| 1 | First-principles calculations of electronic structure and optical properties of strained Mg_2Si显示文摘A detailed theoretical study on structural,electronic and optical properties of Mg2Si under the isotropic lattice deformation was performed based on the first-principles pseudopotential method.The results show that the isotropic lattice deformation results in a linear decrease in the energy gap for the directΓ15-Γ1 and indirectΓ15-L1 transitions from 93%to 113%,while the indirect band gapΓ15-X1 increases from 93%to 104%and then reduces over 104%.When the crystal lattice is 93%compressed and 113% stretched,the magnesium silicide is a zero-gap semiconductor.Furthermore,the isotropic lattice deformation makes the dielectric function shift and the static dielectric constant change. | CHEN Qian XIE Quan ZHAO FengJuan CUI DongMeng LI XuZhen | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,21: | 4 |

| 5 | Superoxide-like Cu/GO single-atom catalysts nanozyme with high specificity and activity for removing superoxide free radicals显示文摘Although nanozyme has become an emerging area of research attracting extensive attention recently,the activity and specificity of currently reported nanozymes are generally lower than those of natural enzymes.Developing highly active and specific nanozymes is therefore extremely necessary and also remains a great challenge.Superoxide dismutase(SOD)catalyzes the disproportionation of cytotoxic O_(2)·^(−)into hydrogen peroxide and oxygen,and plays an important role in reducing human oxidative stress.In this work,we prepare Cu single-atom catalysts(Cu/GO SACs,GO=graphene oxide)through a simple and low-cost strategy at room temperature using Cu foam and graphene oxide.Cu/GO SACs can maintain excellent catalytic activity under harsh environment.Compared with the natural enzyme,SOD-like Cu/GO SAC nanozyme has higher catalytic activity and meanwhile,it does not possess the common properties of other mimic enzymes often existing in nanomaterials.Based on the excellent SOD-like enzyme activity of Cu/GO SACs,it successfully eliminates the active oxygen in cigarette smoke.This work not only provides a new idea for the design and synthesis of nanozymes with excellent SOD mimetic properties,but also is promising in the treatment of lung injury and inflammatory diseases related to free radical production. | Mingju Lu Jialu Wang Guoyuan Ren Fengjuan Qin Zhiqiang Zhao Kai Li Wenxing Chen Yuqing Lin | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,10: | 1 |

| 9 | In situ decorating the surface and interlayer of montmorillonite with Co_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(4) nanoparticles: A sustainable, biocompatible colorimetric platform for H_(2)O_(2) and acetylcholine显示文摘Originated from nature and used for nature is a way of sustainable development.In this work,montmorillonite(MMT),a natural two-dimensional(2D)layered mineral,the surface and interlayer of which were nano-decorated by chemical synthesis technique was applied in biological detection field.Magnetic ferrite(Co_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(4))was anchored on the surface and intercalated in the interlayer of montmorillonite,which served as a competitive candidate of enzyme mimics.Cytotoxicity test toward HUVEC and Hela cells verified the good biocompatibility of Co_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(4)-MMT,guaranteeing its safety in biological applications.Based on the peroxidase-like activity of Co_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(4)-MMT,a colorimetric sensing platform for H_(2)O_(2) was established by a facile mix-anddetect approach with the detection limit of 0.565μM(3σ/slope).It was implied that the peroxidase-like activity of Co_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(4)-MMT was originated from generation of·OH and·O_(2)–produced from catalytic decomposition process of H_(2)O_(2).Coupled with cascaded catalytic reactions of ACh,a facile and efficient sensing platform for ACh with satisfactory anti-interference ability was established.Thus,all these remarkable features highlighted the superiority of Co_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(4)-MMT,and endowed it with a powerful competitiveness in the fields of environmental assessing,biosensing,and disease monitoring. | Xixi Zhu Hongyu Li Tao Wu Hui Zhao Kaili Wu Wenjing Xu Fengjuan Qin Wenxing Chen Jinlong Zheng Qingyun Liu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,10: | 0 |
| 10 | Identification of suitable reference genes for quantitative gene expression analysis in clam Cyclina sinensis under salinity stress and Vibrio infection显示文摘The appropriate reference gene is a prerequisite for accurate normalization of gene expression level,and research on suitable reference genes in clam Cyclina sinensis is scarce.To improve the situation,we selected five commonly used housekeeping genes,including β-actin,Elongation factor 1-α(EF1-α),Glyceraldehyde-3-pho sphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH),40S ribosomal protein S18(RPS18),and Tubulin a(TUB-α),then evaluated their expression stability in different adult tissues and under different experimental treatments(salinity stress and Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection).Their expression stability was analyzed by three frequently used programs,geNorm,NormFinder,and BestKeeper.This analysis indicated that multiple genes should be used for normalization,and we concluded that the reference gene combination GAPDH-RPS18-β-actin,should be used for qRT-PCR analysis in different tissues of C.sinensis under normal physiological conditions.For the clams under salinity stress and Vibrio infection,EF1-α-GAPDHRPS18 was recommended as the gene combination for qRT-PCR normalization.TUB-αwas generally poorly ranked by all programs,and should not be used in future studies.This study should provide fundamental support for accurate quantitative gene expression analysis of this species. | Fengjuan JIANG Qingyao WANG Jingjing DU Fu LÜ Qing NIE Weihong ZHAO | 2023 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2023,41,1: | 0 |
| 11 | Diagnosis of indirectly driven double shell targets with point-projection hard x-ray radiography显示文摘We present an application of short-pulse laser-generated hard x rays for the diagnosis of indirectly driven double shell targets. Coneinserted double shell targets were imploded through an indirect drive approach on the upgraded SG-II laser facility. Then, based on thepoint-projection hard x-ray radiography technique, time-resolved radiography of the double shell targets, including that of their near-peakcompression, were obtained. The backlighter source was created by the interactions of a high-intensity short pulsed laser with a metalmicrowire target. Images of the target near peak compression were obtained with an Au microwire. In addition, radiation hydrodynamicsimulations were performed, and the target evolution obtained agrees well with the experimental results.
