Modular growth and clonal propagation of Hippophae rhamnoides subsp, sinensis in response to irrigation intensity显示文摘A multipurpose clone plant species,Hippophae rhamniodes has the capacity for indefinite longevity, although under successive drought stress it may often decline or die across large areas.Field trials were conducted over 2 years to examine the effects of varied irrigation intensities on modular growth and clonal propagation in a semi-arid area.Irrigation levels included a control,as well as two, four and six times the volume of water that was typically received via local annual average precipitation.Irrigation intensity significantly influenced clonal propagation capacity(number of daughter ramets),aboveground modular growth(height, base diameter, and crown width),belowground modular growth included root nodule dry weight, stretching capacity of lateral roots(length of the longest lateral roots, and diameter of firstgrade lateral roots),and branching intensity of lateral roots(number of lateral roots bifurcation grade, number of firstgrade lateral roots). The modular growth and the density of daughter ramets were small under non-irrigation or low irrigation, and became larger with increased irrigation intensity.Beyond a certain threshold, however, further increases in irrigation intensity resulted in a reversion to the development. The optimal irrigation intensities for growth and propagation were 3.48–5.29 times the volume of nominal local annual average precipitation. There were effects of irrigation intensities on the positive significant correlations between aboveground and belowground modular growths, and on clonal propagation capacities.Under various water treatments,H.rhamnoides may adapt to the environment through the regulation of growth and propagation. We concluded that water shortages act to weaken the growth and propagation of H.rhamniodes plantations.Zilin Cao Tianjiang Li Genqian Li Chunhong Liu Haiyin Gao Guanghui Dai Zhiyong Xiao Sunling Li 2016Journal of Forestry Research2016,27,5:14
Distribution of ^137Cs and ^210Ppb in sediments of tidal flats in north Jiangsu Province显示文摘Seven cores were collected from different sediment zones of tidal flats at Xin-yanggang in north Jiangsu province in August 2007. Sediment grain-size distribution and radioisotopes of 137Cs and 210Pb analysis were carried out for these cores. Sediment rates of the cores and radioisotopes distribution in surface sediment in different zones of the tidal flat were calculated from the 137Cs and 210Pb activities in sediments cores. The results indicated that each tidal zone had experienced different evolution phases, hydrological dynamics in the tidal flats made the grain-size of the surface sediment change gradually. 137Cs and 210Pb ac-tivities on the superficial layer of the cores varied spatially and the reason was discussed. On tidal flats, the fluctuation of 137Cs and 210Pb activities in the cores reflected the special sedi-mentary characteristics. Vegetation affects the grain-size distribution and the vertical profiles of 137Cs and 210Pb in the upper depths. 137Cs and 210Pb chronology got the comparable av-erage sediment rates on the tidal flat. The characteristics of 137Cs and 210Pb in the cores re-flected various depositional dynamical environments in different tidal zones and gave infor-mation on the different evolvement phases of the tidal zones. Based on the information of grain-size distribution, texture of the cores, sediment rates and topography, the evolution lines of the tidal flat were reconstructed.LIU Zhiyong PAN Shaoming LIU Xuying GAO Jianhua 2010Journal of Geographical Sciences2010,20,1:11
SHP2 promotes proliferation of breast cancer cells through regulating Cyclin D1 stabilityviathe PI3K/AKT/GSK3β signaling pathway显示文摘Objective:The tyrosine phosphatase SHP2 has a dual role in cancer initiation and progression in a tissue type-dependent manner.Several studies have linked SHP2 to the aggressive behavior of breast cancer cells and poorer outcomes in people with cancer.Nevertheless, the mechanistic details of how SHP2 promotes breast cancer progression remain largely undefined. Methods:The relationship between SHP2 expression and the prognosis of patients with breast cancer was investigated by using the TCGA and GEO databases. The expression of SHP2 in breast cancer tissues was analyzed by immunohistochemistry.CRISPR/Cas9 technology was used to generate SHP2-knockout breast cancer cells.Cell-counting kit-8,colony formation, cell cycle, and EdU incorporation assays,as well as a tumor xenograft model were used to examine the function of SHP2 in breast cancer proliferation.Quantitative RT-PCR,western blotting, immunofluorescence staining, and ubiquitination assays were used to explore the molecular mechanism through which SHP2 regulates breast cancer proliferation. Results:High SHP2 expression is correlated with poor prognosis in patients with breast cancer.SHP2 is required for the proliferation of breast cancer cellsin vitro and tumor growthin vivo through regulation of Cyclin D1 abundance, thereby accelerating cell cycle progression.Notably,SHP2 modulates the ubiquitin–proteasome-dependent degradation of Cyclin D1viathe PI3K/AKT/GSK3βsignaling pathway.SHP2 knockout attenuates the activation of PI3K/AKT signaling and causes the dephosphorylation and resultant activation of GSK3β.GSK3βthen mediates phosphorylation of Cyclin D1 at threonine 286,thereby promoting the translocation of Cyclin D1 from the nucleus to the cytoplasm and facilitating Cyclin D1 degradation through the ubiquitin–proteasome system. Conclusions:Our study uncovered the mechanism through which SHP2 regulates breast cancer proliferation.SHP2 may therefore potentially serve as a therapeutic target for breast cancer.Yue Yuan Yanling Fan Zicong Gao Xuan Sun He Zhang Zhiyong Wang Yanfen Cui Weijie Song Zhaosong Wang Fei Zhang Ruifang Niu 2020Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,3:11
Sedimentary Response of Different Fan Types to the Paleogene-Neogene Basin Transformation in the Kuqa Depression,Tarim Basin,Xinjiang Province显示文摘A group of alluvial fans formed in the early Paleogene represent marginal sedimentary facies at the foot of the South Tianshan Mountain,Kuqa Depression,Tarim Basin,Xinjiang province. Two types of fans occurred in the middle-late Paleogene Kumugeliemu and Suweiyi formations:one alluvial, and the other fan delta deposited in a lacustrine setting.Within the early Neogene Jidike Formation, coastal subaqueous fans developed, probably in a deeper water lacustrine setting. The three types of fans are stacked vertically in outcrop with the sequence in ascending order:bottom alluvial, middle fan-delta,and top subaqueous. The subaqueous is a typical coarse-fan deposit occurring in the glutinite member of the Jidike Formation in some wells.Laterally, from the foreland to the lacustrine settings, the distribution pattern of sedimentary facies represents the same three fan types sequentially. The spatial distribution of these fans was controlled by the Paleogene-Neogene Basin transformation, and evolution with different types of fans developed in the Kuqa Depression in response. In the Paleogene, the Kuqa Depression was a rift basin where an alluvial fan was deposited in the foreland setting, which,by early Neogene, became a foreland basin when the lake level changed. With any rise in lake level,fan-deltas migrated from lacustrine to foreland settings, whereas when the lake level fell, fan migration was reversed. In the early Neogene, with increasing slope and rising lake level, fans progressed and covered the previous fan-delta and lacustrine mudstone.Eventually, subaqueous fans developed, forming the present spatial configuration of these three fan types.GAO Zhiyong GUO Hongli ZHU Rukai ZHANG Lijuan SUN Yushan 2009Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2009,83,2:10

Complex network theory-based condition recognition of electromechanical system in process industry显示文摘In order to recognize the different operating conditions of a distributed and complex electromechanical system in the process industry, this work proposed a novel method of condition recognition by combining complex network theory with phase space reconstruction.First,a condition-space with complete information was reconstructed based on phase space reconstruction, and each condition in the space was transformed into a node of a complex network.Second, the limited penetrable visibility graph method was applied to establish an undirected and un-weighted complex network for the reconstructed condition-space.Finally,the statistical properties of this network were calculated to recognize the different operating conditions.A case study of a real chemical plant was conducted to illustrate the analysis and application processes of the proposed method. The results showed that the method could effectively recognize the different conditions of electromechanical systems.A complex electromechanical system can be studied from the systematic and cyber perspectives, and the relationship between the network structure property and the system condition can also be analyzed by utilizing the proposed method.WANG RongXi GAO JianMin GAO ZhiYong GAO Xu JIANG HongQuan 2016Science China(Technological Sciences)2016,59,4:9
Relations between spatial distribution and sequence types of the Cambrian-Ordovician marine source rocks in Tarim Basin显示文摘Marine source rocks are considered to be mainly composed of the Cambrian-Ordovician deposit in Tarim Basin. Based on the previous studies made by other researchers, the authors calculated the thickness and distribution scale of these Cambrian-Ordovician source rocks by integrating sequence stratigraphy with investigations on sedimentary environments, well-shooting demarcating and calibrating the thickness of unknown source rocks with the thickness of the known ones according to characteristics of the source rocks that have 'double track' seismic lineup reflectance. The results showed that the distribution area of the Lower-Cambrian Yuertusi Fm. source rock in platform inner depressions, slopes and deep basins is much bigger than that of the Middle Cambrian evaporite-lagoon source rock. Moreover, the former is superior to the latter in terms of the source rock quality. Likewise, the Middle-Ordovician Heituao Fm. source rock in the slopes and deep basins has a much wider distribution and better quality than the Upper Ordovician, and its quality is also better than those of the Shaergan and Yinggan Fms. source rock within platforms as well as the lime-mud-mound source rock along the fringe of the Upper-Ordovician platform. Most good Lower-Cambrian source rocks of the Kalpin outcrop lie on the initial ingression surface or in the condensed member of the Type I sequence. In this section, the source rock in Type II is inferior to that in Type I, even being far from an effective one (TOC: <0.5%). Likewise, the good Middle-Ordovician Heituao source rock also lies on the initial ingression surface or in the condensed member of the Type I sequence, while the poor Yinggan source rock and the lime-mud-mound along the fringe of the platform develop all in the Type II sequence. Under the condition of the same sea-level rising altitude and time, the ingression displacement (S1) at the base border in Type I is larger than S2 in Type II. Thus, the distribution of the source rock developed above the base border in Type I is wider than that in Type II. The maximal ingression range dominates the ultimate distribution of source rocks. Because S1 is greater than S2, the relative rate of ingression on the base border of Type I is obviously bigger than that of Type II. The difference in ingression rate is one of the factors that lead to the superiority of the source rock at the base border in Type I to that Type II . Therefore, it is of great significance to study the spatial distribution, developing era and quality determination of source rocks by means of sequence stratigrahpy.GAO ZhiYong ZHANG ShuiChang ZHANG XingYang ZHU RuKai 2007Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,A01:8
BubR1 phosphorylates CENP-E as a switch enabling the transition from lateral association to end-on capture of spindle microtubules显示文摘Error-free mitosis depends on accurate chromosome attachment to spindle microtubules, powered congression of those chromosomes, their segregation in anaphase, and assembly of a spindle midzone at mitotic exit. The centromere-associated kinesin motor CENP-E, whose binding partner is BubR1, has been implicated in congression of misaligned chromosomes and the transition from lateral kinetochore-microtubule association to end-on capture. Although previously proposed to be a pseudokinase, here we report the structure of the kinase domain of Drosophila melanogaster BubR1, revealing its folding into a conformation predicted to be catalytically active. BubR1 is shown to be a bona fide kinase whose phosphorylation of CENP-E switches it from a laterally attached microtubule motor to a plus-end microtubule tip tracker. Computational modeling is used to identify bubristatin as a selective BubR1 kinase antagonist that targets the αN1 helix of N-terminal extension and αC helix of the BubR1 kinase domain. Inhibition of CENP-E phosphorylation is shown to prevent proper microtubule capture at kinetochores and, surprisingly, proper assembly of the central spindle at mitotic exit. Thus, BubR1-mediated CENP-E phosphorylation produces a temporal switch that enables transition from lateral to end-on microtubule capture and organization of microtubules into stable midzone arrays.Yuejia Huang Lin Lin Xing Liu Sheng Ye Phil Y. 10The Influence of Extractable Organic Matter on Pore Development in the Late Triassic Chang 7 Lacustrine Shales, Yanchang Formation, Ordos Basin, China显示文摘To investigate the influence of extractable organic matter(EOM) on pore evolution of lacustrine shales, Soxhlet extraction, using dichloromethane, was performed on a series of Chang 7 shale samples(Ordos Basin, China) with vitrinite reflectance of 0.64% to 1.34%. Low-pressure gas adsorption experiments were conducted on the samples before and after extraction. The pore structure parameters were calculated from the gas adsorption data. The results show complex changes to the pore volumes and surface areas after extraction. The pore development of both the initial and extracted samples is strongly controlled by total organic carbon(TOC) content. Micropores developed mainly in organic matter(OM), while mesopores and macropores predominantly developed in fractions other than OM. The influence of EOM on micropores is stronger than on mesopores and macropores. Organic solvents with a higher boiling point should be used to explore the effect of EOM on pore structure in the future.HAN Hui LIU Pengwei DING Zhengang SHI Pitong JIA Jianchao ZHANG Wei LIU Yan CHEN Shijia LU Jungang Chen Kang PENG Xudong WANG Zhiyong XIAO Shuqi GAO Yuans 2018Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2018,92,4:8
Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning for Resource Allocation in Io T Networks with Edge Computing显示文摘To support popular Internet of Things(IoT)applications such as virtual reality and mobile games, edge computing provides a front-end distributed computing archetype of centralized cloud computing with low latency and distributed data processing. However,it is challenging for multiple users to offload their computation tasks because they are competing for spectrum and computation as well as Radio Access Technologies(RAT)resources. In this paper,we investigate computation offloading mechanism of multiple selfish users with resource allocation in IoT edge computing networks by formulating it as a stochastic game. Each user is a learning agent observing its local network environment to learn optimal decisions on either local computing or edge computing with a goal of minimizing long term system cost by choosing its transmit power level,RAT and sub-channel without knowing any information of the other users.Since users’decisions are coupling at the gateway,we define the reward function of each user by considering the aggregated effect of other users. Therefore,a multi-agent reinforcement learning framework is developed to solve the game with the proposed Independent Learners based Multi-Agent Q-learning(IL-based MA-Q)algorithm.Simulations demonstrate that the proposed IL-based MA-Q algorithm is feasible to solve the formulated problem and is more energy efficient without extra cost on channel estimation at the centralized gateway. Finally, compared with the other three benchmark algorithms,it has better system cost performance and achieves distributed computation offloading.Xiaolan Liu Jiadong Yu Zhiyong Feng Yue Gao 2020China Communications2020,17,9:7
Orientation dependent behavior of tensile-creep deformation of hot rolled Ti65 titanium alloy sheet显示文摘The mill products like sheet always have one or more severe textures inevitably, and its effect on mechanical properties is not a negligible issue. The orientation dependent tensile-creep behavior induced by rolling texture of Ti65 titanium alloy sheet has been systematically investigated at 650℃.There are some anisotropic characteristics between TD and RD of Ti65 sheet. The UTS and TYS of TD are higher than RD at 650℃.Besides,the creep endurance time of TD(172.6–174.5 h)is about three times longer than RD(55.6–65.1 h)at 650℃and 240 MPa.Moreover, the grains are inclined to form Texture III■after creep along with TD,but to form Texture I■after creep along with RD.Finally, the crack initiation site is different during creep in TD and RD.The reason for anisotropic properties of tensile and creep has been summarized in two aspects:(i)the change of the SFs(Schmid factors)value between TD and RD;(ii)the difference of creep mechanism between TD(grain boundary sliding)and RD(dislocation slip).Anisotropy of Ti65 sheet should be fully considered to increase structural efficiency in the engineering design and application.Zhixin Zhang Jiangkun Fan Ruifeng Li Hongchao Kou Zhiyong Chen Qingjiang Wang Hailong Zhang Jian Wang Qi Gao Jinshan Li 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,16:7

Research into magnetic guidance technology for directional drilling in SAGD horizontal wells显示文摘SAGD horizontal wells are used to enhance oil recovery from heavy oil reservoirs. This technology requires precise separation between the production well and the injection well to ensure the efficient drainage of the reservoir.By studying the attitude of the downhole probe tube and the production well trajectory,an algorithm is proposed for eliminating ferromagnetic interference while drilling injection wells.A high accuracy filter circuit has been designed to correct the detected magnetic signals, which are ultra-weak,frequency-instable,and narrow-band.The directional drilling magnetic guidance system(DD-MGS) has been developed by integrating these advanced techniques. It contains a sub-system for the ranging calculation software,a magnetic source,a downhole probe tube and a sub-system for collecting & processing the detected signals. The DD-MGS has succeeded in oilfield applications. It can guide the directional drilling trajectory not only in the horizontal section but also in the build section of horizontal injection wells. This new technology has broad potential applications.Gao Deli Diao Binbin Wu Zhiyong Zhu Yu 2013Petroleum Science2013,10,4:7
Main controlling factors of distribution and genetics of marine reservoirs in China显示文摘Marine reservoirs are mainly made up of clastics and carbonate reservoirs, which are distributed widely in central Tarim, Sichuan, Ordos basins from the Pre-Cambrian to Cenozoic, mainly in Palaeozoic. Marine clastic reservoirs are developed in foreshore and nearshore, tidal flat and delta environment. The sedimentary facies are important controlling factors for reservoir quality. Compaction, pressolution and cementation are factors of decreasing porosity, and low palaeo-temperature gradient, early emplacement of oil and gas and dissolution are favorable for preservation of pore. Carbonate reservoirs are divided into reef and bank, karst, dolomite and fracture reservoirs. Dolomitization, dissolution, TSR and fracture are important factors of controlling carbonate reservoirs' quality.ZHU RuKai GUO HongLi GAO ZhiYong WANG XueSong ZHANG XingYang 2007Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,A01:6

Establishment and application of drilling sealing model in the spherical grouting mode based on the loosing-circle theory显示文摘There are quite a few studies that have been done on borehole sealing theory both domestically and internationally. The existing researches usually consider drilling of the surroundings as a dense homogeneous elastic body which does not meet the characteristics of real drilling of the fractured body.Based on the loosing-circle theory and analyses of the surrounding rock stress field, cracks and seepage fields, combined with Newtonian fluid spherical grouting model,we deduced the dynamic relationship between the seepage coefficient and rock or grouting parameters of the drilling sealing fluid mode of spherical fissure grouting. In this experiment, mucus was injected in the simulated coal seam and the permeability coefficient of the sealing body was calculated by using the model. To verify the validity of the model, the calculated sealing body number was compared with the extreme negative pressure that the sealing body could withstand. The theoretical model revealed the drilling sealing fluid mechanism, provided a method for the quantitative calculation of the drilling sealing fluid effect by grouting mode and a reference for the subsequent research of sealing mechanism.Hao Zhiyong Lin Baiquan Gao Yabin Cheng Yanying 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,6:6

Near-surface wind environment in the Yarlung Zangbo River basin, southern Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Aeolian processes have been studied extensively at low elevations, but have been relatively little studied at high elevations.Aeolian sediments are widely distributed in the Yarlung Zangbo River basin, southern Tibetan Plateau, which is characterized by low pressure and low temperature. Here,we comprehensively analyzed the wind regime using data since 1980 from 11 meteorological stations in the study area, and examined the interaction between the near-surface wind and aeolian environment. The wind environment exhibited significant spatial and temporal variation, and mean wind speed has generally decreased on both annual and seasonal bases since 1980,at an average of 0.181 m/(s•10a).This decrease resulted from the reduced contribution of maximum wind speed, and depended strongly on variations of the frequency of sand-driving winds. The drift potential and related parameters also showed obvious spatial and temporal variation, with similar driving forces for the wind environment. The strength of the wind regime affected the formation and development of the aeolian geomorphological pattern, but with variation caused by local topography and sediment sources. The drift potential and resultant drift direction were two key parameters,as they quantify the dynamic conditions and depositional orientation of the aeolian sediments.Wind affected the spatial variation in sediment grain size, but the source material and complex topographic effects on the near-surface wind were the underlying causes for the grain size distribution of aeolian sands. These results will support efforts to control aeolian desertification in the basin and improve our understanding of aeolian processes in high-elevation environments.YANG Junhuai XIA Dunsheng WANG Shuyuan TIAN Weidong MA Xingyue CHEN Zixuan GAO Fuyuan LING Zhiyong DONG Zhibao 2020Journal of Arid Land2020,12,6:5
