| 2 | Total ionizing radiation effects of 2-T SONOS for 130 nm/4 Mb NOR flash memory technology显示文摘In this paper,we have studied the total ionizing dose(TID)radiation response up to 2 Mrad(Si)of silicon-oxide-nitride-oxide-silicon(SONOS)memory cells and memory circuits,fabricated in a 130 nm complimentary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)SONOS technology.We explored the threshold voltage(VT)degradation mechanism and found that the VT shifts of SONOS cells depend on the charge state;simply programming the cell to a higher VT cannot compensate for the radiation induced VT loss.The off-state current(Ioff)increase in the SONOS cell is also studied in this paper.Both VT and Ioffdegradation would affect the memory system.Read data failures are mainly caused by VT shifts under irradiation,and program and erase failures are mainly caused by increased Ioff,which overloads the charge pumping circuit.By varying the reference current,our 4 Mb NOR flash chip has the potential to survive a radiation dose of 1 Mrad(Si)in read mode. | QIAO FengYing PAN LiYang YU Xiao MA HaoZhi WU Dong XU Jun | 2014 | Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,6: | 3 |

| 7 | Multiplexed imaging of tumor immune microenvironmental markers in locally advanced or metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer characterizes the features of response to PD-1 blockade plus chemotherapy显示文摘Background:Although programmed cell death 1(PD-1)blockade plus chemotherapy can significantly prolong the progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)in first-line settings in patients with driver-negative advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC),the predictive biomarkers remain undetermined.Here,we investigated the predictive value of tumor immune microenvironmental marker expression to characterize the response features to PD-1 blockade plus chemotherapy.Methods:Tumor tissue samples at baseline were prospectively collected from 144 locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC patients without driver gene alterations who received camrelizumab plus chemotherapy or chemotherapy alone.Tumor immune microenvironmental markers,including PD-1 ligand(PDL1),CD8,CD68,CD4 and forkhead box P3,were assessed using multiplex immunofluorescence(mIF)assays.Kaplan-Meier curveswere used to determine treatment outcome differences according to their expression status.Mutational profiles were compared between tumors with distinct expression levels of these markers and their combinations.Results:Responders had significantly higher CD8/PD-L1(P=0.015)or CD68/PD-L1 co-expression levels(P=0.021)than non-responders in the camrelizumab plus chemotherapy group,while no difference was observed in the chemotherapy group.Patients with high CD8/PD-L1 or CD68/PD-L1 co-expression level was associated with significantly longer PFS(P=0.002,P=0.024;respectively)and OS(P=0.006,P=0.026;respectively)than those with low co-expression in camrelizumab plus chemotherapy group.When comparing survival in the camrelizumab plus chemotherapy with chemotherapy by CD8/PD-L1 co-expression stratification,significantly better PFS(P=0.003)and OS(P=0.032)were observed in high co-expression subgroups.The predictive value of CD8/PD-L1 and CD68/PD-L1 co-expression remained statistically significant for PFS and OS when adjusting clinicopathological features.Although the prevalence of TP53 or KRAS mutations was similar between patients with and without CD8/PD-L1 or CD68/PD-L1 co-expression,the positive groups had a significantly higher proportion of TP53/KRAS co-mutations than the negative groups(both 13.0%vs.0.0%,P=0.023).Notably,enriched PI3K(P=0.012)and cell cycle pathway(P=0.021)were found in the CD8/PD-L1 co-expression group.Conclusion:Tumor immune microenvironmental marker expression,especially CD8/PD-L1 or CD68/PD-L1 co-expression,was associated with the efficacy of PD-1 blockade plus chemotherapy as first-line treatment in patients with advanced NSCLC. | Fengying Wu Tao Jiang Gongyan Chen Yunchao Huang Jianying Zhou Lizhu Lin Jifeng Feng Zhehai Wang Yongqian Shu Jianhua Shi Yi Hu Qiming Wang Ying Cheng Jianhua Chen Xiaoyan Lin Yongsheng Wang Jianan Huang Jiuwei Cui Lejie Cao Yunpeng Liu Yiping Zhang Yueyin Pan Jun Zhao LiPing Wang Jianhua Chang Qun Chen Xiubao Ren Wei Zhang Yun Fan Zhiyong He Jian Fang Kangsheng Gu Xiaorong Dong Tao Zhang Wei Shi Jianjun Zou Xuejuan Bai Shengxiang Ren Caicun Zhou | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022,42,12: | 1 |
| 8 | Current climate overrides past climate change in explaining multi-site beta diversity of Lauraceae species in China显示文摘Background:We aimed to characterise the geographical distribution of Sørensen-based multi-site dissimilarity(β_(sor))and its underlying true turnover(β_(sim))and nestedness(βsne)components for Chinese Lauraceae and to analyse their relationships to current climate and past climate change.Methods:We used ensembles of small models(ESMs)to map the current distributions of 353 Lauraceae species in China and calculated β_(sor) and its β_(sim) and β_(sne) components.We tested the relationship between β_(sor),β_(sne) and β_(sim) with current climate and past climate change related predictors using a series of simultaneous autoregressive(SAR_(err))models.Results:Spatial distribution of β_(sor)of Lauraceae is positively correlated with latitude,showing an inverse rela-tionship to the latitudinalα-diversity(species richness)gradient.High β_(sor) occurs at the boundaries of the warm temperate and subtropical zones and at the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau due to high β_(sne).The optimized SAR_(err) model explainsβ_(sor) andβ_(sne) well,but notβ_(sim).Current mean annual temperature determinesβ_(sor) and β_(sne) of Lauraceae more than anomalies and velocities of temperature or precipitation since the Last Glacial Maximum.Conclusions:Current low temperatures and high climatic heterogeneity are the main factors explaining the high multi-siteβ-diversity of Lauraceae.In contrast to analyses of the β-diversity of entire species assemblages,studies of single plant families can provide complementary insights into the drivers of β-diversity of evolutionarily more narrowly defined entities. | Ziyan Liao Youhua Chen Kaiwen Pan Mohammed A.Dakhil Kexin Lin Xianglin Tian Fengying Zhang Xiaogang Wu Bikram Pandey Bin Wang Niklaus E.Zimmermann Lin Zhang Michael P.Nobis | 2022 | Forest Ecosystems2022,9,2: | 1 |
| 9 | Stimuli-responsive organic chromic materials with near-infrared emission显示文摘Organic chromic materials that respond to external stimuli, especially in the solid state, have sparked extensive interest owing to their potential use as smart materials. In particular, the availability of chromic materials, which emit fluorescence or phosphorescence in the deep penetrating, near-infrared(NIR)region, has led to great improvements in imaging. Various methods that were commonly applied to construct chromic materials, have been reformed to develop the novel type of compounds, and some have received rewards with excellent fingdings. Relevant research achievements of practical applications have showed their potential with the changes that locate in the NIR region, while further in-depth explorations about the inherent chromic chromism are underway. | 10 | Engineering Strategies for Suppressing the Shuttle Effect in Lithium–Sulfur Batteries显示文摘Lithium–sulfur(Li–S)batteries are supposed to be one of the most potential next-generation batteries owing to their high theoretical capacity and low cost.Nevertheless,the shuttle effect of firm multi-step two-electron reaction between sulfur and lithium in liquid electrolyte makes the capacity much smaller than the theoretical value.Many methods were proposed for inhibiting the shuttle effect of polysulfide,improving corresponding redox kinetics and enhancing the integral performance of Li–S batteries.Here,we will comprehensively and systematically summarize the strategies for inhibiting the shuttle effect from all components of Li–S batteries.First,the electrochemical principles/mechanism and origin of the shuttle effect are described in detail.Moreover,the efficient strategies,including boosting the sulfur conversion rate of sulfur,confining sulfur or lithium polysulfides(LPS)within cathode host,confining LPS in the shield layer,and preventing LPS from contacting the anode,will be discussed to suppress the shuttle effect.Then,recent advances in inhibition of shuttle effect in cathode,electrolyte,separator,and anode with the aforementioned strategies have been summarized to direct the further design of efficient materials for Li–S batteries.Finally,we present prospects for inhibition of the LPS shuttle and potential development directions in Li–S batteries. | Jiayi Li Li Gao Fengying Pan Cheng Gong Limeng Sun Hong Gao Jinqiang Zhang Yufei Zhao Guoxiu Wang Hao Liu | 2024 | Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,1: | 0 |
