2Analysis of residual gas disturbance on the inner satellite of Inner Formation Flying System显示文摘The Inner Formation Flying System(IFFS) consisting of an outer satellite and an inner satellite which is a sphere proof mass freely flying in the shield cavity can construct a pure gravity orbit to precisely detect the earth gravity field.The residual gas in the cavity is a significant disturbance source due to the temperature inhomogeneity and relative motion of the inner satellite.The expressions of the disturbance forces were derived based on the property of rarefied gas,including the radiometer effect and the damping force.According to the current design of IFFS,heat transfer analysis of the cavity and the inner satellite was carried out,and the surface temperature distribution of the cavity and the inner satellite was given.The relative motion of the inner satellite was obtained from the formation control simulation of IFFS.Then the residual gas disturbance was calculated.The disturbance acceleration acting on the inner satellite due to the radiometer effect was on the order of 10-11 ms-2 and the damping acceleration was on the order of 10-15 m s-2.GU ZhenFeng WANG ZhaoKui ZHANG YuLin 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,9:1
3The visual fiducial based pose estimation of mobile manipulator in large-scale components manufacturing显示文摘The accurate estimation of the end-effector’s pose in large operating spaces is the key for the mobile manipulator to realize efficient manufacturing of large and complex components.We propose a novel pose tracking method in large-range using visual fiducial markers,and further propose the layout optimization method for the encoded fiducial markers.A metric named orientational dilution of precision(ODOP)is proposed to evaluate the magnification of the pose estimation error compared with the measurement error of the coded fiducial markers.The distribution pattern of the coded markers is analyzed based on ODOP,and the square-shaped layout is determined to be a satisfactory distribution pattern for the minimum positioning unit of markers,and the side length of the square-shaped layout is further selected.The simulations and experiments prove the effectiveness of the ODOP index.Finally,the square-shaped layout and the designed distribution density for positioning coded markers are adopted to realize the high-precision measurement of large components by the mobile manipulator.GONG ZeYu YU SuPu TAO Bo GU ZhenFeng WANG JinShan DING Han 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,10:1

5Effect of Tire Repeated Root Modal on Tire Modelling with Experimental Modal显示文摘The effect of tire repeated root modal(RRM)on tire modeling with an experimental modal is studied.Firstly,a radial tire with radial and tangential RRMs is tested and analyzed.By multi-point exciting of the radial tire,a multiple reference frequency domain method based on a least squares(LMS PolyMAX)algorithm is used to identify modal parameters.Then,modal stability diagram(MSD),modal indication function(MIF)and modal assurance criteria(Auto-MAC)matrix are utilized to induce multiple inputs multiple outputs(MIMO)frequency response function(FRF)matrixes.The tests reveal that notable repeated roots exist in both radial and tangential response modes.Their modal frequencies and damping factors are approximately the same,the amplitudes of modal vectors are in the same order of magnitude,and the mode shapes are orthogonal.Based on the works mentioned,the method of trigonometric series modal shapes fitting is adopted,the effects of RRM model on tire modeling with a vertical experimental modal are discussed.The final results show that the effects of considering the RRM shapes are equivalent to the tire mode shapes depended on rotating the tire's different exciting points during tire modeling,and since considering the RRM,the tire mode shapes can be unified and fixed during tire modeling.Zhenfeng Wang Yongchang Du Mingming Dong Liang Gu 2017Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2017,26,1:0

8A chromosome-level genome assembly for Erianthus fulvus provides insights into its biofuel potential and facilitates breeding for improvement of sugarcane显示文摘Erianthus produces substantial biomass,exhibits a good Brix value,and shows wide environmental adaptability,making it a potential biofuel plant.In contrast to closely related sorghum and sugarcane,Erianthus can grow in degraded soils,thus releasing pressure on agricultural lands used for biofuel production.However,the lack of genomic resources for Erianthus hinders its genetic improvement,thus limiting its potential for biofuel production.In the present study,we generated a chromosome-scale reference genome for Erianthus fulvus Nees.The genome size estimated by flow cytometry was 937 Mb,and the assembled genome size was 902 Mb,covering 96.26%of the estimated genome size.A total of 35065 proteincoding genes were predicted,and 67.89%of the genome was found to be repetitive.A recent wholegenome duplication occurred approximately 74.10 million years ago in the E.fulvus genome.Phylogenetic analysis showed that E.fulvus is evolutionarily closer to S.spontaneum and diverged after S.bicolor.Three of the 10 chromosomes of E.fulvus formed through rearrangements of ancestral chromosomes.Phylogenetic reconstruction of the Saccharum complex revealed a polyphyletic origin of the complex and a sister relationship of E.fulvus with Saccharum sp.,excluding S.arundinaceum.On the basis of the four amino acid residues that provide substrate specificity,the E.fulvus SWEET proteins were classified as monoand disaccharide sugar transporters.Ortho-QTL genes identified for 10 biofuel-related traits may aid in the rapid screening of E.fulvus populations to enhance breeding programs for improved biofuel production.The results of this study provide valuable insights for breeding programs aimed at improving biofuel production in E.fulvus and enhancing sugarcane introgression programs.Ling Kui Aasim Majeed Xianhong Wang Zijiang Yang Jian Chen Lilian He Yining Di Xuzhen Li Zhenfeng Qian Yinming Jiao Guoyun Wang Lufeng Liu Rong Xu Shujie Gu Qinghui Yang Shuying Chen Hongbo Lou Yu Meng Linyan Xie Fu Xu Qingqing Shen Amit Singh Karl Gruber Yunbing Pan Tingting Hao Yang Dong Fusheng Li 2023Plant Communications2023,4,4:0
