| 1 | Magnesium-based materials in orthopaedics:material properties and animal models显示文摘As a new generation of medical metal materials, degradable magnesium-based materials have excellent mechanical properties and osteogenic promoting ability, making them promising materials for the treatment of refractory bone diseases.Animal models can be used to understand and evaluate the performance of materials in complex physiological environments, providing relevant data for preclinical evaluation of implants and laying the foundation for subsequent clinical studies. To date, many researchers have studied the biocompatibility, degradability and osteogenesis of magnesium-based materials, but there is a lack of review regarding the effects of magnesium-based materials in vivo.In view of the growing interest in these materials, this review briefly describes the properties of magnesium-based materials and focuses on the safety and efficacy of magnesium-based materials in vivo.Various animal models including rats, rabbits, dogs and pigs are covered to better understand and evaluate the progress and future of magnesium-based materials. This literature analysis reveals that the magnesium-based materials have good biocompatibility and osteogenic activity, thus causing no adverse reaction around the implants in vivo, and that they exhibit a beneficial effect in the process of bone repair. In addition, the degradation rate in vivo can also be improved by means of alloying and coating. These encouraging results show a promising future for the use of magnesium-based materials in musculoskeletal disorders. | Xirui Jing Qiuyue Ding Qinxue Wu Weijie Su Keda Yu Yanlin Su Bing Ye Qing Gao Tingfang Sun Xiaodong Guo | 2021 | Biomaterials Translational2021,2,3: | 1 |
| 2 | Negative Polarity Item “Renhe” in Chinese and “Koī” in Hindi显示文摘This paper conducts a comparative analysis of negative polarity item“renhe”in Chinese and“koī”in Hindi. In the aspect of licensing conditions,it is found that both“renhe”and“koī”can be licensed by negative sentences,yes-no interrogative sentences,A-not-A interrogative sentences, and the antecedent clause of a conditional. Both“renhe”in Chinese and“koī”in Hindi are strong negative polarity items(NPIs).NPI“renhe”can be focalized by adding“ye”or“dou”;in this case, the modified noun phrase is moved from the right to the left of the negative marker, reinforcing negative effect.NPI“koī”can also be focalized by adding a modal particle“hī”,but the modified noun phrase is not moved,with“koī(-bhī)…hī”collocation reinforcing negative effect. | GAO Xirui GAO Wencheng | 2019 | Sino-US English Teaching2019,16,11: | 0 |
| 3 | The activation of M3 muscarinic receptor reverses liver injury via the Sp1/lncRNA Gm2199/miR-212 axis显示文摘Muscarinic acetylcholine receptors(MRs)play important roles in the regulation of hepatic fibrosis and the receptor agonists and antagonists can affect hepatocyte proliferation. However, little is known about the impact of MR subtypes and associated signaling pathways on liver injury. The aim of this study is to explore the function and mechanism of MgR in the regulation of liver injury. We evaluate liver injury and detect the changes in related indexes, including alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AsT),hydroxyproline(HYP),and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),after administration of an M3R agonist.Western blot analysis and qRT-PCR show thatthetranscription factor Sp1and long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)Gm^(2)199 are also changed significantly.Rescue assay is performed to further confirm that MgR contributes to the progression of hepatocyte proliferation through regulating Sp1 and Gm2199.The activated MsR can specifically regulate Gm2199 by inhibiting the expression of Sp1.Meanwhile,Gm^(2)199 directly regulates miR-212,and ERK is a potential target of miR-212.Collectively,these findings define a novel mechanism for activating MgR to reverse liver injury, which affects hepatocyte proliferation through the Sp1/Gm^(2)199/miR-212/ERK axis. | Haiying Zhang Yanan Gao Bin Liu Haobin Jin Li Fan Xirui Yang Qiang Gao Yi Yu Yueping Guo Yan Liu | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,9: | 0 |
| 4 | Pupillometry Analysis of Rapid Serial Visual Presentation at Five Presentation Rates显示文摘In this study, the effect of presentation rates on pupil dilation is investigated for target recognition in the Rapid Serial Visual Presentation(RSVP)paradigm. In this experiment, the RSVP paradigm with five different presentation rates, including 50,80,100,150,and 200 ms,is designed. The pupillometry data of 15 subjects are collected and analyzed. The pupillometry results reveal that the peak and average amplitudes for pupil size and velocity at the 80-ms presentation rate are considerably higher than those at other presentation rates. The average amplitude of pupil acceleration at the 80-ms presentation rate is significantly higher than those at the other presentation rates. The latencies under 50-and 80-ms presentation rates are considerably lower than those of 100-,150-,and 200-ms presentation rates.Additionally,no considerable differences are observed in the peak, average amplitude, and latency of pupil size, pupil velocity, and acceleration under 100-,150-,and 200-ms presentation rates. These results reveal that with the increase in the presentation rate, pupil dilation first increases, then decreases, and later reaches saturation. The 80-ms presentation rate results in the largest point of pupil dilation. No correlation is observed between pupil dilation and recognition accuracy under the five presentation rates. | Xi Luo Yanfei Lin Rongxiao Guo Xirui Zhao Shangen Zhang Xiaorong Gao | 2024 | Tsinghua Science and Technology2024,29,2: | 0 |
