1Clinical Analysis of 240 Patients with HLA-B27 Associated Acute Anterior Uveitis显示文摘Purpose: To analyze the prevalence of HLA-B27 associated acute anterior uveitis and to identify its clinical features. Methods: A total of 240 patients with HLA-B27 associated acute anterior uveitis,who were admitted to Zhejiang Ophthalmologic Hospital between December 2006 and October 2012, were retrospectively analyzed.The age of onset,sex,affected eyes,HLA-B27 antigen detection,recurrence,joint involvement, and surgical complications were investigated. Results:The average age of onset was 37.0 ±12.0 years and the ratio of male to female patients was 2.4:1. Most cases had alternate unilateral or bilateral involvement. Among all participants, 234 cases (97.5%) were HLA-B27 positive, and 124 cases (51.7%) had spondyloarthropathies (SpA), dominated by 108 cases with ankylosing spondylitis. (AS,45.0%),and mostly seen in male subjects(P<0.05).Six patients were HLA-B27 negative(2.5%)and on statistical significance was noted between male and female patients (P >0.05).A total of 193 cases (80.4%) presented with complications, mainly fibrinous exudation, posterior synechia, and vitreous opacity. Conclusion: HLA-B27 that is associated acute anterior uveitis with a relatively high incidence and recurrence presents with more severe clinical features than does idiopathic acute anterior uveitis,and it often accompanies systemic arthritic diseases. 2Antioxidant capacity of extract from Jiangtang Xiaozhi recipe in vitro显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the antioxidant capacity of the extract from Jiangtang Xiaozhi recipe(JXR) of in vitro.METHODS: JXR extract was prepared according to previously reported method. In vitro antioxidant assays were used in this experiment, including 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical(DPPH) radical scavenging ability, 2-2’-Azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sul phonate(ABTS) radical scavenging ability, reducing power assay, fluorescence recovery after photo bleaching assay, β-carotene bleaching assay, ferric thiocyanate assay, and thiobarbituric acid method.RESULTS: DPPH, ABTS assay showed that JXR extract had distinct effect on scavenging free radicals;reducing power and ferricreducing-antioxidant power assay showed that JXR extract possessed redox ability;β-Carotene bleaching assay and antioxidant activity in a linoleic acid system using ferric thiocyanate method, thiobarbituric acid assay indicated that JXR extract could effectively inhibit lipid peroxidation, and the effect was better than that of Vitamin C.CONCLUSION: JXR extract has significant antioxidant capacity in vitro.Song Wang Yuan Yuan Yu Naixin Gu Haike Zhou Yunfeng Chen Xigong Wang Shuaiyu Fan Kai Ge Zhengyan Jin Long Xu Yang 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,3:3

9Effect of radial heat conduction on effective thermal conductivity of carbon nanotube bundles显示文摘The effect of the radial heat conduction on the effective thermal conductivity of carbon nanotube(CNT) bundles is studied by the nonequilibrium molecular dynamics(NEMD) method. The hexagonal CNT bundle consists of seven(10, 10) single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs). The radial heat conduction is induced by creating the vacancy defects in some segments of the constituent CNTs. Combined with the temperature differences and the inter-tube thermal resistances at the different segments,the radial heat flow in the CNT bundle is calculated. The maximum percentage of the radial heat flow is less than 7% with the presence of four defective CNTs, while the resultant decrement of the effective thermal conductivity of the bundle is about 18%.The present results indicate that the radial heat flow can significantly diminish the axial heat conduction in the CNT bundles,which probably explains the smaller effective thermal conductivity in the CNT assemblies compared to that of the individual CNTs.WANG JianLi SONG YaMei ZHANG YuFeng HU YuHan YIN Hang GU YunFeng XIA Re CHEN YunFei 2018Science China(Technological Sciences)2018,61,12:1
