1CO_2 permeability of fractured coal subject to confining pressures and elevated temperature: Experiments and modeling显示文摘The CO_2 permeability of fractured coal is of great significance to both coalbed gas extraction and CO_2 storage in coal seams, but the effects of high confining pressure, high injection pressure and elevated temperature on the CO_2 permeability of fractured coal with different fracture extents have not been investigated thoroughly. In this paper, the CO_2 permeability of fractured coals sampled from a Pingdingshan coal mine in China and artificially fractured to a certain extent is investigated through undrained triaxial tests. The CO_2 permeability is measured under the confining pressure with a range of 10–25 MPa, injection pressure with a range of 6–12 MPa and elevated temperature with a range of 25–70°C. A mechanistic model is then proposed to characterize the CO_2 permeability of the fractured coals. The effects of thermal expansion, temperature-induced reduction of adsorption capacity, and thermal micro-cracking on the CO_2 permeability are explored. The test results show that the CO_2 permeability of naturally fractured coal saliently increases with increasing injection pressure. The increase of confining pressure reduces the permeability of both naturally fractured coal and secondarily fractured coal. It is also observed that initial fracturing by external loads can enhance the permeability, but further fracturing reduces the permeability. The CO_2 permeability decreases with the elevation of temperature if the temperature is lower than 44°C, but the permeability increases with temperature once the temperature is beyond 44°C. 2Design and test of fault monitoring system for corn precision planter显示文摘With the growing demand and working complexity of corn precision planter,it becomes more important to monitor the working performance through intelligent systems.A new fault monitoring system for corn precision planters was designed and tested.This system consisted of the information acquisition module,controller module,alarm module,input module and display module.A capacitive sensor was utilized to monitor the seed flow without changing the track of a precision planter.This system can monitor the whole sowing process of a seed-metering device in real-time.The sowing status,fault type and fault location can be displayed on liquid crystal display(LCD).Warning light on the LCD reminds the operator of abnormal conditions.Bench tests and field tests showed that the minimum monitoring accuracies of missing sowing and total sowing number were 92.11%and 94.28%,respectively,and the seed level sensor and the opener sensor worked well.This system can accurately prompt the seed-metering mechanism in real-time.Qi Jiangtao Jia Honglei Li Yang Yu Haibo Liu Xinhui Lan Yubin Feng Xianzhen Yang Yongxi 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,6:6

4Trending IC design directions in 2022显示文摘For the non-stop demands for a better and smarter society, the number of electronic devices keeps increasing exponentially;and the computation power, communication data rate, smart sensing capability and intelligence are always not enough. Hardware supports software, while the integrated circuit(IC) is the core of hardware. In this long review paper, we summarize and discuss recent trending IC design directions and challenges, and try to give the readers big/cool pictures on each selected small/hot topics. 5Refinement mechanism of cerium addition on solidification structure and sigma phase of super austenitic stainless steel S32654显示文摘The influence of Ce addition on the solidification structure and σphase of super austenitic stainless steel S32654 was systematically investigated via microstructural characterization and thermodynamic calcula- tion. The results indicate that a small addition of Ce could modify MgO and MnS into Ce-bearing inclu- sions Ce_(2)O_(3)and Ce_(2)O_(2)S. Ce addition led to noticeable refinement of both the dendrite structure and σphase. The refinement mechanism could be attributed to the combined actions of effective Ce-bearing inclusions and solute Ce. Effective Ce-bearing inclusions could serve as heterogeneous nucleation cores of austenite as well as σphase, which provided a favorable prerequisite for their refinement. Solute Ce significantly enhanced the undercooling degree of the system, further promoting dendrite structure re- finement. Meanwhile, solute Ce improved the eutectic precipitation conditions of σphase and further promoted its nucleation, while the dendrite refinement limited its growth space. Finally, more fine and dispersed σphase particles formed in S32654 with Ce addition. 6DC-CIK联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效评价(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to evaluate the safety and therapeutic effects of autologous dendritic cells co-cultured with cytokine-induced killer cells (DC-CIK) combined with chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Methods: Fifty patients with advanced NSCLC (stages III to IV), who had received therapies in our Center (Department of Biotherapy, Affiliated to Cancer Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, Taiyuan, China) from August 2008 to January 2010, were treated by DC-CIK + chemotherapy as the combined treatment group; fifty advanced NSCLC patients treated with chemotherapy at the same time served as controls. The immunologic function, short-term therapeutic effects, the 1-year survival rate, the life quality, the chemotherapy side effects were compared between the two groups, the safety and therapeutic effects of DC-CIK cells therapy were observed too. Results: There was no obvious change of subsets of T cells in peripheral blood before and after therapy in DC-CIK + chemotherapy group, and IFN-γ was improved after therapy in this group (P < 0.05); in chemotherapy alone group, the ratios of CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+, CD3-CD56+ cells and the secretion of IL-2, TNF-α decreased significantly after therapy (P < 0.05); the ratios of CD3+CD8+, CD3+CD56+ were improved after cell culture (P < 0.05). The disease control rate (DCR) of DC-CIK + chemotherapy group was higher than that in the chemotherapy alone group (78.0% vs 56.0%, P < 0.05); the 1-year survival rates of DC-CIK + chemotherapy group and chemotherapy alone group were 50% and 44% respectively, had no significant difference. Compared with chemotherapy alone group, the occurrence of chemotherapy side effects (including bone marrow suppression, nausea and vomiting, peripheral nerve toxicity) was less in the DC-CIK + chemotherapy group (P < 0.05). The physical and appetite were better in DC-CIK + chemotherapy group after therapy. 7Influence mechanism of boron segregation on the microstructure evolution and hot ductility of super austenitic stainless steel S32654显示文摘Influence mechanism of B segregation on the microstructure evolution and hot ductility of S32654 at850-1250℃was systematically investigated through experimental research and theoretical calculation.The results demonstrated that the segregation of B at grain boundary(GB)played different roles in the microstructure evolution and hot ductility at various temperatures.At 850℃,B segregation inhibited Mo segregation at the GB and enhanced the GB cohesion.At 900-950℃,B segregation restricted the diffusion and segregation of Mo to the GB,inhibiting the precipitation ofσphase.At 1000-1050℃,B segregation accelerated the dislocation accumulation and limited the GB migration,promoting the nucleation and inhibiting the growth of DRX grains.At 1100-1150℃,B has little effect on the DRX due to sufficient energy supply by higher temperature.Under the above beneficial effects of B,the hot ductility of S32654 was improved to varying degrees at 850-1150℃.However,as the temperature increased to1200-1250℃,B segregation decreased the solidus temperature and enhanced the liquefaction cracking tendency,resulting in a deterioration of the hot ductility.Jiangtao Yu Shucai Zhang Huabing Li Zhouhua Jiang Hao Feng Panpan Xu Peide Han 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,17:2

9Additive manufacturing of a high-strength ZrC-SiC and TC4 gradient structure based on a combination of laser deposition technique and brazing显示文摘A ZrC-SiC and TC4 gradient structure(ZTGS)was additively manufactured through the laser deposition technique and brazing process.The research results indicated that SiC-reinforced TC4-based gradient layers could be obtained on the TC4 surface by laser deposition.ZrC-SiC and TC4 coated with gradient layers were brazed using an AgCuTi filler to fabricate the ZTGS.The effects of the gradient structure and brazing parameters on the ZTGS strength were investigated.With an increase in Layer II and Layer III thickness,the ZTGS shear strength increased.The brazing temperature and holding time affected the ZTGS shear strength by controlling the formation and distribution of the Cu4Ti phase in the brazing zone.The strengthening mechanism of the ZTGS was revealed by analyzing the residual stress distribution in the ZTGS.Compressive residual stress was formed in ZrC-SiC adjacent to the TC4 substrate or the deposited gradient layer,which was found to negatively affect the properties of the ZTGS.The increase in gradient layer thickness reduced the maximum residual stress in ZrC-SiC,and the effect of Layer III on the residual stress was more significant than that of Layer II.The calculated residual stress evolution matched the ZTGS property values well,revealing the strengthening mechanism.Qian Wang Junmiao Shi Lixia Zhang Jiangtao Xiong Jinglong Li Ninshu Ma Jicai Feng 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,4:2

The artificial reef technology develops slowly in China compared with developed countries,such as the United States and Japan,and there are still many issues urgently to be solved.When an artificial reef is released in water,there are various kinds of forces,and its forces and flow field-effect are closely related to surrounding conditions and its own performance. Currently,there are no mature conclusions on research of hydrodynamics of artificial reef. 13Sequential quadratic programming-based non-cooperative target distributed hybrid processing optimization method显示文摘The distributed hybrid processing optimization problem of non-cooperative targets is an important research direction for future networked air-defense and anti-missile firepower systems. In this paper, the air-defense anti-missile targets defense problem is abstracted as a nonconvex constrained combinatorial optimization problem with the optimization objective of maximizing the degree of contribution of the processing scheme to non-cooperative targets, and the constraints mainly consider geographical conditions and anti-missile equipment resources. The grid discretization concept is used to partition the defense area into network nodes, and the overall defense strategy scheme is described as a nonlinear programming problem to solve the minimum defense cost within the maximum defense capability of the defense system network. In the solution of the minimum defense cost problem, the processing scheme, equipment coverage capability, constraints and node cost requirements are characterized, then a nonlinear mathematical model of the non-cooperative target distributed hybrid processing optimization problem is established, and a local optimal solution based on the sequential quadratic programming algorithm is constructed, and the optimal firepower processing scheme is given by using the sequential quadratic programming method containing non-convex quadratic equations and inequality constraints.
