Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)显示文摘In recent years,as living standards have continued to improve, the number of diabetes patients in China, along with the incidence of complications associated with the disease, has been increasing.Among these complications, diabetic foot disease is one of the main causes of disability and death in diabetic patients.Due to the differences in economy, culture, religion and level of medical care available across different regions, preventive and treatment methods and curative results for diabetic foot vary greatly. In multidisciplinary models built around diabetic foot, the timely assessment and diagnosis of wounds and appropriate methods of prevention and treatment with internal and external surgery are key to clinical practice for this pathology. In 2019,under the leadership of the Jiangsu Medical Association and Chinese Diabetes Society, the writing group for the Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)was established with the participation of scholars from the specialist areas of endocrinology, burn injury, vascular surgery, orthopedics, foot and ankle surgery and cardiology.Drawing lessons from diabetic foot guidelines from other countries, this guide analyses clinical practices for diabetic foot, queries the theoretical basis and grades and gives recommendations based on the characteristics of the pathology in China. This paper begins with assessments and diagnoses of diabetic foot, then describes treatments for diabetic foot in detail, and ends with protections for high-risk feet and the prevention of ulcers. This manuscript covers the disciplines of internal medicine, surgical, nursing and rehabilitation and describes a total of 50 recommendations that we hope will provide procedures and protocols for clinicians dealing with diabetic foot. | Aiping Wang Guozhong Lv Xingbo Cheng Xianghua Ma Wei Wang Jianchao Gui JiHu Meng Lu Guoping Chu Jin’an Chen Hao Zhang Yiqiu Jiang Yuedong Chen Wengbo Yang Lin Jiang Houfa Geng Rendong Zheng Yihui Li Wei Feng Boey Johnson Wenjuan Wang Dalong Zhu Yin Hu | 2020 | Burns & Trauma2020,8,1: | 34
The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. As there were obvious heterogeneity in autoantibodies and clinical manifestation in different phenotypes of the disease, we should take more factors into consideration when identifying type 1 diabetes mellitus. | Jin Liu Lingling Bian Li Ji Yang Chen Heng Chen Yong Gu Bingqin Ma Wei Gu Xinyu Xu Yun Shi Jian Wang Dalong Zhu Zilin Sun Jianhua Ma Hui Jin Xing Shi Heng Miao Bing Xin Yan Zhu Zhenwen Zhang Ruifang Bu Lan Xu Guangde Shi Wei Tang Wei Li Dongmei Zhou Jun Liang Xingbo Cheng Bimin Shi Jixiang Dong Ji Hu Chen Fang Shao Zhong Weinan Yu Weiping Lu Chenguang Wu Li Qian Jiancheng Yu Jialin Gao Xiaoqiang Fei Qingqing Zhang Xueqin Wang Shiwei Cui Jinluo Cheng Ning Xu Guofeng Wang Guoqing Han Chunrong Xu Yun Xie Minmin An Wei Zhang Zhixiao Wang Yun Cai Qi Fu Yu Fu Shuai Zheng Fan Yang Qingfang Hu Hao Dai Yu Jin Zheng Zhang Kuanfeng Xu Yifan Li Jie Shen Hongwen Zhou Wei He Xuqin Zheng Xiao Han Liping Yu Jinxiong She Mei Zhang Tao Yang | 2016 | Science China(Life Sciences)2016,59,9: | 5
Synchrotron radiation X-ray powder diffraction techniques applied in hydrogen storage materials--A review显示文摘Synchrotron radiation is an advanced collimated light source with high intensity. It has particular advantages in structural characterization of materials on the atomic or molecular scale. Synchrotron radiation X-ray powder diffraction(SR-XRPD) has been successfully exploited to various areas of hydrogen storage materials. In the paper, we will give a brief introduction on hydrogen storage materials, X-ray powder diffraction(XRPD), and synchrotron radiation light source. The applications of ex situ and in situ time-resolved SR-XRPD in hydrogen storage materials, are reviewed in detail. Future trends and proposals in the applications of the advanced XRPD techniques in hydrogen storage materials are also discussed. | Honghui Cheng Chen Lu Jingjing Liu Yongke Yan Xingbo Han Huiming Jin Yu Wang Yi Liu Changle Wu | 2017 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2017,27,1: | 5

Tracing PRX1+cells during molar formation and periodontal ligament reconstruction显示文摘Neural crest-derived mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are known to play an essential function during tooth and skeletal development.PRX1+cells constitute an important MSC subtype that is implicated in osteogenesis. However, their potential function in tooth development and regeneration remains elusive. In the present study,we first assessed the cell fate of PRX1+cells during molar development and periodontal ligament(PDL)formation in mice.Furthermore,single-cell RNA sequencing analysis was performed to study the distribution of PRX1+cells in PDL cells. The behavior of PRX1+cells during PDL reconstruction was investigated using an allogeneic transplanted tooth model.Although PRX1+cells are spatial specific and can differentiate into almost all types of mesenchymal cells in first molars, their distribution in third molars is highly limited. The PDL formation is associated with a high number of PRX1+cells;during transplanted teeth PDL reconstruction,PRX1+cells from the recipient alveolar bone participate in angiogenesis as pericytes.Overall,PRX1+cells are a key subtype of dental MSCs involved in the formation of mouse molar and PDL and participate in angiogenesis as pericytes during PDL reconstruction after tooth transplantation. | Xuyan Gong Han Zhang Xiaoqiao Xu Yunpeng Ding Xingbo Yang Zhiyang Cheng Dike Tao Congjiao Hu Yaozu Xiang Yao Sun | 2022 | International Journal of Oral Science2022,14,1: | 2
The regulators of BCR signaling during B cell activation显示文摘B lymphocytes produce antibodies under the stimulation of specific antigens, thereby exerting an immune effect.B cells identify antigens by their surface B cell receptor(BCR),which upon stimulation, directs the cell to activate and differentiate into antibody generating plasma cells.Activation of B cells via their BCRs involves signaling pathways that are tightly controlled by various regulators. In this review,we will discuss three major BCR mediated signaling pathways(the PLC-g2 pathway,PI3K pathway and MAPK pathway)and related regulators, which were roughly divided into positive, negative and mutual-balanced regulators, and the specific regulators of the specific signaling pathway based on regulatory effects. | Yue Wen Yukai Jing Lu Yang Danqing Kang Panpan Jiang Na Li Jiali Cheng Jingwen Li Xingbo Li Zican Peng Xizi Sun Heather Miller Zhiwei Sui Quan Gong Boxu Ren Wei Yin Chaohong Liu | 2019 | Blood Science2019,1,2: | 0
Improvement in hydrogen storage performance of Mg by mechanical grinding with molten salt etching Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(x)显示文摘Mg-based materials are currently a hot research topic as hydrogen storage materials due to their considerable theoretical hydrogen storage capacity. However, the kinetic performance of hydrogen absorption and desorption of Mg is too slow and requires high temperature, which seriously hinders the application of this material.MXene is a new type of two-dimensional material with significant role in improving thermodynamics and kinetics. In this experiment,a two-dimensional layered MXene containing Cl functional group was prepared by molten salt etching using the Ti-containing MAX phase as the raw material. Then different ratios of Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(x) were uniformly dispersed onto the surface of Mg by high energy ball milling. The samples were characterized by hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics,SEM,XRD,XPS,and DSC to investigate the effect of Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(x) on the hydrogen absorption and desorption performance of Mg.The onset hydrogen absorption temperature can be reduced to room temperature and the hydrogen release temperature is reduced by 200℃ by doping Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(x).And there is also 5.4wt%hydrogen storage in the isothermal hydrogen absorption test at 400℃.The results of DSC demonstrate that the Ea of Mg+15wt%Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(x) was reduced by 12.6%compared to pristine Mg.TheΔH is almost invariable. The results of XPS show that the presence of multivalent Ti promotes electron transfer and thus improves the conversion between Mg^(2+)/Mg and H^(−)/H.This study provides a guideline for further improving the hydrogen absorption and desorption performance of Mg-based hydrogen storage materials. | Shuaicheng Hu Lijun Lv Guo Yang Wei Liu Hong Miao Honghui Cheng Xingbo Han Zifeng Lin | 2023 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2023,33,2: | 0
