| 4 | Isolation,purification,structural characteristic and antioxidative property of polysaccharides from A.cepa L.var.agrogatum Don显示文摘Allium cepa L.var.agrogatum Don(ALAP)is commonly consumed in China as well as other regions and has various beneficial health effects.A novel acidic polysaccharide(named ALAP-21)was obtained from ALAP by ultrasonic and microwave-assisted extraction and purification using DEAE-52 anion exchange and Sephadex G-100 columns.The monosaccharide composition,structural and antioxidative properties of ALAP-21 were investigated by GC–MS chromatography,FT-IR and NMR spectroscopies and three antioxidative activity tests in vitro.The results showed that ALAP-21 was a heteropolysaccharide composed of glucose,galacturonic acid,mannose,galactose,arabinose,rhamnose,xylose,fructose and glucuronic acid with a relative molar ratio of 26.282:27.546:11.400:4.781:2.467:2.445:3.622:1.106:1.753,owning(1→4)-β-d-Glcp,(1→4)-β-d-GalAp6Me3OA,(1→4)-β-d-Galp6OMe,(1→2)-β-l-Rhap,(1→4)-β-d-Manp glycosidic linkages.(1→4)-β-d-Glcp and(1→4)-β-d-GalAp6Me3OA residues might be the main components of the sugar chain backbone of ALAP-21.Furthermore,ALAP-21 exhibited high potential for DPPH radicals(82.02%),hydroxyl radicals(53.33%)and superoxide anion radicals(50.28%).These results provide a reference for further research and rational development of ALAP polysaccharides. | Hongcheng Liu Hongxiu Fan Jing Zhang Shanshan Zhang Wenting Zhao Tingting Liu Dawei Wang | 2020 | Food Science and Human Wellness2020,9,1: | 10 |
| 5 | Non-noble metal single-atom catalysts prepared by wet chemical method and their applications in electrochemical water splitting显示文摘Water splitting by electrolysis is an appealing pathway for sustainable hydrogen production. The practical performance of water splitting is highly dependent on the efficiency of electrocatalysts, which can promote the anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER) or cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER). Downsizing the metal nanostructures to atomic level to construct single-atom catalysts(SACs) has attracted enormous attention due to its distinct advantages in maximizing the efficiency of metal atom utilization and enhancing activity over corresponding metal nanoparticles. Research on SACs towards electrochemical water splitting application is an emerging field and intensive investigations have been focused on their rational syntheses and applications in HER/OER. In this review, we focus on the wet chemical method developed to prepare non-noble metal based SACs with an emphasis on the synthetic strategies and structure-activity relationship between single metal atoms and catalytic activity. | 6 | Geochemical significance of the relative enrichment of pristane and the negative excursion of δ^(13)C_(Pr) across the Permian-Triassic Boundary atMeishan, China显示文摘Changes in the distribution of isoprenoid hy-drocarbons and in δ 13Ckero or δ 13CPr across the section from the Changxing Formation to the lower Yinkeng Formation at Meishan (the GSSP of PTB) are studied, in which a relative enrichment of pristane and a sharp shift in both δ 13Ckero and δ 13Cmole near the boundary are revealed. A possible mecha-nism for the abnormal accumulation of pristane near PTB is suggested: Lipids in some marine animals and their metabo-lites, rich in pristane, can be preserved and accumulate in some suitable depositing facies under certain special condi-tions, such as the catastrophic death of animals and/or de-veloping of an anoxic water column, and thus the pristane enrichment occurs in the sediment. The occurrences of iso-prenoid enrichment and high Pr/Ph ratios have been found in other typical marine anoxic sediments accompanied by mass extinction in various extent during the most important geological periods, such as Late Ordovician, end of Devonian,Early Jurassic and Late Cretaceous. These occurrences sup-port to a certain extent the above mechanism that interprets the genesis of a high Pr/Ph ratio in some typical marine an-oxic sediments. The synchronous sharp negative shifts in δ 13Cmole, δ 13Ckero and δ 13Ccarb from Beds 24 to 26 of the Me-ishan profile indicate that a sudden and strong variation of carbon source in the atmosphere-ocean system occurred during the quick but equable evolution from the end-Permian to Early Triassic, and the coupling between the pristane enrichment and negative shift in δ 13Ckero and δ 13CPr may well indicate the importance of the release of methane hydrates and marine anoxia in the end-Permian mass extinc-tion. | WANG Chunjiang LIU Yimei LIU Hongxiu ZHU Lei SHI Quan | 2005 | Chinese Science Bulletin2005,50,19: | 5 |
| 7 | Dynamic microwave-assisted extraction combined with liquid phase microextraction based on the solidification of a floating drop for the analysis of organochlorine pesticides in grains followed by GC显示文摘A convenient,cost-effective and fast method using dynamic microwave-assisted extraction and liquid phase microextraction based on the solidification of a floating drop was proposed to analyze organochlorine pesticides in grains including rice,maize and millet.Twelve samples can be processed simultaneously in the method.During the extraction process,10%acetonitrile-water solutions containing 110μL of n-hexadecane were used to extract organochlorine pesticides.Subsequently,1.0 g sodium chloride was placed in the extract,and then centrifuged and cooled.The n-hexadecane drops containing the analytes were solidifi ed and transferred for determination by gas chromatography-electron capture detector without any further filtration or cleaning process.Limits of detection for organochlorine pesticides were 0.97–1.01μg/kg and the RSDs were in the range of 2.6%–8.5%.The developed technology has succeeded in analyzing six real grains samples and the recoveries of the organochlorine pesticides were 72.2%–94.3%.Compared with the published extraction methods,the developed method was used to analyze organochlorine pesticides in grains,being more environmentally friendly,which is suitable for the daily determination of organochlorine pesticides. | Guijie Li Xu Zhang Tingting Liu Hongxiu Fan Hongcheng Liu Shangyu Li Dawei Wang Lan Ding | 2021 | Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,3: | 4 |

| 9 | Ca^(2+) signals induced from calcium stores in pancreatic islet β cells显示文摘In single rat pancreatic βcells, using fura-2 microfluorometry to measure [Ca2+] response upon different stimuli, the ways of calcium regulation have been studied. When the extracellular calcium concentration was 2.5 mmol/L, either 60 mmol/L KCI, 20 mmol/L D-glucose or 0.1 mmol/L tolbutamide induced increase in [Ca2+]. Such increase in [Ca2+] was absent when the same stimuli were applied under zero extracellular calcium. These results indicate that the increase of [Ca2+] is induced by the activation of voltage-dependent calcium channels in p celis. The manifold forms of [Ca2+] change induced by glucose imply that the effects of glucose are complex. 5 mmol/L caffeine or 5 mmol/L MCh increase the [Ca2+], which is independent of the external calcium, suggesting that [Ca2+] can be regulated by Ca2+ release from not only the IP3-sensitive but also the ryanodine sensitive calcium stores in p celis.
