1Identification of a Long-Chain Fatty Acid Elongase from Nannochloropsis sp. Involved in the Biosynthesis of Fatty Acids by Heterologous Expression in Saccharomyces cerevisiae显示文摘The marine microalga Nannochloropsis sp.contains various elongases and desaturases that are critical for biosynthesis of polyunsaturated fatty acids.A full-length cDNA encoding a long-chain fatty acid elongase,named Ns FAE,was cloned from Nannochloropsis sp..The open reading frame of Ns FAE(GenBank accession no.MF680548)consisted of 1068 bp and encoded a predicted protein of 355 amino acids with molecular mass 38.8 k Da.The deduced polypeptide showed 43%–44%identity to fatty acyl elongases from other algae.RT-PCR experiments indicated that the Ns FAE gene exhibited the highest expression in Nannochloropsis sp.at 72 h(i.e.,during the third growth stage)and the expression was significantly lower in the other four growth stages.Plasmid p Ns FAE-CRISPR and a recombinant DNA fragment(ADH1p-Ns FAE-CYCt)were transformed into Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain BY4742 using the CRISPR-Cas system.Yeast transformants containing Ns FAE produced three fatty acids not normally present in wild-type BY4742-linoleic acid,linolenic acid and eicosadienoic acid-indicating that Ns FAE encodes a functional elongase enzyme.GUO Minrui CHEN Guogang CHEN Jiluan ZHENG Minggang 2019Journal of Ocean University of China2019,18,5:1
2“Double low-points” anomaly in daily variation of vertical component of geomagnetic field before the M_S8.0 Wenchuan earthquake显示文摘The 'double low-points' anomaly in daily variation of vertical geomagnetic component was observed on May 9,2008 at 13 geomagnetic observatories belonging to the geomagnetic observatory network center of China Earthquake Administration.These observatories distribute roughly on three belts with the intersection in western Sichuan.On May 12,three days after the anomaly appearance,the great MS8.0 Wenchuan earthquake occurred.The 'double low-points' anomaly in daily variation of vertical geomagnetic component is an anomalous phenomenon of regional geomagnetism,which does exist objectively.The possible cause is the change of extrinsic eddy current system resulting in geomagnetic daily quiet variation(Sq),or the delay of several hours between the intrinsic and the extrinsic eddy current systems.The relationship between the 'double low-points' anomaly of daily geomagnetic variation and the earthquake reveals that the former possibly reflects the accelerative alteration of earthquake gestation in the deep Earth.Jiuchang Hu Wei Liu Minrui Guo Hua Zheng 2009Earthquake Science2009,22,5:0
3An Intelligent Algorithm for Solving Weapon-Target Assignment Problem:DDPG-DNPE Algorithm显示文摘Aiming at the problems of traditional dynamic weapon-target assignment algorithms in command decisionmaking,such as large computational amount,slow solution speed,and low calculation accuracy,combined with deep reinforcement learning theory,an improved Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient algorithm with dual noise and prioritized experience replay is proposed,which uses a double noise mechanism to expand the search range of the action,and introduces a priority experience playback mechanism to effectively achieve data utilization.Finally,the algorithm is simulated and validated on the ground-to-air countermeasures digital battlefield.The results of the experiment show that,under the framework of the deep neural network for intelligent weapon-target assignment proposed in this paper,compared to the traditional RELU algorithm,the agent trained with reinforcement learning algorithms,such asDeepDeterministic Policy Gradient algorithm,Asynchronous Advantage Actor-Critic algorithm,Deep Q Network algorithm performs better.It shows that the use of deep reinforcement learning algorithms to solve the weapon-target assignment problem in the field of air defense operations is scientific.In contrast to other reinforcement learning algorithms,the agent trained by the improved Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient algorithm has a higher win rate and reward in confrontation,and the use of weapon resources is more efficient.It shows that the model and algorithm have certain superiority and rationality.The results of this paper provide new ideas for solving the problemof weapon-target assignment in air defense combat command decisions.Tengda Li Gang Wang Qiang Fu Xiangke Guo Minrui Zhao Xiangyu Liu 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,76,9:0
