1Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds显示文摘Because China is becoming an aging society,the incidence of diabetes and diabetic foot have been increasing.Diabetic foot has become one of the main health-related killers due to its high disability and mortality rates.Negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT)is one of the most effective techniques for the treatment of diabetic foot wounds and great progress,both in terms of research and its clinical application,has been made in the last 20 years of its development.However,due to the complex pathogenesis and management of diabetic foot,irregular application of NPWT often leads to complications,such as infection,bleeding and necrosis,that seriously affect its treatment outcomes.In 2020,under the leadership of Burns,Trauma and Tissue Repair Committee of the Cross-Straits Medicine Exchange Association,the writing group for‘Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds’was established with the participation of scholars from the specialized areas of burns,endocrinology,vascular surgery,orthopedics and wound repair.Drawing on evidence-based practice suggested by the latest clinical research,this consensus proposes the best clinical practice guidelines for the application and prognostic evaluation of NPWT for diabetic foot.The consensus aims to support the formation of standardized treatment schemes that clinicians can refer to when treating cases of diabetic foot.Shizhao Ji Xiaobin Liu Jie Huang Junmin Bao Zhaohong Chen Chunmao Han Daifeng Hao Jingsong Hong Dahai Hu Yufeng Jiang Shang Ju Hongye Li Zongyu Li Guangping Liang Yan Liu Gaoxing Luo Guozhong Lv Xingwu Ran Zhongmin Shi Juyu Tang Aiping Wang Guangyi Wang Jiangning Wang Xin Wang Bing Wen Jun Wu Hailin Xu Maojin Xu Xiaofei Ye Liangxi Yuan Yi Zhang Shichu Xiao Zhaofan Xia 2021Burns & Trauma2021,9,1:17
2Lightweight and High-Performance Microwave Absorber Based on 2D WS2-RGO Heterostructures显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)nanomaterials are categorized as a new class of microwave absorption(MA)materials owing to their high specific surface area and peculiar electronic properties.In this study,2D WS2-reduced graphene oxide(WS2-rGO)heterostructure nanosheets were synthesized via a facile hydrothermal process;moreover,their dielectric and MA properties were reported for the first time.Remarkably,the maximum reflection loss(RL)of the sample-wax composites containing 40 wt% WS2-rGO was-41.5 dB at a thickness of 2.7 mm;furthermore,the bandwidth where RL<-10 dB can reach up to 13.62 GHz(4.38-18 GHz).Synergistic mechanisms derived from the interfacial dielectric coupling and multiple-interface scattering after hybridization of WS2 with rGO were discussed to explain the drastically enhanced microwave absorption performance.The results indicate these lightweight WS2-rGO nanosheets to be potential materials for practical electromagnetic wave-absorbing applications.Deqing Zhang Tingting Liu Junye Cheng Qi Cao Guangping Zheng Shuang Liang Hao Wang MaoSheng Cao 2019Nano-Micro Letters2019,11,3:11
3Performance of N95 elastomeric respirators in high humidity and high coal dust concentration environment显示文摘High humidity and high dust concentration in deep coal mines may severely challenge the performance of respirators worn by coal miners.This paper aims at quantitatively evaluating the respirators used in deep coal mines and providing scientific guidance for the respiratory protection of miners.Based on the self-designed in-situ PM2.5 collector,controllable PM2.5 generator,human breathing simulator,and respirator simulation testing system,under the simulated deep mine working condition,this study investigated the effects of dust loading,wearing time,and dust concentration on the filtration efficiency,breathing resistance,and quality factor of N95 elastomeric respirators.With the increase of dust loading,the respirator filtration efficiency firstly decreased,then increased(minimum value 97.5%).The breathing resistance increased exponentially from 120 to 180 to 1020-1530 Pa,and the quality factor decreased logarithmically from 0.051 to 0.076 to 0.0058-0.0085 Pa^(-1).As the PM2.5 coal dust concentration increased from 5 to 50 mg/m^(3),the wearing time for the respirator breathing resistance to exceed 300 Pa reduced from 7 h to less than 1 h.One N95 elastomeric respirator is not able to perform an 8-h work shift.To avoid the excessive breathing resistance caused by dust loading,more filter cartridges are needed for coal miners.Jintuo Zhu Xinjian He Liang Wang Xiaoxue Liao Guangping Teng Pengli Jing 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,1:4
4Fatigue crack propagation behavior of Ni-based superalloys after overloading at elevated temperatures显示文摘The fatigue crack propagation behavior of three superalloys subjected to a single overloading at elevated temperatures was investigated. The fatigue crack propagation rate FCPR versus stress intensity factor range data da/dN—ΔK were calculated using the two-point secant method. It was found that the crack growth rates of the investigated materials were retarded after overloading with an overload ratio R OL=1.6. The size of the plastic zone in the front of the crack tip and its relation to loading level were discussed. The overload retardation effects are attributed to crack closure. 5A tubular focused sonochemistry reactor显示文摘This paper presents a new sonochemistry reactor, which consists of a cylindrical tube with a certain length and piezoelectric transducers at tube’s end with the longitudinal vibration. The tube can effectively transform the longitudinal vibration into the radial vibration and thereby generates ultrasound. Furthermore, ultrasound can be focused to form high-intensity ultrasonic field inside tube. The reactor boasts of simple structure and its whole vessel wall can radiate ultrasound so that the electroacoustic transfer efficiency is high. The focused ultrasonic field provides good condition for sonochemical reaction. 15Operating characteristics analysis of a dual-excited full-wavelength piezoceramic ultrasonic transducer显示文摘A dual-excited full-wavelength piezoceramic ultrasonic transducer as a cascade of two half-wavelength sandwich piezoceramic transducers is studied.The relevant parameters' expressions of the figure of merit N for the transducer are derived,and the effects of the structure and material parameters of the transducer on its characteristics are further analyzed by numerical calculation.The results show that when the two piezoceramic stacks are respectively located at the displacement nodes of their own half-wavelength transducers,or the two piezoceramic stacks have the same number of pieces in the case of a certain number of piezoceramic pieces,the figure of merit of the transducer can reach a maximum.With increasing of the number of piezoceramic pieces in a fairly large range,the figure of merit of the transducer slightly decreases,but the force factor of the transducer increases rapidly.The metal materials of the transducer have little effect on its figure of merit.Thus it can be seen that the dual-excited full-wavelength transducer can effectively increase the volumes of the piezoceramic stacks in the case of that the transducer's comprehensive performance has only a little bit of degradation,so it's power capacity and load capability can be dramatically improved,which means the transducer is more suitable for high power and heavy load applications.LIANG Zhaofeng MO Xiping ZHOU Guangping 2017Chinese Journal of Acoustics2017,36,2:0
16PCR Detection of Streptococcus agalactiae in Dairy Cows Suffering from Mastitis显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to identify Streptococcus agalactiae and lay the foundation for the prevention and control of mastitis in dairy cows. [Method]Ten strains were isolated from milk samples produced by diseased dairy cows suffering from mastitis for morphologic observation,culture characteristic investigation,biochemical identification and Lancefield grouping. The isolated strains were identified at the molecular level by nested-PCR. [Result] Among the ten isolates,six strains were β-hemolytic and Gram-positive on blood agar,belonging to Lancefield group B,which were identified as Streptococcus agalactiae by biochemical identification and nested-PCR. After overnight incubation,the coincidence rate between results of nested-PCR detection and biochemical identification reached 100%. 17Inhibitory Activities on α-Glucosidase and Composition Analysis of Different Fractions of Ethanol Extracts from Actinidia chinensis Radix显示文摘Tlie inhibitory actions of ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water fractions from Actinidia chinensis Radix (A. chinensis Radix) ethanol extracts on glucosidase were investigated. We found that the inhibitory activity of different ethanol extract fractions on α-glucosidase is concentration-dependent. At the same concentration, the ethyl acetate and n-butaiiol fractions showed higher inliibitory activities on gglucosidase in comparison witli acarbose. We then determined the chemical constituents of tlie ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions through ultra performance liquid cliromatography-triple-time of flight/mass spectrometry(UPLC-Triple-TOF/MS). Based on the mass spectrometry analysis and the databases Scitinder and Reaxys, 21 compoiinds(A1-A21) were identified from the ethyl acetate fraction. In addition, 11 of those compounds(A2, A3, A5, A6, A8, A10, A11, A13, A15, A19, A20) were identified for the first time from A. chinensis Radix. We also identified 14 compounds(A22-A32 and A4-A6) from tlie w-butanol fraction and compound A29 is a new natural product. 18Nickel-metal-organic framework nanobelt based composite membranes for efficient Sr^(2+) removal from aqueous solution显示文摘The sorption removal of radionuclides Sr^(2+) using a freestanding functional membrane is an interesting and significant research area in the remediation of radioactive wastes.Herein,a novel self-assembled membrane consisting of metaleorganic framework(MOF)nanobelts and graphene oxides(GOs)are synthesized through a simple and facile filtration method.The membrane possesses a unique interwove morphology as evidenced from SEM images.Batch experiments suggest that the GO/Ni-MOF composite membrane could remove Sr^(2+) ions from aqueous solutions and the Sr^(2+) adsorption capacity and efficiency of the GO/Ni-MOF composite membrane is relevant to the MOF content in the composite.Thus,the dominant interaction mechanism was interface or surface complexation,electrostatic interaction as well as ion substitution.The maximum effective sorption of Sr^(2+) over GO/Ni-MOF membrane is 32.99% with 2 mg composite membrane containing a high content of Ni-MOF at 299 K in 100 mg/L Sr^(2+) aqueous solution.The FT-IR and XPS results suggest that the synergistic effect between GO and Ni-MOF is determinant in the sorption Sr^(2+) process.The GO/Ni-MOF composite membrane is demonstrated to have the advantages of efficient removal of Sr^(2+),low cost and simple synthesis route,which is promising in the elimination of radionuclide contamination.Junye Cheng Kaili Liu Xin Li Lei Huang Jie Liang Guangping Zheng Guangcun Shan 2020Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2020,,3:0
