| 1 | Optimality analysis of one-step OOSM filtering algorithms in target tracking显示文摘In centralized multisensor tracking systems, there are out-of-sequence measurements (OOSMs) frequently arising due to different time delays in communication links and varying pre-processing times at the sensor. Such OOSM arrival can induce the “negative-time measurement update” problem, which is quite common in real multisensor tracking systems. The A1 optimal update algorithm with OOSM is presented by Bar-Shalom for one-step case. However, this paper proves that the optimality of A1 algorithm is lost in direct discrete-time model (DDM) of the process noise, it holds true only in discretized continuous-time model (DCM). One better OOSM filtering algorithm for DDM case is presented. Also, another new optimal OOSM filtering algorithm, which is independent of the discrete time model of the process noise, is presented here. The performance of the two new algorithms is compared with that of A1 algorithm by Monte Carlo simulations. | 2 | AFM research on Fe-based nanocrystal crystallization mechanism显示文摘The cross-section pattern of Fe-based alloy ribbon (Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9) annealed at different temperatures was investigated by AFM (atomic force microscope), and the effect mechanism of Nb and Cu in Fe-based alloy ribbon annealing was analyzed with XRD diffraction crystal analysis technique and other research results. New concepts of encapsulated grain, Nb vacancy cluster, Nb-B atom cluster and so on were proposed and used to describe the formation mechanism of α-Fe (Si) nanocrystal. | 3 | lncRNA NEAT1 promotes the Taxol resistance of breast cancer via sponging the miR-23a-3p-FOXA1 axis显示文摘Breast cancer is the most prevalent malignancy among women worldwide.Paclitaxel(Taxol)is a widely applied chemotherapeutic agent against breast cancer.Although Taxol therapy has achieved improvements recently,development of chemoresistance of breast cancer patients is a major obstacle,leading to therapeutic failure.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)play pivotal roles in tumorigenesis and progresses of breast cancer.However,the biological roles and molecular targets of lncRNA NEAT1 in Taxol-resistant breast cancer remain unclear.Here,we report that NEAT1 is significantly upregulated in breast tumors and cell lines.In addition,silencing NEAT1 effectively sensitizes breast cancer cells to Taxol.Bioinformatical analysis and luciferase assay demonstrated that miR-23a-3p could be sponged and downregulated by NEAT1.We demonstrated that miR-23a-3p was downregulated and functioned as a tumor suppressor in breast cancer.Furthermore,in the established Taxol-resistant MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell line,we detected significantly increased NEAT1 expression and downregulated miR-23a-3p expression.Importantly,FOXA1 was identified and validated as a direct target of miR-23a-3p in breast cancer cells.Rescue experiments demonstrated that the restoration of miR-23a-3p in NEAT1-overexpressing Taxol-resistant breast cancer cells successfully overcame the NEAT1-promoted Taxol resistance.Taken together,our results revealed the clinical roles and molecular mechanisms for the NEAT1-mediated chemoresistance,providing new insights into the development of non-coding RNA-based therapeutic strategies for enhancing the anti-cancer effects of traditional chemotherapeutic drugs. | Lin Zhu Fengchun Wang Wenhui Fan Zhi Jin Chao Teng Jianxin Zhang | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,9: | 7 |

| 5 | 3D-printed surface promoting osteogenic differentiation and angiogenetic factor expression of BMSCs on Ti6Al4V implants and early osseointegration in vivo显示文摘Three-dimensional-printed(3 D-P) titanium implants display many advantages, such as design flexibility,higher efficiency, the capability to easily construct complex or customized structures, etc., and is believed to potentially replace traditional implants. However, the biological performance of the 3 D-P titanium surface has not been investigated systematically. Herein, we analyzed the surface characteristics of 3 D-P Ti6 Al4 V implants and evaluated the biological responses of bone marrow derived mesenchymal stromal cells(BMSCs) to the 3 D-P surface in vitro. Moreover, after implantation into the rat femoral condyle for3 and 6 weeks, the osseointegration performance was evaluated. The results showed the 3 D-P Ti6 Al4 V implant presented distinct fluctuant macroscale rough surface and relatively better hydrophilicity which enhanced the adhesion, proliferation, osteogenic differentiation and angiogenetic factor expression of BMSCs. Moreover, the in vivo osseointegration performance was also better than that of the control group at the early stage. | 7 | Group VB transition metal dichalcogenides for oxygen reduction reaction and strain-enhanced activity governed by p-orbital electrons of chalcogen显示文摘Developi ng alter native oxyge n reducti on reactio n (ORR) catalysts to replace precious Pt-based metals with abundant materials is the key challe nge of commercial application of fuel cells. Owing to their various compositi ons and tun able electronic properties, transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have the great potential to realize high-efficiency catalysts for ORR. Here, various 3R-phase dichalcogenides of group VB and VIB transition metals (MX2, M = Nb, Ta, Mo, W;X = S, Se, Te) are investigated for ORR catalysts by using density functional theory calculations. The computed over-potentials of group VB TMDs are much less than those of group VIB TMDs. For group VB TMDs, a volcano-type plot of ORR catalytic activity is established on the adsorption energies of *OH, and NbS2 and TaTe2 exhibit best ORR activity with an oveepotential of 0.54 V. To achieve even better activity, strain engineering is performed to tune ORR catalytic activity, and the minimum over-potential of 0.43 V can be realized. | 11 | A Fast Multi-Pattern Matching Algorithm for Mining Big Network Data显示文摘The rapid development of mobile network brings opportunities for researchers to analyze user behaviors based on largescale network traffic data. It is important for Internet Service Providers(ISP) to optimize resource allocation and provide customized services to users. The first step of analyzing user behaviors is to extract information of user actions from HTTP traffic data by multi-pattern URL matching. However, the efficiency is a huge problem when performing this work on massive network traffic data. To solve this problem, we propose a novel and accurate algorithm named Multi-Pattern Parallel Matching(MPPM) that takes advantage of HashMap in data searching for extracting user behaviors from big network data more effectively. Extensive experiments based on real-world traffic data prove the ability of MPPM algorithm to deal with massive HTTP traffic with better performance on accuracy, concurrency and efficiency.
