| 1 | A Fast Multi-Pattern Matching Algorithm for Mining Big Network Data显示文摘The rapid development of mobile network brings opportunities for researchers to analyze user behaviors based on largescale network traffic data. It is important for Internet Service Providers(ISP) to optimize resource allocation and provide customized services to users. The first step of analyzing user behaviors is to extract information of user actions from HTTP traffic data by multi-pattern URL matching. However, the efficiency is a huge problem when performing this work on massive network traffic data. To solve this problem, we propose a novel and accurate algorithm named Multi-Pattern Parallel Matching(MPPM) that takes advantage of HashMap in data searching for extracting user behaviors from big network data more effectively. Extensive experiments based on real-world traffic data prove the ability of MPPM algorithm to deal with massive HTTP traffic with better performance on accuracy, concurrency and efficiency. | 5 | A MOF/poly(thioctic acid)composite for enhanced gold extraction from water matrices显示文摘With the fast generation of electronic waste(e-waste)and the increasing depletion of metal resources,“urban mining”that can selectively recover gold from secondary resources has attracted great interest.Construction of materials with high extraction capacity and satisfying selectivity in complex aqueous-based matrices still remains challenging.Here,a novel metal-organic framework/polymer composite(Fe-BTC/poly(thioctic acid),denoted as Fe-BTC/pTA)has been newly synthesized and applied for selective gold recovery in different matrices(river water,seawater,and leaching solution of e-waste).Benefiting from the high specific surface area and suitable pore sizes as well as the rational design of active sites,the composite exhibits high adsorption capacity(920 mg/g),high removal efficiency(>99%),fast kinetics(below 0.1 ppb within 10 min),and good applicability in complex matrices,which are better than those of most reported sulfur-containing adsorbents.Solid-state metallic gold with high purity can be effectively enriched due to the high recyclability and long-term stability of the composite.The material after adsorption can be further applied as a heterogeneous catalyst for water remediation due to the in situ generated gold nanoparticles by the redox reaction between Au(III)ions and the S-containing groups in the composites. | Ruiqing Li Sen Yan Tianwei Xue Rongxing Qiu Yin Li Wenli Hao Guangkuo Xu Yanliang Wang Yanzhen Hong Yuzhong Su Hongtao Wang Shuliang Yang Li Peng Jun Li | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,1: | 0 |
| 6 | Determination of breath isoprene in 109 suspected lung cancer patients using cavity ringdown spectroscopy显示文摘Background:Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide.Currently,effective screening methods for early lung cancer are still scarce.Breath analysis provides a promising method for the pre-screening or early screening of lung cancer.Isoprene is a potential and important breath biomarker of lung cancer.Material and Methods:To investigate the clinical value of isoprene for diagnosing lung cancer patients,a cavity ringdown spectroscopy(CRDS)based near-real time,sensitive analysis method of breath isoprene is developed in our lab.In this paper,92 breath samples from lung cancer patients,17 breath samples from patients with benign lesions,and 107 breath samples from healthy people were collected.Results:Research indicates that breath isoprene concentration is significantly higher in healthy individuals(221:3±122:2 ppbv)than in patients with lung cancer(112:0±36:6 ppbv)and benign lung lesions(127:9±41:2 ppbv).The result of Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curve suggests that the concentration of isoprene is meaningful for the diagnosis of lung cancer(AUC=0:822,sensitivity=63:6%,specificity=90:2%,P<0:01).Conclusion:This study demonstrates that the CRDS breath isoprene analysis system can effectively analyze a large sample of human breath isoprene,and preliminarily confirms the use of breath isoprene as a biomarker for lung diseases. | Xin Wei Qingyuan Li Yinghua Wu Jing Li Guangkuo Zhang Meixiu Sun Yingxin Li | 2022 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,5: | 0 |
