportion of RRTI returning to normal standard level was 73.13%,67.15%,and 38.81%with YPF,pidotimod,and placebo,respectively(P<0.0001).The proportion of cases who returned to normal standard level in the YPF group was 34.32%higher than that in the placebo group.The safety profile did not significantly differ among the groups.Interpretation:YPF granules were noninferior to the active control drug pidotimod oral solution for the treatment of RRTI in children,and were superior to placebo,with a high safety profile. | Baoping Xu Xinmin Li Siyuan Hu Yixiao Bao Fengmei Chen Zhimin Chen Yonggang Du Enmei Liu Yufeng Liu Qinghui Mou Baoling Su Bo Wang Jianwen Xu Guiping Xu Qiaozhi Yang Liwei Gao Xiaohui Liu Lei Li Rong Ma Kunling Shen | 2022 | Pediatric Investigation2022,6,2: | 3 |
| 10 | Growth and photosynthesis responses of Phaeodactylum tricornutum to dissolved organic matter from salt marsh plant and sediment显示文摘The effects of allochthonous dissolved organic matter (DOM) on the growth and photosynthesis of Phaeodactylum tricornutum were investigated. P. tricornutum incubated in f/2 medium was exposed to DOM additives, which were extracted from the plant and sediment samples of a salt marsh in North Branch of the Yangtze estuary, China. During 12 days incubation, the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of P. tricornutum were measured by a Phyto-PAM phytoplankton analyzer. Spectral properties of DOM in algae filtrates were also observed. The concentrations of chlorophyll a, active chlorophyll a, and the maximum quantum yield of photosystem II significantly decreased after four days of incubation, suggesting that the growth and photosynthetic efficiency of P. tricornutum were inhibited. After adding sediment-DOM extract, both a 250 /a 365 (the ratio of the absorption coefficients at 250 and 365 nm) and S values (spectral slope coefficients) of algae filtrates declined in the first two days, which demonstrated a loss of low molecular weight DOM. Parallel factor analysis of fluorescence spectra of DOM in algae filtrates revealed that DOM could be classified into two humic-like and two protein-like components. The fluorescence intensity of tyrosine-like component originating from algae increased significantly during incubation. | 11 | Exosomes derived from human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells reduce tendon injuries via the miR-27b-3p/ ARHGAP5/RhoA signaling pathway显示文摘Tendon injuries are common clinical issues resulted from tissue overuse and age-related degeneration.Previous sutdies have suggested that exosomes secreted by mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)contribute to tissue injury repair.Here,we provide evidence for a critical role of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell(hucMSC)-derived exosomes in reducing tendon injury by activating the RhoA signaling.Treatment of primary injured tenocytes with hucMSC exosomes increases cell proliferation and invasion,which correlates with increased RhoA activity.RhoA mediates the effects of hucMSC exosomes,as treatment of primary injured tenocytes with the RhoA inhibitor,CCG-1423,abolishes the effects of hucMSC exosomes on cell proliferation and invasion.Mechanistically,we observe that hucMSC exosomes induce the expression of a microRNA,miR-27b-3p,which targets and suppresses ARHGAP5,a negative regulator of RhoA.Consistent with this observation,ARHGAP5 overexpression suppresses the effects of hucMSC exosomes on cell proliferation and invasion,while knockdown of ARHGAP5 rescues these effects.Finally,we demonstrate the functional significance of our findings in vivo using an Achilles tendon injury model and show that treatment with exosomes reduces tendon injury in rats,which correlates with increased RhoA activity and reduced ARHGAP5 expression.Taken together,our findings highlight a critical role of hucMSC exosomes in reducing tendon injury via miR-27b-3p-mediated suppression of ARHGAP5,resulting in RhoA activation,and leading to increased cell proliferation and invasion of primary injured tenocytes. | Qinghui Han Shuguang Wang Dawei Chen Di Gan Tao Wang | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,2: | 2 |
