1CPS Modeling of CNC Machine Tool Work Processes Using an Instruction-Domain Based Approach显示文摘Building cyber-physical system(CPS) models of machine tools is a key technology for intelligent manufacturing. The massive electronic data from a computer numerical control(CNC) system during the work processes of a CNC machine tool is the main source of the big data on which a CPS model is established. In this work-process model, a method based on instruction domain is applied to analyze the electronic big data, and a quantitative description of the numerical control(NC) processes is built according to the G code of the processes. Utilizing the instruction domain, a work-process CPS model is established on the basis of the accurate, real-time mapping of the manufacturing tasks, resources, and status of the CNC machine tool. 2Continuous nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube matrix for boosting oxygen electrocatalysis in rechargeable Zn-air batteries显示文摘Developing robust oxygen electrocatalyst with high-performance is very significant for practical rechargeable Zn-air battery.We report herein the preparation of three-dimensional continuous nanocarbon network composed of interconnected nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes and its application as oxygen electrocatalysis in rechargeable Zn-air battery.Except the excellent electrochemical bifunctionality,this carbon nanotube matrix also delivers an impressive battery performance.Specifically,an opencircuit voltage of 1.50 V as well as a high power density of 220 m W cm^(-2) with remarkable cycling stability for 1600 h is achieved in the rechargeable Zn-air battery.The study not only provides an efficient bifunctional oxygen electrocatalyst but more importantly may pave significant concepts in designing robust electrode for long-life rechargeable Zn-air battery and other energy technologies.Guangda Chen Yangyang Xu Lei Huang Aboulkader Ibro Douka Bao Yu Xia 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,4:7
3Induction of jasmonic acid biosynthetic genes inhibits Arabidopsis growth in response to low boron显示文摘The essential micronutrient boron(B) has key roles in cell wall integrity and B deficiency inhibits plant growth. The role of jasmonic acid(JA) in plant growth inhibition under B deficiency remains unclear. Here,we report that low B elevates JA biosynthesis in Arabidopsis thaliana by inducing the expression of JA biosynthesis genes. Treatment with JA inhibited plant growth and, a JA biosynthesis inhibitor enhanced plant growth, indicating that the JA induced by B deficiency affects plant growth. Furthermore,examination of the JA signaling mutants jasmonate resistant1, coronatine insensitive1-2, and myc2 showed that JA signaling negatively regulates plant growth under B deficiency. We identified a low-B responsive transcription factor, ERF018, and used yeast one-hybrid assays and transient activation assays in Nicotiana benthamiana leaf cells to demonstrate that ERF018 activates the expression of JA biosynthesis genes. ERF018 overexpression(OE)lines displayed stunted growth and up-regulation of JA biosynthesis genes under normal B conditions,compared to Col-0 and the difference between ERF018 OE lines and Col-0 diminished under low B.These results suggest that ERF018 enhances JA biosynthesis and thus negatively regulates plant growth. 6Advances in the Application of Perovskite Materials显示文摘Nowadays, the soar of photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells has set off a fever in the study of metal halide perovskite materials. The excellent optoelectronic properties and defect tolerance feature allow metal halide perovskite to be employed in a wide variety of applications. This article provides a holistic review over the current progress and future prospects of metal halide perovskite materials in representative promising applications, including traditional optoelectronic devices(solar cells, light-emitting diodes, photodetectors, lasers), and cutting-edge technologies in terms of neuromorphic devices(artificial synapses and memristors) and pressure-induced emission. 7Dark current modeling of thick perovskite X‑ray detectors显示文摘Metal halide perovskites(MHPs)have demonstrated excellent performances in detection of X-rays and gamma-rays.Most studies focus on improving the sensitivity of single-pixel MHP detectors.However,little work pays attention to the dark current,which is crucial for the back-end circuit integration.Herein,the requirement of dark current is quantitatively evaluated as low as 10^(−9)A/cm^(2)for X-ray imagers integrated on pixel circuits.Moreover,through the semiconductor device analysis and simulation,we reveal that the main current compositions of thick perovskite X-ray detectors are the thermionic-emission current(J_(T))and the generation-recombination current(J_(g-r)).The typical observed failures of p-n junctions in thick detectors are caused by the high generation-recombination current due to the band mismatch and interface defects.This work provides a deep insight into the design of high sensitivity and low dark current perovskite X-ray detectors.Shan Zhao Xinyuan Du Jincong Pang Haodi Wu Zihao Song Zhiping Zheng Ling Xu Jiang Tang Guangda Niu 2022Frontiers of Optoelectronics2022,15,4:0
8Template directed perovskite X-ray detectors towards low ionic migration and low interpixel cross talking显示文摘The metal halide perovskites exhibit excellent performance as the direct X-ray detectors owing to their strong absorption capability,long carrier lifetime and diffusion length,radiation ruggedness,etc.For imaging applications,the ionic migration of perovskites and charge sharing effect between the adjacent pixels have a significantly negative impact on the spatial resolution.Herein,for the first time,the porous anodic aluminum oxides(AAO)have been used as a template to grow the CsPbBr2I thick film for the direct X-ray detection.Benefiting from the oxygen passivation effect,the activation energy for ionic migration has been observed to increase to 0.701 eV,whereas the dark current drift(1.01×10^(-5)nA cm^(-1)s^(-1)V^(-1))is one to two orders of magnitude lower than the other lead halide perovskite single crystals and films.Moreover,the AAO insulating wall effectively blocks the charge diffusion effect across a pixel pitch of 10^m.Overall,the findings reported in this study open a new route for reducing the ionic migration and pixel crosstalk,thus,bringing the perovskite X-ray detectors close to the practical applications.Menghua Zhu Xinyuan Du Guangda Niu Weiwei Liu Weicheng Pan Jincong Pang Wenyu Wang Chao Chen Yadong Xu Jiang Tang 2022Fundamental Research2022,2,1:0
9Effectiveness and safety of seven oral Chinese patent medicines as adjuvant therapy for cancer-related anemia: A systematic review and network meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of seven oral Chinese patent medicines(CPMs)as adjuvant therapy for cancer-related anemia(CRA)by network meta-analysis(NMA).Methods:A literature search to obtain randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of seven oral CPMs in the adjuvant treatment of CRA was conducted in multiple databases from the inception to April 2022.The RevMan5.3 and R 4.1.1 software were used for NMA.Results:We ultimately included 29 RCTs with 2140 patients.Traditional meta-analysis showed that Fufang E'jiao syrup(FFEJS),Shengxuebao mixture(SXBM),Shengxuening tablets(SXNT),Jianpi Shengxue granules(JPSXG),and Yixuesheng capsule(YXSC)combined with basic Western treatment(BWT)could improve the hemoglobin(HGB)level.JPSXG combined with BWT could improve the red blood cell(RBC).FFEJS combined with BWT improved the Karnofsky performance status(KPS).NMA showed that FFEJS,JPSXG,SXBM,and SXNT plus BWT improved HGB better than Shengxue tablets(SXT)plus BWT,with top three ranking results being JPSXG plus BWT>SXNT plus BWT>FFEJS plus BWT.FFEJS plus BWT,JPSXG plus BWT,SXBM plus BWT,SXNT plus BWT,and SXT plus BWT improved RBC better than BWT,with top three ranking results being SXNT plus BWT>JPSXG plus BWT>FFEJS plus BWT.In terms of the KPS score,compared with SXT plus BWT,FFEJS,JPSXG,SXBM,SXNT,and Yizhong Shengxue capsule(YZSXC)plus BWT had higher KPS,with top three ranking results being SXBM plus BWT>JPSXG plus BWT>FFEJS plus BWT.Conclusions:Our NMA demonstrated that seven oral CPMs used as adjuvant treatment of CRA had a definite clinical effect.JPSXG not only increases the levels of HGB and RBC to enhance the clinical effect but also improves patients'quality of life.More accurate conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality RCTs.Jing Xu Kang Wu Xiao Li Chiah Shean Teo Guangda Li Yiming Pan Li Hou 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2023,10,2:0
10Coordinated Voltage Control of Distribution Network ConsideringMultiple Types of Electric Vehicles显示文摘The couple between the power network and the transportation network(TN)is deepening gradually with the increasing penetration rate of electric vehicles(EV),which also poses a great challenge to the traditional voltage control scheme.In this paper,we propose a coordinated voltage control strategy for the active distribution networks considering multiple types of EV.In the first stage,the action of on-load tap changer and capacitor banks,etc.,are determined by optimal power flow calculation,and the node electricity price is also determined based on dynamic time-of-use tariff mechanism.In the second stage,multiple operating scenarios of multiple types of EVs such as cabs,private cars and buses are considered,and the scheduling results of each EV are solved by building an optimization model based on constraints such as queuing theory,Floyd-Warshall algorithm and traffic flow information.In the third stage,the output power of photovoltaic and energy storage systems is fine-tuned in the normal control mode.The charging power of EVs is also regulated in the emergency control mode to reduce the voltage deviation,and the amount of regulation is calculated based on the fair voltage control mode of EVs.Finally,we test the modified IEEE 33-bus distribution system coupled with the 24-bus Beijing TN.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can mitigate voltage violations well.Liang Liu Guangda Xu Yuan Zhao Yi Lu Yu Li Jing Gao 2024Energy Engineering2024,121,2:0
