3Structure and Growth Mechanism of V/Ag Multilayers with Different Periodic Thickness Fabricated by Magnetron Sputtering Deposition显示文摘V/Ag multilayers with different periodic thicknesses were fabricated by magnetron sputtering deposition.The columnar structure and the orientation relationship of the multilayers were investigated by transmission electron microscopy,high resolution transmission electron microscopy,selected-area electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction.It was found that the multilayered structure became flatter as increasing individual layer thickness from 2 to 6 nm,and then became waved as the individual layer thickness increases to 8 nm.At the beginning of the growth,the morphology of the multilayers with small periodic thickness was influenced mainly by thermodynamic instabilities,and the morphology of the multilayers with larger periodic thickness was mainly influenced mainly by the columnar growth of V.When the waved interfaces were formed,the continuum growth of the multilayers was also influenced by the shadowing effect and the finite atomic size effect.All of these factors resulted in the columnar structure of the multilayers.Multilayers with small periodic thickness presented strong orientation relationship.Nano-hardness tests indicated that multilayers with flat sublayer morphology and clear interfaces exhibited larger hardness.Hongxiu Zhang Feng Ren Mengqing Hong Xiangheng Xiao Guangxu Cai Changzhong Jiang 2014Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,10:1
4Influences of Tool Wear on Residual Stress and Fatigue Life of Workpiece in Hard Cutting Process显示文摘Tool wear has an important influence on the residual stress distribution on the machined surface.Also,it will influence the fatigue life of finished workpiece. In this research,the hard turning process of hardened die steel Cr12 MoV was studied by using PCBN tool with considering tool wear. Based on the numerical treatment of residual stress,the dispersion and distribution curves of different tool wear were fitted,and the influence mechanism of tool wear on the residual stress distribution of machined surface was analyzed.Based on the theory of fatigue mechanics and mathematical statistics,the mathematical model for difference of stress dispersion and fatigue life was established. The rotating and bending tests were carried out on the standard parts after cutting process for the workpiece. The influence of tool wear on fatigue life was revealed by fracture surface morphology and fatigue life study. 54T1 cell membrane-derived biodegradable nanosystem for comprehensive interruption of cancer cell metabolism显示文摘Glycolysis inhibition can effectively block the energy supply and interrupt tumorigenesis in many types of cancers.However,when glycolysis is inhibited,tumor cells will break down glutamine as the raw material for the replenishment pathway to maintain the tricarboxylic acid cycle ensuring energy supply,therefore inducing ineffective interruption of metabolic.Herein,we designed glutamine transporter antagonist L-γ-glutamyl-p-nitroanilide(GPNA)loaded and 4T1 cancer cell membrane coated iridium oxide nanoparticles(IrO_(2)-GPNA@CCM)to realize a comprehensive inhibition of tumor energy supply which synergistically mediated by glycolysis and glutamine cycle.IrO_(2)NPs were used to catalyze the O_(2)generation by facilitating the decomposition of endogenous H_(2)O_(2)in tumor cells,which further downregulated the expression of HIF-1αand PI3K/pAKT to interrupt the generation of lactate.Meanwhile,the loaded GPNA was released under NIR irradiation to bind to alanine-serine-cysteine transporter(ASCT2)for glutamine uptake suppression,therefore realizing the comprehensive dysfunction of cell metabolism.Moreover,both in vitro and in vivo results convinced the thorough energy inhibition effect based on Ir O_(2)-GPNA@CCM NPs,which provided an inspiring strategy for future construction of tumor therapeutic regimen.Yingzi Ren Huaqing Jing Yue Zhou Chuchu Ren Guangxu Xiao Siyu Wang Xiaoyang Liang Yunsheng Dou Ziqiao Ding Yan Zhu Xinxing Wang Nan Li 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,9:0
