1Microbial diversity and functionally distinct groups in produced water from the Daqing Oilfield,China显示文摘The microbial community structure and functionally distinct groups in three kinds of produced water samples from the shallow,mesothermic and low-salinity Daqing oil reservoir were systematically evaluated using both culture-dependent and culture-independent methods.Sequence analysis of the 16S rRNA genes indicated that the bacterial library was dominated by Acinetobacter and Arcobacter and the archaeal community was dominated by Methanosaeta and Methanolinea.Two isolated methanogens were closely related with Methanothermobacter thermautotrophicus and Methanoculleus receptaculi.The fermentative bacteria were identified as Pseudomonas,Haloanaerobium,Alcalibacter,Arcobacter,and Pannonibacter.The predominant nitrate-reducing bacteria fell within the genus Pseudomonas.The dominant members of the cultured hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria were phylogenetically associated with Micrococcus,Pseudomonas,and Bacillus.Enrichments of biosurfactants and biopolymer producing groups mainly yielded Pseudomonas,Bacillus,and Acenitobacter-related members.The functional groups related to polymer degradation were also affiliated with Pseudomonas and Bacillus.Results from this study provide the fresh insight into the diversity of microbial communities in Daqing petroleum reservoirs.The vast pool of functional strains retrieved in this study was presumed to include the promising strains that could be applied in microbial-enhanced oil recovery in future.Li Hui Ai Mingqiang Han Siqin Guo Yanling Li Nana Shi Rongjiu Zeng Xiangling Leng Shengbing Zhao Jinyi Liu Xiaobo Zhang Ying 2012Petroleum Science2012,9,4:3
2Point attention network for point cloud semantic segmentation显示文摘We address the point cloud semantic segmentation problem through modeling long-range dependencies based on the self-attention mechanism.Existing semantic segmentation models generally focus on local feature aggregation.By comparison,we propose a point attention network(PA-Net)to selectively extract local features with long-range dependencies.We specially devise two complementary attention modules for the point cloud semantic segmentation task.The attention modules adaptively integrate the semantic inter-dependencies with long-range dependencies.Our point attention module adaptively integrates local features of the last layer of the encoder with a weighted sum of the long-range dependency features.Regardless of the distance of similar features,they are all correlated with each other.Meanwhile,the feature attention module adaptively integrates inter-dependent feature maps among all local features in the last layer of the encoder.Extensive results prove that our two attention modules together improve the performance of semantic segmentation on point clouds.We achieve better semantic segmentation performance on two benchmark point cloud datasets(i.e.,S3DIS and Scan Net).Particularly,the Io U on 11 semantic categories of S3DIS is significantly boosted.Dayong REN Zhengyi WU Jiawei LI Piaopiao YU Jie GUO Mingqiang WEI Yanwen GUO 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,9:2
3Interstitial copper-doped edge contact for n-type carrier transport in black phosphorus显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP)has been shown as a promising two-dimensional(2D)material for electronic devices owing to its high carrier mobility.To realize complementary electronic circuits with 2D materials,it is important to fabricate both n-type and p-type transistors with the same channel material.By engineering the contact region with copper(Cu)-doped BP,here we demonstrate an n-type carrier transport in BP field-effect transistors(FETs),which usually exhibit strongly p-type characteristics.Cu metal atoms are found to severely penetrate into the BP flakes,which forms interstitial Cu(Cuint)-doped edge contact and facilitates the electron transport in BP.Our BP FETs in backgated configuration exhibit n-type dominant characteristics with a high electron mobility of^138 cm^2 V^−1 s^−1 at room temperature.The Schottky barrier height for electrons is relatively low because of the edge contact between Cuint-doped BP and pristine BP channel.The contact doping of BP by highly mobile Cu atoms gives rise to n-type transport property of BP FETs.Furthermore,we demonstrate a p-n junction on the same BP flake with asymmetric contact.This strategy on contact engineering can be further extended to other 2D materials.Ziyuan Lin Jingli Wang Xuyun Guo Jiewei Chen Chao Xu Mingqiang Liu Bilu Liu Ye Zhu Yang Chai 2019InfoMat2019,1,2:2

5In-field automatic detection of maize tassels using computer vision显示文摘The heading stage of maize is an important period during its growth and development and indicates the beginning of its pollination.In this regard,an automated method for maize tassel detection is highly important to monitor maize growth.However,the recognition of maize heading stage mainly relies on visual evaluation.This method presents some limitations,such as expensive and subjective.This work proposed a novel method for automatic tassel detection.In the proposed algorithm,a color attenuation prior model was used to model the scene depth of saturation graph to remove image saturation.An Itti visual attention detection algorithm was used to detect the area of interest.Texture features and vegetation indices were used to develop a classification model to eliminate false positives.Pictures were captured using a commercial camera for two years to verify the stability of the proposed algorithm.Three indices were calculated to quantitatively assess and rate the algorithms.Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms other existing methods,and its recall,precision,and F1 measure values are 86.30%,91.44%,and 88.36%,respectively.Results indicate that the proposed method can effectively detect maize tassels in field images and remain stable with time.Mingqiang Ji Yu Yang Yang Zheng Qibing Zhu Min Huang Ya Guo 2021Information Processing in Agriculture2021,8,1:0
6A geospatial service composition approach based on MCTS with temporal-difference learning显示文摘With the complexity of the composition process and the rapid growth of candidate services,realizing optimal or near-optimal service composition is an urgent problem.Currently,the static service composition chain is rigid and cannot be easily adapted to the dynamic Web environment.To address these challenges,the geographic information service composition(GISC) problem as a sequential decision-making task is modeled.In addition,the Markov decision process(MDP),as a universal model for the planning problem of agents,is used to describe the GISC problem.Then,to achieve self-adaptivity and optimization in a dynamic environment,a novel approach that integrates Monte Carlo tree search(MCTS) and a temporal-difference(TD) learning algorithm is proposed.The concrete services of abstract services are determined with optimal policies and adaptive capability at runtime,based on the environment and the status of component services.The simulation experiment is performed to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency through learning quality and performance.庄灿 Guo Mingqiang Xie Zhong 2021High Technology Letters2021,27,1:0

8Paired regions for shadow removal approach based on multi-features显示文摘The existence of shadow leads to the degradation of the image qualities and the defect of ground object information.Shadow removal is therefore an essential research topic in image processing filed.The biggest challenge of shadow removal is how to restore the content of shadow areas correctly while removing the shadow in the image.Paired regions for shadow removal approach based on multi-features is proposed, in which shadow removal is only performed on related sunlit areas.Feature distance between regions is calculated to find the optimal paired regions with considering of multi-features(texture, gradient feature, etc.) comprehensively.Images in different scenes with peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR) and structural similarity(SSIM) evaluation indexes are chosen for experiments.The results are shown with six existing comparison methods by visual and quantitative assessments, which verified that the proposed method shows excellent shadow removal effect, the brightness, color of the removed shadow area, and the surrounding non-shadow area can be naturally fused.张之政 GUO Mingqiang WU Liang HUANG Ying CHEN Xueye 2023High Technology Letters2023,29,2:0
9A spatial decomposition approach for accelerating buffer analysis of vector data显示文摘Parallel vector buffer analysis approaches can be classified into 2 types:algorithm-oriented parallel strategy and the data-oriented parallel strategy.These methods do not take its applicability on the existing geographic information systems(GIS)platforms into consideration.In order to address the problem,a spatial decomposition approach for accelerating buffer analysis of vector data is proposed.The relationship between the number of vertices of each feature and the buffer analysis computing time is analyzed to generate computational intensity transformation functions(CITFs).Then,computational intensity grids(CIGs)of polyline and polygon are constructed based on the relative CITFs.Using the corresponding CIGs,a spatial decomposition method for parallel buffer analysis is developed.Based on the computational intensity of the features and the sub-domains generated in the decomposition,the features are averagely assigned within the sub-domains into parallel buffer analysis tasks for load balance.Compared with typical regular domain decomposition methods,the new approach accomplishes greater balanced decomposition of computational intensity for parallel buffer analysis and achieves near-linear speedups.李晓华 Guo Mingqiang Qi Xinhong 2020High Technology Letters2020,26,4:0
