1Aerodynamic configuration optimization by the integration of aerodynamics, aerothermodynamics and trajectory for hypersonic vehicles显示文摘The problem of aerodynamic configuration design optimization is a multidisciplinary design optimization(MDO) problem, and recently the MDO method is widely adopted in the field of hypersonic vehicle configuration design. From the aerodynamic point of view, the aerodynamics, aerothermodynamics and trajectory are considered in this paper. Generally speaking, the aerodynamic characteristics, aerodynamic heating and trajectory are determined by the aerodynamic configuration and the design of flight trajectory. The design method considering these three disciplines is proposed. The parametric geometrical configurations are proposed, and the aerodynamic characteristics are predicted by the rapid and effective engineering method. The optimization of aerodynamic configuration considering the integration of aerodynamics,aerothermodynamics and trajectory is investigated based on the parametric geometrical configuration. Maximum lift-to-drag ratio, maximum range of the trajectory and minimum total heat load of the stagnation point are chosen as the three optimal goals. The detailed research indicates that the optimal configurations and trajectories with different weighting factors can be obtained by the optimization, and there are obvious differences between them. 2Rat model of cholelithiasis with human gallstones implanted in cholestasis-induced virtual gallbladder显示文摘AIM:To facilitate translational research on cholelithiasis,we have developed a rat model of human gallstones by exploiting the unique biliopancreatic features of this species.METHODS:Under anesthesia,16 adult rats of equal genders underwent two times of abdominal surgery.First,their common bile duct(CBD)was ligated to cause cholestasis by total biliary obstruction(TBO).On day 0,1,3,7,14,21 and 28 after TBO,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)was conducted to monitor the dilatation of the CBD,and blood was sampled to analyze total serum bilirubin(TSB).Secondly,on day 30,the abdomen was re-opened and gallstone(s)collected from human patients were implanted in the dilated CBD asa virtual gallbladder(VGB),which was closed by suture ligation.This rat cholelithiasis model was examined by MRI,clinical observation,microcholangiography and histology.RESULTS:All rats survived two laparotomies.After ligation,the CBD was dilated to a stable size of 4 to30 mm in diameter on day 21-28,which became a VGB.The rats initially showed signs of jaundice that diminished over time,which paralleled with the evolving TSB levels from 0.6±0.3 mg/d L before ligation,through a peak of 10.9±1.9 mg/dL on day 14,until a nearly normalized value after day 28.The dilated CBD with thickened wall allowed an incision for implantation of human gallstones of 1-10 mm in diameter.The rat cholelithiasis was proven by in vivo MRI and postmortem microcholangiography and histomorphology.CONCLUSION:A rat model cholelithiasis with human gallstones has been established,which proves feasible,safe,reliable,nontoxic and cost-effective.Given the gallstones of human origin,applications of this model may be of help in translational research such as optical detection and lysis of gallstones by systemic drug administration.Marlein Miranda Cona Yewei Liu Ting Yin Yuanbo Feng Feng Chen Stefaan Mulier Yue Li Jian Zhang Raymond Oyen Yicheng Ni 2016World Journal of Methodology2016,6,2:7
3Pancreatic imaging:Current status of clinical practices and small animal studies显示文摘Different causative factors acting on the pancreas can result in diseases such as pancreatitis, diabetes and pancreatic tumors. The high incidence and mortality of pancreatic diseases have placed diagnostic imaging in a crucial position in daily clinical practice. In this minireview article different pancreatic imaging techniques are discussed, from the standard clinical imaging modalities and state of the art clinical magnetic resonance imaging techniques to current situations in pre-clinical pancreatic imaging studies. 7Improved monochromatic pyrometry for synchronous measurement of full-field temperature and deformation显示文摘Measuring the temperature and deformation synchronously at elevated temperatures is technically challenging and has become a major concern in the evaluation of mechanical properties. In this study, a simple, easy-to-implement, yet effective monochromatic pyrometry is established for non-contact and full-field temperature measurements, which can significantly reduce the error caused by the camera’s channel crosstalk that commonly occurs in the existing improved two-color method. In addition, hightemperature digital image correlation, combined with band-pass filtering and monochromatic illumination, is applied for deformation measurement. Subsequently, an experimental system was set up to validate the accuracy of the proposed method,which consists of a CCD camera for image capturing, a blue bandpass filter for radiation suppression, blue light irradiation for light compensation, and an infrared pyrometer for temperature recording. 8Measurement of Factors behind the Decline of the Agricultural Labor Share in Total Labor Force of China(1990-2030)显示文摘On the basis of a simple model identifying the relationship between the agricultural labor share in total labor force and the determining factors,such as number of new participators to,and those leaving from agriculture and transferring to non-farming,this paper estimates the contribution of the determining factors for the changes of agricultural labor share during the period 1990~2030.Given the assumption about the average annual decline of the agricultural labor share in future,the number of new participates to agricultural labor is estimated to decline from 20.23 million during 2005~2010 to 11.42 million during 2010-2030,and the numbers of leaving and tranferring are estimated to change from 42.20 million and 38.43 million to 27.04 million and 29.49 million respectively during the same period. The factors of entrance,exit and transfer,which contribute to the decline of the agricultural labor share,are described to change from- 15.1%,34.7%and 38.1%respectively in 2005~2010 to-22.6%,54.3% and 49.8%in 2025~2030.The nonfarming job creation may decline from 69.69 million in 2005~2010 to 35.08 million in 2025~2030.The policy implications of the finding are also discussed.Lu Feng Yang Yewei 2012China Population Today2012,29,6:0
