2The OsAMT1.1 gene functions in ammonium uptake and ammoniumepotassium homeostasis over low and high ammonium concentration ranges显示文摘Rice(Oryza sativa) grown in paddy fields is an ammonium(NH^+_4)-preferring crop;however,its AMT-type NH^+_4transporters that mediate root N acquisition have not been well characterized yet.In this study,we analyzed the expression pattern and physiological function of the OsAMT1.1 gene of the AMT1 subfamily in rice.Os AMT1.1 is located in the plasma membrane and is mainly expressed in the root epidermis,stele and mesophyll cells.Disruption of the Os AMT1.1 gene decreased the uptake of NH^+_4,and the growth of roots and shoots under both low NH^+_4and high NH^+_4conditions.Os AMT1.1 contributed to the short-term(5 min)^(15)NH^+_4influx rate by approximately one-quarter,irrespective of the NH^+_4concentration.Knockout of Os AMT1.1 significantly decreased the total N transport from roots to shoots under low NH^+_4conditions.Moreover,compared with the wild type,the osamt1.1 mutant showed an increase in the potassium(K)absorption rate under high NH^+_4conditions and a decrease under low NH^+_4conditions.The mutants contained a significantly high concentration of K in both the roots and shoots at a limited K(0.1 mmol/L)supply when NH^+_4was replete.Taken together,the results indicated that OsAMT1.1 significantly contributes to the NH^+_4uptake under both low and high NH^+_4conditions and plays an important role in Ne K homeostasis in rice.Chang Li Zhong Tang Jia Wei Hongye Qu Yanjie Xie Guohua Xu 2016Journal of Genetics and Genomics2016,43,11:12

5Computer-aided ionic liquid design for alkane/cycloalkane extractive distillation process显示文摘A computer-aided ionic liquid design(CAILD) study is presented for the frequently encountered alkane/cycloalkane separations in petrochemical industry. Exhaustive experimental data are first collected to extend the UNIFAC-IL model for this system, where the proximity effect in alkanes and cycloalkanes is considered specifically by defining distinct groups. The thermodynamic performances of a large number of ILs for 4 different alkane/cycloalkane systems are then compared to select a representative example of such separations. By applying n-heptane/methylcyclohexane extractive distillation as a case study, the CAILD task is cast as a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) problem based on the obtained task-specific UNIFAC-IL model and two semi-empirical models for IL physical properties. 6Phyllosticta species associated with citrus diseases in China显示文摘Phyllosticta species associated with diseases of four commercial Citrus species grown in China are reported.Totally,496 Phyllosticta strains were isolated from mandarins(Citrus reticulata),pomeloes(C.maxima),oranges(C.sinensis)and lemons(C.limon)in the main citrus producing regions across China,and 74 strains were selected for phylogenetic analysis.Analyses inferred from the sequences of internal transcribed spacer region(ITS1,5.8S nrDNA and ITS2),partial translation elongation factor 1-alpha(TEF1)and partial actin gene(ACT),showed these representative Phyllosticta isolates clustered in four distinct clades corresponding to three known,and one undescribed species.The newly resolved taxon,Phyllosticta citrichinaensis was isolated from leaves and fruits of all four Citrus species and is introduced in this paper.This taxon caused minor damage,showing irregular spots or freckles.Phyllosticta citriasiana,associated with tan spot of pomeloes,was isolated only from pomeloes,and never from lemons,mandarins and oranges.Phyllosticta citricarpa,the citrus black spot pathogen,which is presently subjected to phytosanitary legislation in the EU and United States,was isolated from lemons,mandarins and oranges,but never from pomeloes.The isolates of P.citricarpa clustered in two subclades,one from mandarins,the other from oranges and lemons.P.capitalensis was isolated from all four Citrus species as an endophyte,causing false melanose,or together with P.citricarpa or P.citriasiana.Morphological,cultural and biochemical characters were consistent with the results of phylogenetic analysis.In addition,a specific primer pair Pca8/ITS4 was designed and selected,and its corresponding PCR procedure was developed for the detection of P.citriasiana in this study.Xinghong Wang Guoqing Chen Feng Huang Jingze Zhang Kevin D.Hyde Hongye Li 2012Fungal Diversity2012,,1:5
7Myofiber necroptosis promotes muscle stem cell proliferation via releasing Tenascin-C during regeneration显示文摘Necroptosis,a form of programmed cell death,is characterized by the loss of membrane integrity and release of intracellular contents,the execution of which depends on the membrane-disrupting activity of the Mixed Lineage Kinase Domain-Like protein(MLKL)upon its phosphorylation.Here we found myofibers committed MLKL-dependent necroptosis after muscle injury.Either pharmacological inhibition of the necroptosis upstream kinase Receptor Interacting Protein Kinases 1(RIPK1)or genetic ablation of MLKL expression in myofibers led to significant muscle regeneration defects.By releasing factors into the muscle stem cell(MuSC)microenvironment,necroptotic myofibers facilitated muscle regeneration.Tenascin-C(TNC),released by necroptotic myofibers,was found to be critical for MuSC proliferation.The temporary expression of TNC in myofibers is tightly controlled by necroptosis;the extracellular release of TNC depends on necroptotic membrane rupture.TNC directly activated EGF receptor(EGFR)signaling pathway in MuSCs through its N-terminus assembly domain together with the EGF-like domain.These findings indicate that necroptosis plays a key role in promoting MuSC proliferation to facilitate muscle regeneration.Shen'ao Zhou Wei Zhang Gaihong Cai Yingzhe Ding Caixia Wei Sheng Li Yu Yang Jie Qin Dan Liu Hao Zhang Xiexiang Shao Jianhua Wang Hongye Wang Wenjun Yang Huating Wang She Chen Ping Hu Liming Sun 2020Cell Research2020,30,12:4
8Diaporthe species occurring on citrus in China显示文摘Diaporthe species are important pathogens of a wide range of hosts including many economically important crops.Diaporthe citri is generally accepted to cause melanose of Citrus fruits,leaves and shoots;stem-end rot of fruits and gummosis of perennial branches.In this study,147 strains of Diaporthe were isolated from diseased leaves,twigs,fruits and branches of Citrus from Shaanxi,Zhejiang,Guangxi,Fujian,Guangdong,Jiangxi,Hunan,Chongqing and Shanghai and identified by morphology and molecular analysis of nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer(ITS),partial sequences of translation elongation factor 1-α(EF 1-α),tubulin(TUB)and calmodulin(CAL)genes.All strains from Citrus clustered in three clades.Diaporthe citri was the predominant species and is compared with strains from Florida,USA,where this species was first collected and described.Two new taxa differing from D.citri are described as D.citriasiana and D.citrichinensis in this paper.Inoculation tests indicate that all three species are able to cause stem-end rot of fruits,while only D.citri could cause melanose on leaves.Feng Huang Xin Hou Megan M Dewdney Yushi Fu Guoqing Chen Kevin D Hyde Hongye Li 2013Fungal Diversity2013,,4:4

10Distribution of glycerol dialkyl glycerol tetraethers in surface soils along an altitudinal transect at cold and humid Mountain Changbai:Implications for the reconstruction of paleoaltimetry and paleoclimate显示文摘Glycerol Dialkyl Glycerol Tetraethers(GDGTs)serve as important tools for the quantitative reconstruction of paleoclimate and paleoecology in both continental and marine environments.Previous studies of GDGTs in the terrestrial environments focused primarily on the soils from the relatively warm-humid or cold-dry regions.However,it is still unclear how GDGTs respond to environmental variables in the cold-humid regions.Here,we collected soils along an altitudinal transect of Mountain(Mt.)Changbai,which has a typical cold-humid climate,to investigate the distribution of GDGTs and the response of GDGT-based proxies to changes in climate along the transect.The shift in the distribution of archaeal isoprenoidal GDGTs(iso GDGTs)revealed that the archaeal community varied significantly along the transect,which can affect the relationship between TEX_(86)and mean annual air temperature(MAT).In addition,the increased temperature seasonality at higher altitudes exerted a significant impact on TEX_(86).We proposed a global calibration of TEX_(86)for the growing season temperature reconstruction in the soil environments:T=85.19×TEX_(86)-46.30(R^2=0.84,p<0.001).The methylation indices for 5-methyl branched GDGTs(br GDGTs)including MBT′_(5me)and MBT_(5/6),showed correlation with soil water content but no relationship with MAT,indicating that MBT′_(5me)and MBT_(5/6)from cold-humid environments may be not suitable for temperature and altitude reconstruction.In contrast,the recently developed p H proxies,including MBT′_(6me)(the methylation index for 6-methyl br GDGTs),CBT(Cyclisation index of Branched Tetraethers),IR_(IIa’)(Isomer ratio of IIa′)and IR_(IIIa′)(Isomer ratio of IIIa′)exhibited significant correlations with soil p H,suggesting these proxies can still be used for soil p H reconstruction in the coldhumid regions.The combination of MBT′_(5me)and MBT′_(6me)was strongly related to different types of climate(cold-dry,warmhumid,cold-humid,and warm-dry).For example,MBT′_(5me)<0.65 and MBT′_(6me)>0.55 are diagnostic for the cold-humid climate.Thus,the combination of MBT′_(5me)and MBT′_(6me)has the potential as a tool for the identification of different types of paleoclimate.Yue LI Shijin ZHAO Hongye PEI Shi QIAN Jingiie ZANG Xinyue DANG Huan YANG 2018Science China Earth Sciences2018,61,7:4
11Tuning Atomically Dispersed Fe Sites in Metal–Organic Frameworks Boosts Peroxidase‑Like Activity for Sensitive Biosensing显示文摘Although nanozymes have been widely developed,accurate design of highly active sites at the atomic level to mimic the electronic and geometrical structure of enzymes and the exploration of underlying mechanisms still face significant challenges.Herein,two functional groups with opposite electron modulation abilities(nitro and amino)were introduced into the metal–organic frameworks(MIL-101(Fe))to tune the atomically dispersed metal sites and thus regulate the enzymelike activity.Notably,the functionalization of nitro can enhance the peroxidase(POD)-like activity of MIL-101(Fe),while the amino is poles apart.Theoretical calculations demonstrate that the introduction of nitro can not only regulate the geometry of adsorbed intermediates but also improve the electronic structure of metal active sites.Benefiting from both geometric and electronic effects,the nitro-functionalized MIL-101(Fe)with a low reaction energy barrier for the HO*formation exhibits a superior POD-like activity.As a concept of the application,a nitro-functionalized MIL-101(Fe)-based biosensor was elaborately applied for the sensitive detection of acetylcholinesterase activity in the range of 0.2–50 mU mL−1 with a limit of detection of 0.14 mU mL−1.Moreover,the detection of organophosphorus pesticides was also achieved.This work not only opens up new prospects for the rational design of highly active nanozymes at the atomic scale but also enhances the performance of nanozyme-based biosensors.Weiqing Xu Yikun Kang Lei Jiao Yu Wu Hongye Yan Jinli Li Wenling Gu Weiyu Song Chengzhou Zhu 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,12:4
12Synthesis of biodegradable waterborne phosphatidylcholine polyurethanes for soft tissue engineering applications显示文摘To further improve the biocompatibility of polyurethanes,a new lysine 2-(2-aminoethoxy)ethanol phosphatidylcholine(LAPC)is synthesized to use as chain extender for preparing a series of phosphatidylcholine polyurethanes(PCPUs).Poly(e-caprolactone)(PCL)and poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)are used as soft segments,and L-lysine ethyl ester diisocyanate(LDI),LAPC and L-lysine are used as hard segments.The obtained PCPUs exhibit appropriate mechanical properties with break elongation of 1000–1700%,tensile strength of 7–22 MPa,and relatively high elastic modulus of 11–18 MPa,which could admirably satisfy the requirement for soft tissue engineering scaffolds.The phosphatidylcholine structures can increase the hydrophilicity of PCPU surfaces,which effectively reduce protein adsorption and platelet adhesion while promoting the cell proliferation.In addition,the LAPC chain extender,PCPU films and ultimate degradation products of PCPUs are proved to be nontoxic in cytotoxicity test.More interestingly,the cytokine release test of macrophages manifests that both LAPC and PCPU degradation products could effectively improve the proliferation of macrophages and induce them into a wound-healing phenotype.Thus,the obtained PCPUs have greatly potential applications of soft tissue engineering scaffolds for tissue repair and wound healing.Hongye Hao Ya Deng Yingke Wu Siyuan Liu Weiwei Lin Jiehua Li Feng Luo 2017Regenerative Biomaterials2017,4,2:3
13Sparse representation based on projection method in online least squares support vector machines显示文摘A sparse approximation algorithm based on projection is presented in this paper in order to overcome the limitation of the non-sparsity of least squares support vector machines(LS-SVM).The new inputs are projected into the subspace spanned by previous basis vectors(BV) and those inputs whose squared distance from the subspace is higher than a threshold are added in the BV set,while others are rejected.This consequently results in the sparse approximation.In addition,a recursive approach to deleting an exiting vector in the BV set is proposed.Then the online LS-SVM,sparse approximation and BV removal are combined to produce the sparse online LS-SVM algorithm that can control the size of memory irrespective of the processed data size.The suggested algorithm is applied in the online modeling of a pH neutralizing process and the isomerization plant of a refinery,respectively.The detailed comparison of computing time and precision is also given between the suggested algorithm and the nonsparse one.The results show that the proposed algorithm greatly improves the sparsity just with little cost of precision.Lijuan LI Hongye SU Jian CHU 2009控制理论与应用(英文版)2009,7,2:2
14Estimating leaf mercury content in Phragmites australis based on leaf hyperspectral reflectance显示文摘Introduction:Highmercury(Hg)concentrations affect the chlorophyll in leaves,therebymodifying leaf spectra.Hyperspectra is a promising technique for the rapid,nondestructive evaluation of leaf Hg content.In this study,we investigated Hg contents and reflective hyperspectra of reed leaves(Phragmites communis)in a gold mining(Jilin province,China).Spectral parameters sensitive to Hg content were identified through basic spectral transformations,continuous wavelet transformation(CWT),and spectral indices techniques.Leaf Hg inversion models were developed using stepwise multiple linear regression,partial least squares regression,and random forest algorithms.Outcomes:The results indicated that:1)leaf Hg content decreased with increasing distance from the mine:Jiapigou(JPG)>Erdaocha(EDC)>Laojingchang(LJC)>Erdaogou(EDG)>Lingqian(LQ)>Weishahe(WSH).2)Hg–sensitive wavelengths were primarily in the visible region;CWT increased the correlation between hyperspectral data and leaf Hg content,and improved the regression and accuracy of inversion;3)the continuumremoval–CWT–stepwise multiple linear regression was better for estimating low leaf Hg content;while the differential spectral index–partial least squares regression was better for estimating high leaf Hg content.Conclusion:These hyperspectral inversion methods could be used for rapid,nondestructive monitoring of wetland plants.Weiwei Liu Mengjie Li Manyin Zhang DaanWang Ziliang Guo Songyuan Long Si Yang Henian Wang Wei Li Yukun Hu Yuanyun Wei Hongye Xiao 2020Ecosystem Health and Sustainability2020,6,1:2
15A Pipeline Approach to Free-Description Question Answering in Chinese Gaokao Reading Comprehension显示文摘This study attempted to answer complicated free-description questions in Chinese Gaokao Reading comprehension(RC) tasks. We found that quite a few questions can be answered by extracting sentences from the document and combining them, so we used a pipeline approach with two components:Answer sentence extraction(ASE) and Answer sentence fusion(ASF). Semantic vector similarity and topical distribution similarity were explored for ASE. Integer linear programming strategy was used for ASF, which combined dependencies with the language model, based on word importance. 16Comprehensive evaluation of regional ecological security for land use:a case study of Yanchi County, Ningxia Province显示文摘As an abstract study conception,most researches of ecological security generally are macro-scale theoretical study with a regional,national or global perspective.Micro-scale research mainly concentrates on ecological risk,ecosystem health and ecosystem safety.In order to assess regional ecological security and to accomplish the transition from micro-scale to macro-scale research,a Driving-Function-State-Output-Respond model framework(DFSOR model) is put forward in this paper according to the analyses on regional population,society,economy,re-sources,environment and ecological risks.In empirical research an index system is set out to evaluate ecological se-curity of land use.The DFSOR model comprises f ive group of indicators:(1) driving indicators,which include social population pressure and economic pressure;(2) function indicators,which include human function,hydrodynamic function,wind function and gravity function;(3) state indicators,which include soil resources,water resources and land use/land cover;(4) output indicators,which include production output and ecological risk output;(5) response indicators,which are composed of all sorts of policies and measures for improving production of ecosystem.The method and procedure for ecological security evaluation is put forward based on DFSOR model as well.In the case study,Yanchi,the ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry,is chosen for the study.An index system is built to evaluate ecological security based on the evaluation of regional ecological risks which including sandif ica-tion,water erosion,soil salinization,soil pollution and shortage of water.The comprehensive evaluation result shows the regional ecological security index of land use in the research area increase obviously.But it is still in the state of low-graded danger.Li Xiaofeng Zhang Yonghua Zhang Hongye 2008Ecological Economy2008,4,4:2
