| 2 | DELLA proteins interact with FLC to repress flowering transition显示文摘Flowering is a highly orchestrated and extremely ct critical process in a plant's life cycle. Previous study has ademonstrated that SUPPRESSOR OF OVEREXPRESSION OF pCONSTANS 1(SOC1) and FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT) integrate m-I the gibberellic acid(GA) signaling pathway and vernalization higpathway in regulating flowering time, but detailed molecular Hmechanisms remain largely unclear. In GA signaling pathway,DELLA proteins are a group of master transcriptional regulators, while in vernalization pathway FLOWERING LOCUS C(FLC) is a core transcriptional repressor that down-regulates the expression of SOC1 and FT. Here, we report that DELLA proteins interact with FLC in vitro and in vivo, and the LHRI domains of DELLAs and the C-terminus of MADS domain of FLC are required for these interactions.Phenotypic and gene expression analysis showed that mutation of FLC reduces while over-expression of FLC enhances the GA response in the flowering process. Further,DELLA-FLC interactions promote the repression ability of FLC on its target genes. | 3 | Synthesis and characteriza-tion of two new types of oxovanadium complexes with pyrazole as ligand显示文摘At room temperature, two new different oxovanadium complexes with simple pyrazole (C3H4N2) as ligand were synthesized. VO(pz)4(SO4)? H2O (1) (pz: pyrazole) is a mono-nuclear oxovana- dium complex with pyrazole as terminal ligands. V2O2(μ-pz)(μ-OOSO2)(μ-OCH3)(pz)4 (2) is bi-nuclear oxovanadium complex containing three different bridges, which are pyrazolate, sulphate and methoxy, respectively. The two complexes were characterized by IR, elemental analyses, thermal analyses and X-ray diffraction. The crystal structural data of the complexes 1 and 2 are given as follows: Complex 1, orthorhombic, Pna21, a = 14.547(2) ?, b =10.895(2) ?, c =11.835(2) ?; α=β=γ=90°, V=1875.8(5) ?3, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0485, WR2 = 0.1092. Complex 2, triclinic, P1 , a =8.377(2) ?, b =9.928(2) ?, c = 16.527(3) ?, α = 85.54(3)°, β = 80.92(3)°, γ = 87.92(3)°, R1 = 0.1461, WR2 = 0.4444. | 7 | Synthesis, spectra, structure and quantum chemistry study on two novel oxovanadium complexes with hydrotris (pyrazolyl) borate ligands显示文摘Two novel oxo-vanadium complexes of VO(HB(pz)3)(pzH)(SCN) (1) and VO(HB(3,5-Me2pz)3) (3,5-Me2pzH)(SCN)(SCNH)2 (2) with tris(pyrazolyl) hydroborate ligands were prepared by the reaction of VOSO4?nH2O, KSCN with Na(HB(pz)3), pyrazole, or Na(HB(3,5-Me2pz)3) and methyl-substituted pyrazole in the solution of MeOH, respectively. The complexes were characterized by element analysis, IR, and UV- vis spectra. In the mean time, the fluorescence spec-trum was studied too, and the result indicates that the luminescence of the complexes is related to the in-teraction between oxovanadium ion and tris(pyra- zolyl) hydroborate ligands. In addition, structures of oxovanadium complexes 1 and 2 were determined by X-ray diffraction. | 8 | New Metabolic Alterations and A Predictive Marker Pipecolic Acid in Sera for Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma显示文摘Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)is a major histological subtype of esophageal cancer with a poor prognosis.Although several serum metabolomic investigations have been reported,ESCC tumor-associated metabolic alterations and predictive biomarkers in sera have not been defined.Here,we enrolled 34 treatment-naive patients with ESCC and collected their pre-and post-esophagectomy sera together with the sera from 34 healthy volunteers for a metabolomic survey.Our comprehensive analysis identified ESCC tumor-associated metabolic alterations as represented by a panel of 12 serum metabolites.Notably,postoperative abrosia and parenteral nutrition substantially perturbed the serum metabolome.Furthermore,we performed an examination using sera from carcinogen-induced mice at the dysplasia and ESCC stages and identified three ESCC tumor-associated metabolites conserved between mice and humans.Notably,among these metabolites,the level of pipecolic acid was observed to be progressively increased in mouse sera from dysplasia to cancerization,and it could be used to accurately discriminate between mice at the dysplasia stage and healthy control mice.Furthermore,this metabolite is essential for ESCC cells to restrain oxidative stress-induced DNA damage and cell proliferation arrest.Together,this study revealed a panel of 12 ESCC tumor-associated serum metabolites with potential for monitoring therapeutic efficacy and disease relapse,presented evidence for refining parenteral nutrition composition,and highlighted serum pipecolic acid as an attractive biomarker for predicting ESCC tumorigenesis. | Lei Liu Jia Wu Minxin Shi Fengying Wang Haimin Lu Jibing Liu Weiqin Chen Guanzhen Yu Dan Liu Jing Yang Qin Luo Yan Ni Xing Jin Xiaoxia Jin Wen-Lian Chen | 2022 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022,20,4: | 0 |

Both of the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, UV-vis spectroscopy and X-ray single crystal diffraction. For complex 1, the coordination environment of the central copper atom is a distorted square pyramid, and one-dimensional chain is formed through the inter-molecular hydrogen bonds (O4-H2W···O3, O4-H2W···O3#1 (#1: -x+1, y, -z+3/2)) and weak interactions (π-π stacking interaction) between the phenyl rings.
