| 1 | Eco-geographic Environment and Regional Development in Xinjiang of China显示文摘The study on relationship between eco-geographic environment(EGE) and regional development(RD) is of theoretical and practical significance to promote the comprehensive study on nature and human factors and regional coordination development.Based on the evaluation index system and models of EGE and RD, Quadrant Analysis Method(QAM) and the Coordination Degree and Coordinated Development Degree Model(CDCDDM) were applied to studying the relationship between EGE and RD in Xinjiang in this paper. The results show that Xinjiang can be divided into four type regions according to the relationship between EGE and RD, namely high coordination region(HCR), overloading development region(ODR), low coordination region(LCR) and potential development region(PDR).Most areas of Xinjiang belong to LCR which can not bear a larger population and support large-scale economic development.HCR, ODR and PDR, which are mainly distributed in piedmont oases and take basin as unit, should be focused on in the development of Xinjiang. The EGE has great influence on RD, and there is serious contradiction between them.Relevant suggestions on development strategies were put forward according to the character of different type regions, and the key regions of macro-layout of RD in Xinjiang were pointed out. | XIA Fuqiang DAI Erfu ZHENG Du WU Shaohong YANG Qinye | 2010 | Chinese Geographical Science2010,20,1: | 2 |

| 5 | Synergy of first-and second-sphere interactions in a covalent organic framework boosts highly selective platinum uptake显示文摘Platinum recovery from waste electrical and electronic equipment(WEEE) in highly acidic solutions is significant to the electronics industry and environmental remediation. However, the lack of ingenious design and synergetic coordination gives rise to unsatisfied PtCl_(4)^(2-)extraction capacities and selectivities in most previously reported adsorbents(e.g., polymeric and inorganic materials). Herein, we proposed a synergistic strategy that realizes highly selective PtCl_(4)^(2-)uptake through first-and second-sphere coordinations. The proof-of-concept imine-linked covalent organic framework(SCU-COF-3) was found to chelate Pt Cl42-via the direct N…Pt coordination and the synergistically interlaminar N–H…Cl hydrogen bonds, which was disclosed by the comprehensive analysis of extended X-ray adsorption fine structure(EXAFS) characterizations and density functional theory(DFT) calculations. The unique adsorption mechanism imparts a superior adsorption capacity(168.4 mg g-1)and extraordinary Pt(II) selectivity to SCU-COF-3 under static conditions. In addition, SCU-COF-3 exhibits an upgraded distribution coefficient of 1.62 × 10^(5)mL· g^(-1), one order of magnitude higher than those of reported natural adsorbents. Specifically, SCU-COF-3 can extract PtCl_(4)^(2- )quantitatively from a simulated acidic waste solution coexisting with other 12 competitive ions, suggesting its promising application in practical scenarios. | Linwei He Baoyu Li Zhonglin Ma Lixi Chen Shicheng Gong Mingxing Zhang Yaoyao Bai Qi Guo Fuqi Wu Fuqiang Zhao Jie Li Duo Zhang Daopeng Sheng Xing Dai Long Chen Jie Shu Zhifang Chai Shuao Wang | 2023 | Science China Chemistry2023,66,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Real-time analysis of inflammatory cytokines and regulatory gene expression in tissues surrounding the hematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage显示文摘BACKGROUND:Secondary lesions can occur in tissues surrounding the hematoma following intracerebral hemorrhage, with the presence of inflammatory reactions, cytokine expression and apoptosis. These have been confirmed in animal studies. Our study sought to determine whether these could be detected in human tissues surrounding the hematoma following intracerebral hemorrhage. OBJECTIVE: To investigate expression of inflammatory cytokines,Bax and Bcl-x,and identify neural cell apoptosis in tissues surrounding the hematoma, and to analyze the correlation between them and pathological damage in intracerebral hemorrhage patients. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING: This histopathology, controlled study was performed at the Department of Neurosurgery,Sichuan People’s Hospital,China, from January 2003 to January 2005. PARTICIPANTS: Brain tissues 1 cm from the hematoma in 30 intracerebral hemorrhage patients served as the experimental group. Brain tissues located away from the hematoma in 7 patients served as the control group. METHODS: TUNEL was used to detect neural cell apoptosis. Immunohistochemistry (labeled dextran polymer) and RT-PCR were used to measure tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,Bax and Bcl-x protein and mRNA expression. Pathological changes in brain tissues surrounding the hematoma were observed following HE staining. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Neural cell apoptosis, inflammatory cytokines,Bax and Bcl-x protein and mRNA expression, pathological changes in brain tissues surrounding the hematoma. RESULTS: Brain tissues surrounding the hematoma were mildly damaged within 6 hours, severely damaged at 24-72 hours, and significantly improved 1 week following intracerebral hemorrhage. Expression of tumor necrosis factor-α protein and mRNA,interleukin-1β and interleukin-6 mRNA was not significant in tissues surrounding the hematoma, which was identical to the control group within 6 hours after intracerebral hemorrhage. This expression was significantly higher compared with the control group from 12-72 hours, and gradually decreased after 72 hours. The number of apoptotic neural cells reached a peak between 12-72 hours. Tumor necrosis factor-α protein and mRNA,interleukin-1β and interleukin-6 mRNA levels were positively correlated with apoptosis,Bax protein and mRNA levels (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β,and interleukin-6 levels are highly correlated with apoptosis. With the decrease in tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β and interleukin-6 levels, the number of apoptotic cells gradually reduced. | Longyi Chen Fuqiang Guo Xiaojia Li Hong Yang Yousong Yang Hongyuan Dai Yongsheng Wei Yulan Huang Hongbin Sun Yuchuan Xu Zhenglin Yang | 2008 | Neural Regeneration Research2008,3,11: | 0 |
