| 1 | Amperometric detection of gold by differential pulse voltammetry using a DNA biosensor显示文摘A DNA biosensor with [Ru(DA-bpy)3]Cl2(DA-bpy:4,4'-diamino-2,2'-bipyridine) (RuL) as the electrochemical probe was prepared on pyrolytic graphite electrode (PGE) through the supramolecular interaction between RuL complex and DNA template. Cyclic voltammetry of RuL-DNA film showed a pair of stable and reversible peaks corresponding to the Ru(III)/Ru(II) redox potential of -0.165 V versus Ag|AgCl in pH 7.4 0.1 mol·L-1 Tris-HCl. The electron transfer was expected across the double-strand DNA by an 'electron tunneling' mechanism. When the DNA biosensor was immerged in gold (III) buffer solution, the current peak signal (I) of the RuL-DNA supramolecular depressed and △I was linear in the concentration range of Au ion from 1 × 10-7 to 2 × 10-5 mol·L-1 with a regression coefficient of 0.9879. The detection limit was 5 × 10-8 mol·L-1. | 4 | Investigations on the tensile deformation of pure Mg and Mg–15Gd alloy by in-situ X-ray synchrotron radiation and visco-plastic self-consistent modeling显示文摘In this study,the texture evolutions of two Mg materials during tension are explored.In-situ X-ray synchrotron and Visco-Plastic SelfConsistent(VPSC) modeling are employed to investigate the different deformation modes between pure Mg and Mg-15Gd(wt.%) alloy.These two materials with a strong extrusion texture show large different slip/twinning activity behaviors during tensile deformation.The basal(a) slip has the highest contribution to the initial stage of plastic deformation for pure Mg.During the subsequent plastic deformation,the prismatic slip is dominant due to the strong ED//(100) fiber texture.In contrast,the deformation behavior of Mg-15Gd alloy is more complex.Twinning and basal slip are dominant at the early stage of plastic deformation,but further deformation results in the increased activation of prismatic and pyramidal slips.In comparison to pure Mg,the ratios of the critical resolved shear stress(CRSS) between non-basal slip and basal slip of the Mg-15Gd alloy are much lower. | Yuling Xu Yuanding Huang Yuye Wang Weiming Gan Shiwei Wang Emad Maawad Norbert Schell Norbert Hort | 2023 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2023,11,2: | 0 |

| 6 | Multiple ultra-wideband signal sources exploiting XPM in SFRL显示文摘A novel scheme for all-optical broadcast ultra-wideband(UWB) monocycle pulses generation based on cross-phase modulation(XPM) in semiconductor fiber ring laser(SFRL) is proposed, in which three UWB positive or negative monocycle pulses can be generated simultaneously. A comprehensive broad-band dynamic model for this kind of all-optical broadcast UWB monocycle sources is established, which is further applied to numerically analyze the impacts of injection current of semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA), the power and wavelength of the signal light on the performance of the UWB positive monocycle pulses with higher power spectral density. The results show that the spectra of the UWB positive and negative monocycle pulses generated by this scheme match the Federal Communications Commission(FCC) definition quite well. Three UWB positive monocycle pulses with better performance can be obtained when the power of signal light is at a high level, and three other UWB positive monocycle pulses with good tolerance to both the injection current of the SOA and the wavelength of the signal light can be obtained.
