| 1 | Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)显示文摘In recent years,as living standards have continued to improve,the number of diabetes patients in China,along with the incidence of complications associated with the disease,has been increasing.Among these complications,diabetic foot disease is one of the main causes of disability and death in diabetic patients.Due to the differences in economy,culture,religion and level of medical care available across different regions,preventive and treatment methods and curative results for diabetic foot vary greatly.In multidisciplinary models built around diabetic foot,the timely assessment and diagnosis of wounds and appropriate methods of prevention and treatment with internal and external surgery are key to clinical practice for this pathology.In 2019,under the leadership of the Jiangsu Medical Association and Chinese Diabetes Society,the writing group for the Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)was established with the participation of scholars from the specialist areas of endocrinology,burn injury,vascular surgery,orthopedics,foot and ankle surgery and cardiology.Drawing lessons from diabetic foot guidelines from other countries,this guide analyses clinical practices for diabetic foot,queries the theoretical basis and grades and gives recommendations based on the characteristics of the pathology in China.This paper begins with assessments and diagnoses of diabetic foot,then describes treatments for diabetic foot in detail,and ends with protections for high-risk feet and the prevention of ulcers.This manuscript covers the disciplines of internal medicine,surgical,nursing and rehabilitation and describes a total of 50 recommendations that we hope will provide procedures and protocols for clinicians dealing with diabetic foot. | Aiping Wang Guozhong Lv Xingbo Cheng Xianghua Ma Wei Wang Jianchao Gui JiHu Meng Lu Guoping Chu Jin’an Chen Hao Zhang Yiqiu Jiang Yuedong Chen Wengbo Yang Lin Jiang Houfa Geng Rendong Zheng Yihui Li Wei Feng Boey Johnson Wenjuan Wang Dalong Zhu Yin Hu | 2020 | Burns & Trauma2020,8,1: | 34 |

| 3 | A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. | 5 | Multicenter phaseⅡstudy of apatinib single or combination therapy in HER2-negative breast cancer involving chest wall metastasis显示文摘Objective:Breast cancer(BC)with chest wall metastasis(CWM)usually shows rich neovascularization.This trial explored the clinical effect of apatinib on human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-negative advanced BC involving CWM.Methods:This trial involved four centers in China and was conducted from September 2016 to March 2020.Patients received apatinib 500 mg/d[either alone or with endocrine therapy if hormone receptor-positive(HR+)]until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.Progression-free survival(PFS)was the primary endpoint.Results:We evaluated 26 patients for efficacy.The median PFS(mPFS)and median overall survival(mOS)were4.9[range:2.0-28.5;95%confidence interval(95%CI):2.1-8.3]months and 18(range:3-55;95%CI:12.9-23.1)months,respectively.The objective response rate(ORR)was 42.3%(11/26),and the disease-control rate was76.9%(20/26).In the subgroup analysis,HR+patients compared with HR-negative patients had significantly improved mPFS of 7.0(95%CI:2.2-11.8)months vs.2.3(95%CI:1.2-3.4)months,respectively(P=0.001);and mPFS in patients without or with chest wall radiotherapy was 6.4(95%CI:1.6-19.5)months vs.3.0(95%CI:1.3-4.6)months,respectively(P=0.041).In the multivariate analysis,HR+status was the only independent predictive factor for favorable PFS(P=0.014).Conclusions:Apatinib was highly effective for BC patients with CWM,especially when combined with endocrine therapy.PFS improved significantly in patients with HR+status who did not receive chest wall radiotherapy.However,adverse events were serious and should be carefully monitored from the beginning of apatinib treatment. | Huiping Li Cuizhi Geng Hongmei Zhao Hanfang Jiang Guohong Song Jiayang Zhang Yaxin Liu Xinyu Gui Jing Wang Kun Li Zhongsheng Tong Fangyuan Zhao Junlan Yang Guoliang Chen Qianyu Liu Xu Liang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,2: | 4 |
| 6 | Characterization of the new scintillator Cs2LiYCl6:Ce3+显示文摘The first domestic inorganic scintillator, Cs_2LiYCl_6:Ce^(3+)(CLYC), was grown at Beijing Glass Research Institute using the vertical Bridgman method. In this work, we evaluated the performance of this new CLYC crystal in terms of its gamma-ray energy resolution and pulse shape discrimination(PSD) capability between neutrons and gamma rays. The decay times associated with different scintillation mechanisms were obtained by fitting decay functions to the neutron and gamma-ray waveform structures. We found an energy resolution of * 4.5% for 662-ke V gamma rays and efficient neutron/gamma PSD with a figure of merit of * 2.6. Under gamma-ray excitation, there is an ultrafast scintillation mechanism in CLYC with a decay time of approximately 2 ns, whereas there is no evidence of ultrafast decay under thermal neutron excitation. | 7 | Imazamox microbial degradation by common clinical bacteria: Acinetobacter baumannii IB5 isolated from black soil in China shows high potency显示文摘Herbicidal residues of imazamox are hazardous to some sensitive rotational aftercrops.The aim of the study was to isolate and identify a microbial strain capable of degrading imazamox.The strain IB5,capable of efficiently degrading imazamox,was isolated from an imazamox-contaminated soybean field in Heilongjiang Province,China.It was found to degrade 98.61%of 400 mg L^(-1) imazamox within 48 h by high-performance liquid chromatograph.Through morphological,physiological and biochemical characterization,and the 16 S rDNA sequencing,the strain was identified as Acinetobacter baumannii.An optimal degradation condition was obtained and verified:400 mg L^(-1) imazamox,0.1%(volume ratio) initial inoculum,37℃and pH 7.0.Four main products were captured in the liquid chromatograms and mass spectra,and a pathway for imazamox degradation by IB5 was proposed.This work provides a new suitable candidate for imazamox biodegradation and theoretical evidence for imazamox residue bioremediation.A.baumannii is a common clinical bacteria,but its imazamox-degrading feature has not been reported previously. | LIU Chun-guang YANG Xin LAI Yang LU Hong-gang ZENG Wei-min GENG Gui YANG Feng-shan | 2016 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2016,15,8: | 4 |

| 19 | Performance of the PRISM I,PIM2,PELOD-2 and PRISM IV scoring systems in western China:a multicenter prospective study显示文摘Background The aim of this study was to evaluate the performance of the four scoring tools in predicting mortality in pediatric intensive care units(PICUs)in western China.Methods This was a multicenter,prospective,cohort study conducted in six PICUs in western China.The performances of the scoring systems were evaluated based on both discrimination and calibration.Discrimination was assessed by calculating the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)for each model.Calibration was measured across defined groups based on mortality risk using the Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test.Results A total of 2034 patients were included in this study,of whom 127(6.2%)died.For the entire cohort,AUCs for Pediatric Risk of Mortality Score(PRISM)I,Pediatric Index of Mortality 2(PIM2),Pediatric Logistic Organ Dysfunction Score-2(PELOD-2)and PRISM IV were 0.88[95%confidence interval(CI)0.85–0.92],0.84(95%CI 0.80–0.88),0.80(95%CI 0.75–0.85),and 0.91(95%CI 0.88–0.94),respectively.The Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit Chi-square value was 12.71(P=0.12)for PRISM I,4.70(P=0.79)for PIM2,205.98(P<0.001)for PELOD-2,and 7.50(P=0.48)for PRISM IV[degree of freedom(df)=8].The standardized mortality ratios obtained with the PRISM I,PIM2,PELOD-2,and PRISM IV models were 0.87(95%CI,0.75–1.01),0.97(95%CI,0.85–1.12),1.74(95%CI,1.58–1.92),and 1.05(95%CI,0.92–1.21),respectively.Conclusions PRISM IV performed best and can be used as a prediction tool in PICUs in Western China.However,PRISM IV needs to be further validated in NICUs. | Xue-Peng Zhang Yun-Xia Feng Yang Li Guo-Yan Lu Xin-Yue Zhou Can-Zheng Wei Xi-Ying Gui Kai-Ying Yang Tong Qiu Jiang-Yuan Zhou Hua Yao Geng Zhang Wen-Qi Zhang Yu-Hang Hu Hong Wu Si-Yuan Chen Yi Ji | 2022 | World Journal of Pediatrics2022,18,12: | 0 |
