Observer-based backstepping longitudinal control for carrier-based UAV with actuator faults显示文摘The paper presents the longitudinal control for the carrier-based unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) system with unmeasured states, actuator faults, control input constraints, and external disturbances. By combining output state observer, adaptive fuzzy control, and constraint backstepping technology, a robust fault tolerant control approach is proposed. An output state observer with fuzzy logic systems is developed to estimate unmeasured states, and command filters rather than differentiations of virtual control law are used to solve the computational complexity problem in traditional backstepping. Additionally, a robust term is introduced to offset the fuzzy adaptive estimation error and external disturbance, and an appropriate fault controller structure with matching conditions obtained from fault compensation is proposed. Based on the Lyapunov theory, the designed control program is illustrated to guarantee that all the closed-loop signals of the given system are bounded, and the output errors converge to a small neighborhood of zero. A carrier-based UAV nonlinear longitudinal model is employed to testify the feasibility and validity of the control scheme. The simulation results show that all the controllers can perform at a satisfactory level of reference tracking despite the existence of unknown aerodynamic parameters and actuator faults. | Fengying Zheng Ziyang Zhen Huajun Gong | 2017 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2017,28,2: | 9
Secreted Frizzled-Related Protein 5 (SFRP5) in Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea显示文摘Objective Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is closely related to obesity, insulin resistance and inflammation. Secreted frizzled-related protein 5 (SFRP5) is a recently discovered adipokine. It is involved in insulin resistance and inflammation in obesity. This study aimed at evaluating the association between SFRP5and sleeping characteristics as well as biochemical parameters of OSA patients. Methods This was a prospective case control study. Nondiabetic OSA patients and controls were consecutively recruited and divided into three groups: OSA group, apnea–hypopnea Index (AHI)≥5/h; healthy controls with normal body mass index (BMI); obese controls without OSA, and BMI > 24.0 kg/m2. All participants underwent polysomnography (PSG). Plasma SFRP5 was examined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Blood biochemical examinations, including fasting blood glucose (FBG), lipid profile, hypersensitive Creactive protein (hsCRP), were performed early in the morning after PSG. Patients with severe OSA were treated with nasal continuous positive airway pressure (nCPAP), and plasma SFRP5 was repeatedly measured for comparison. Results Sixty-eight subjects were enrolled in the study, including 38 patients of OSA, whose medium AHI was 58.70 /h (36.63, 71.15), 20 obese controls, and 10 healthy controls. The plasma SFRP5 level of OSA patients was not significantly different from that of healthy controls or obese controls. In OSA patients, SFRP5 level correlated positively with triglyceride level (r=0.447, P=0.005) and negatively with LDL-cholesterol level and HDLcholesterol level (r=?0.472 and P=0.003; r=?0.478 and P=0.002; respectively). SFRP5 level was not found correlating with FBG, AHI, or any of nocturnal hypoxia parameters. After overnight nCPAP treatment, plasma SFRP5 levels of OSA patients did not change significantly (t=1.557, P = 0.148) compared to that of pretreatment. Conclusions In nondiabetic OSA patients, plasma SFRP5 is associated with the lipid profile. However,no correlation was observed between SFRP5 and FBG or sleep parameters. The SFRP5 level of OSA patients did not differ from that of non-OSA individuals in our study. | Dongmei Zhang Rong Huang Yi Xiao Fengying Gong Xu Zhong Jinmei Luo | 2017 | Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2017,32,4: | 7
Nuclear reprogramming: the strategy used in normal development is also used in somatic cell nuclear transfer and parthenogenesis显示文摘体细胞原子转移(SCNT ) 和单性生殖是复制和开发的其他的形式,造区分的体细胞原子核上的新生活周期并且分别地复制母亲的染色质。 | Tianlong Gao Junke Zheng Fengying Xing Haiyan Fang Feng Sun Ayong Yan Xun Gong Hui Ding Fan Tang Hui Z Sheng | 2007 | Cell Research2007,17,2: | 1
Research on Brand Construction of Geographical Indication of Agricultural Products in China under the Background of Rural Revitalization显示文摘Geographical indications of agricultural products carry the unique product value accumulated in history. Relying on them to build regional brands is a powerful way to achieve stable income increase of farmers and sustainable development of agriculture. This paper summarized the development of geographical indications of agricultural products in China, and reviewed the development status of overall growth, significant regional differentiation and uneven categories. On the basis of affirming the necessity of brand building of agricultural products, this paper concluded the branding dilemma of the loss of geographical indication resources, weak supervision and insufficient investment of agricultural products in China. Therefore, this paper introduced the idea of 'new three Pin and one standardization', and further built a three-stage branding path of 'germplasm discovery, quality control, and brand promotion'. Based on this, a combination strategy from attaching importance to germplasm quality to formulating brand strategy and enhancing brand competitiveness was proposed. The staged branding construction provides new development ideas for the branding of geographical indications of agricultural products in China, draws out a reference plan for the development of China’s regional characteristic agricultural industry, and lays a solid support for the revitalization of rural industries. | Yajing REN Jinghua YANG Shuo CHEN Fengying GONG | 2022 | Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,5: | 0
Engineering Strategies for Suppressing the Shuttle Effect in Lithium–Sulfur Batteries显示文摘Lithium–sulfur(Li–S)batteries are supposed to be one of the most potential next-generation batteries owing to their high theoretical capacity and low cost.Nevertheless, the shuttle effect of firm multi-step two-electron reaction between sulfur and lithium in liquid electrolyte makes the capacity much smaller than the theoretical value. Many methods were proposed for inhibiting the shuttle effect of polysulfide, improving corresponding redox kinetics and enhancing the integral performance of Li–S batteries. Here,we will comprehensively and systematically summarize the strategies for inhibiting the shuttle effect from all components of Li–S batteries.First, the electrochemical principles/mechanism and origin of the shuttle effect are described in detail. Moreover, the efficient strategies, including boosting the sulfur conversion rate of sulfur, confining sulfur or lithium polysulfides(LPS)within cathode host, confining LPS in the shield layer, and preventing LPS from contacting the anode, will be discussed to suppress the shuttle effect. Then, recent advances in inhibition of shuttle effect in cathode, electrolyte, separator, and anode with the aforementioned strategies have been summarized to direct the further design of efficient materials for Li–S batteries. Finally,we present prospects for inhibition of the LPS shuttle and potential development directions in Li–S batteries. | Jiayi Li Li Gao Fengying Pan Cheng Gong Limeng Sun Hong Gao Jinqiang Zhang Yufei Zhao Guoxiu Wang Hao Liu | 2024 | Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,1: | 0
