1CPS Modeling of CNC Machine Tool Work Processes Using an Instruction-Domain Based Approach显示文摘Building cyber-physical system(CPS) models of machine tools is a key technology for intelligent manufacturing. The massive electronic data from a computer numerical control(CNC) system during the work processes of a CNC machine tool is the main source of the big data on which a CPS model is established. In this work-process model, a method based on instruction domain is applied to analyze the electronic big data, and a quantitative description of the numerical control(NC) processes is built according to the G code of the processes. Utilizing the instruction domain, a work-process CPS model is established on the basis of the accurate, real-time mapping of the manufacturing tasks, resources, and status of the CNC machine tool. 2Electron force-induced dislocations annihilation and regeneration of a superalloy through electrical in-situ transmission electron microscopy observations显示文摘What effect does electric current do on dislocation evolution of metals keeps being a confusing question to be answered and proved. To this end, the dislocation evolution of a superalloy with electric current was directly observed by electrical in-situ transmission electron microscopy in this work. Dislocations annihilation at first and then regeneration was found for the first time, which directly proves the existence of electron force during the electrically-assisted manufacturing. Dislocations regeneration would be driven by the electron force and the resistance softening by the local Joule heating effect. 4A Review on Ultrasonic-Assisted Forming:Mechanism,Model,and Process显示文摘Compared with conventional forming processes,ultrasonic-assisted forming technology with a high frequency and small amplitude can significantly improve the forming quality of materials.Owing to the advantages of reduced forming force,improved surface quality,avoidance of forming defects,and strengthened surface structure,ultrasonic-assisted forming technology has been applied to increasingly advanced forming processes,such as incremental forming,spinning,and micro-forming.However,in the ultrasonic-assisted forming process,there are multiple ultrasonic mechanisms,such as the volume effect and surface effect.The explanation of the effect of ultrasonic vibration(UV)on plastic deformation remains controversial,hindering the development of related technologies.Recently,many researchers have proposed many new theories and technologies for ultrasonic-assisted forming.To summarize these developments,systematic discussions on mechanisms,theoretical models,and forming performances are provided in this review.On this basis,the limitations of the current study are discussed.In addition,an outlook for ultrasonic-assisted forming is proposed:efficient and stable UV systems,difficulty forming components with complex geometry,explanation of the in-depth mechanism,a systematic theoretical prediction model,and multi-field-coupling energy-assisted forming are considered to be hot spots in future studies.The present review enhances existing knowledge of ultrasonic-assisted forming,and facilitates a fast reference for related researchers.Guangda Shao Hongwei Li Mei Zhan 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,5:5
5Towards a better recording of microtubule cytoskeletal spatial organization and dynamics in plant cells显示文摘Numerous fluorescent marker lines are currently available to visualize microtubule(MT)architecture and dynamics in living plant cells, such as markers expressing p35S::GFP-MBD or p35S::GFP-TUB6.However, these MT marker lines display obvious defects that affect plant growth or produce unstable fluorescent signals. Here, a series of new marker lines were developed, including the pTUB6::VisGreen-TUB6-expressing line in which TUB6 is under the control of its endogenous regulatory elements and e GFP is replaced with VisGreen, a brighter fluorescent protein. 6Antimony doped Cs2SnCl6 with bright and stable emission显示文摘Lead halide perovskites,with high photoluminescence efficiency and narrow・band emission,are promising materials for display and lighting.However,the lead toxicity and environmental sensitivity hinder their potential applications.Herein,a new antimony・doped lead-free inorganic perovskites variant Cs2SnCl6:xSb is designed and synthesized.The perovskite variant Cs2SnCl6:xSb exhibits a broadband orange-red emission,with a photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 37%.The photoluminescence of Cs2SnCl6:xSb is caused by the ionoluminescence of Sb3+within Cs2SnCl6 matrix,which is verified by temperature dependent photoluminescence(PL)and PL decay measurements.In addition,the all inorganic structure renders Cs2SnCl6:xSb with excellent thermal and water stability.Finally,a white light-emitting diode(white-LED)is fabricated by assembling Cs2SnCl6:0.59%Sb,Cs2SnCl6:2.75%Bi and Ba2Sr2SiO4:Eu2+onto the commercial UV LED chips,and the color rendering index(CRI)reaches 81.Jinghui LI Zhifang TAN Manchen HU Chao CHEN Jiajun LUO Shunran LI Liang GAO Zewen XIAO Guangda NIU Jiang TANG 2019Frontiers of Optoelectronics2019,12,4:2
7A comprehensive overview of cotton genomics,biotechnology and molecular biological studies显示文摘Cotton is an irreplaceable economic crop currently domesticated in the human world for its extremely elongated fiber cells specialized in seed epidermis,which makes it of high research and application value.To date,numerous research on cotton has navigated various aspects,from multi-genome assembly,genome editing,mechanism of fiber development,metabolite biosynthesis,and analysis to genetic breeding.Genomic and 3D genomic studies reveal the origin of cotton species and the spatiotemporal asymmetric chromatin structure in fibers.Mature multiple genome editing systems,such as CRISPR/Cas9,Cas12(Cpf1)and cytidine base editing(CBE),have been widely used in the study of candidate genes affecting fiber development.Based on this,the cotton fiber cell development network has been preliminarily drawn.Among them,the MYB-b HLH-WDR(MBW)transcription factor complex and IAA and BR signaling pathway regulate the initiation;various plant hormones,including ethylene,mediated regulatory network and membrane protein overlap fine-regulate elongation.Multistage transcription factors targeting Ces A 4,7,and 8 specifically dominate the whole process of secondary cell wall thickening.And fluorescently labeled cytoskeletal proteins can observe real-time dynamic changes in fiber development.Furthermore,research on the synthesis of cotton secondary metabolite gossypol,resistance to diseases and insect pests,plant architecture regulation,and seed oil utilization are all conducive to finding more high-quality breeding-related genes and subsequently facilitating the cultivation of better cotton varieties.This review summarizes the paramount research achievements in cotton molecular biology over the last few decades from the above aspects,thereby enabling us to conduct a status review on the current studies of cotton and provide strong theoretical support for the future direction.Xingpeng Wen Zhiwen Chen Zuoren Yang Maojun Wang Shuangxia Jin Guangda Wang Li Zhang Lingjian Wang Jianying Li Sumbul Saeed Shoupu He Zhi Wang Kun Wang Zhaosheng Kong Fuguang Li Xianlong Zhang Xiaoya Chen Yuxian Zhu 2023Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,10:2

13Inorganic Hierarchical Nanostructures Induced by Concentration Difference and Gradient显示文摘A very simple strategy for preparing hierarchical inorganic nanostructures under ambient aqueous conditions is presented.The hierarchical inorganic nanomaterials were obtained by simply adding a highly concentrated solution of one reactant to a solution of another reactant with low concentration.No surface-capping molecules or structure-directing templates were needed.The preparation of hierarchical single crystalline PbMoO4 was used as an example in order to study the effects of varying the reaction conditions and the mechanism of the process.It was found that the large concentration difference(typically in excess of 200-fold)and the concentration gradient of the reactants both play key roles in controlling the diffusion process and the morphology of the resulting nanostructures.This kinetically controlled strategy is facile and is easily adapted to prepare a variety of inorganic materials.Haibin Chu Xuemei Li Guangda Chen Zhong Jin Yan Zhang Yan Li 2008Nano Research2008,1,3:1
