| 1 | 汉语听觉词汇加工中声调信息对语义激活的制约作用(英文)显示文摘进行了三个跨通道启动词汇判断实验 ,探讨汉语听觉词汇加工中声调信息对语义激活的制约作用。实验一和二使用具有相同音段信息、但不同声调信息的双音节合成词 (如“条约”和“跳跃”)作为听觉启动词 ,与其中一个词有语义关系的双字词作为视觉探测词。语义启动词与其配对的声调不匹配词在第一音节的声调、第二音节的声调、或两个声调上有所不同。实验三改变语义启动词的第一或第二音节的声调 ,以产生声调不匹配的假词启动项 ;实验三还同时变化了原来的声调与产生的声调之间的相似性。实验结果表明 ,声调不匹配的启动项目是否产生显著的启动效应取决于词汇竞争的环境、声调输入与深层声调表征之间匹配的程度 ,以及不匹配的声调所在的位置。文章从语音输入中的声调信息如何激活词汇表征、声调信息如何存储在心理词典中。 | 周晓林 曲延轩 舒华 Gareth Gaskell William Marslen-Wilson | 2004 | 心理学报2004,36,4: | 13 |

| 3 | Extramural vascular invasion and response to neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in rectal cancer: influence of the CpG island methylator phenotype显示文摘AIM To identify whether Cp G island methylator phenotype(CIMP) is predictive of response to neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy(NACRT) and outcomes in rectal cancer.METHODS Patients undergoing NACRT and surgical resection for rectal cancer in a tertiary referral centre between 2002-2011 were identified. Pre-treatment tumour biopsies were analysed for CIMP status(high, intermediate or low) using methylation specific PCR. KRAS and BRAF status were also determined using pyrosequencing analysis. Clinical information was extracted from case records and cancer services databases. Response to radiotherapy was measured by tumour regression scores determined uponhistological examination of the resected specimen. The relationship between these molecular features, response to NACRT and oncological outcomes were analysed.RESULTS There were 160 patients analysed with a median followup time of 46.4 mo. Twenty-one(13%) patients demonstrated high levels of CIMP methylation(CIMP-H) and this was significantly associated with increased risk of extramural vascular invasion(EMVI) compared with CIMP-L [8/21(38%) vs 15/99(15%), P = 0.028]. CIMP status was not related to tumour regression after radiotherapy or survival, however EMVI was significantly associated with adverse survival(P < 0.001). Intermediate CIMP status was significantly associated with KRAS mutation(P = 0.01). There were 14(9%) patients with a pathological complete response(pC R) compared to 116(73%) patients having no or minimal regression after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy. Those patients with pC R had median survival of 106 mo compared to 65.8 mo with minimal regression, although this was not statistically significant(P = 0.26). Binary logistic regression analysis of the relationship between EMVI and other prognostic features revealed, EMVI positivity was associated with poor overall survival, advanced 'T' stage and CIMP-H but not nodal status, age, sex, KRAS mutation status and presence of local or systemic recurrence.CONCLUSION We report a novel association of pre-treatment characterisation of CIMP-H with EMVI status which has prognostic implications and is not readily detectable on pre-treatment histological examination. | Jeremy Stuart Williamson Huw Geraint Jones Namor Williams Anthony Paul Griffiths Gareth Jenkins John Beynon Dean Anthony Harris | 2017 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2017,9,5: | 4 |

| 7 | Effect of high-intensity interval training in adolescents with asthma:The eXercise for Asthma with Commando Joe’s^(■)(X4ACJ)trial显示文摘Background:Higher levels of cardiorespiratory fitness are associated with reduced asthma severity and increased quality of life in those with asthma.Therefore,the purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a 6-month high-intensity interval training(HIIT)intervention in adolescents with and without asthma.Methods:A total of 616 adolescents(334 boys;13.0±1.1 years,1.57±0.10 m,52.6±12.9 kg,mean±SD),including 155 with asthma(78 boys),were recruited as part of a randomized controlled trial from 5 schools(4 control and 1 intervention).The 221 intervention participants(116 boys;47 asthma)completed 6 months of school-based HIIT(30 min,3 times per week,10-30 s bouts at>90%age-predicted maximum heart rate with equal rest).At baseline,mid-intervention,post-intervention,and 3-month follow-up,measurements for 20-m shuttle run,body mass index(BMI),lung function,Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory,Paediatric Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire,and Asthma Control Questionnaire were collected.Additionally,69 adolescents(39 boys(of the 36 with asthma there were 21 boys))also completed an incremental ramp test.For analysis,each group’s data(intervention and control)were divided into those with and without asthma.Results:Participants with asthma did not differ from their peers in any parameter of aerobic fitness,at any time-point,but were characterized by a greater BMI.The intervention elicited a significant improvement in maximal aerobic fitness but no change in sub-maximal parameters of aerobic fitness,lung function,or quality of life irrespective of asthma status.Those in the intervention group maintained their BMI,whereas BMI significantly increased in the control group throughout the 6-month period.Conclusion:HIIT represents an effective tool for improving aerobic fitness and maintaining BMI in adolescents,irrespective of asthma status.HIIT was well-tolerated by those with asthma,who evidenced a similar aerobic fitness to their healthy peers and responded equally well to a HIIT program. | Charles O.N.Winn Kelly A.Mackintosh William T.B.Eddolls Gareth Stratton Andrew M.Wilson Melitta A.McNarry Gwyneth A.Davies | 2021 | Journal of Sport and Health Science2021,10,4: | 1 |
