1Controllability of Boolean control networks with state-dependent constraints显示文摘This paper investigates the controllability of Boolean control networks(BCNs) with state-dependent constraints. A kind of input transformation is proposed to transfer a BCN with state-dependent input constraints into a BCN with free control input. Based on the proposed technique, a necessary and sufficient condition for controllability is obtained. It is shown that state-dependent constraints for the state can be equivalently expressed as input constraints. When a BCN has both input and state constraints, there is a possibility that the sets of admissible controls for some states are the empty set. To treat this kind of BCN, a variation of the input transformation is proposed and the problem of controllability is solved. 2AlN Precipitates and Microstructure in Non-oriented Electrical Steels Produced by Twin-roll Casting Process显示文摘Aluminum nitride(AlN) precipitates and microstructure of 4 wt.%(Si+Al) non-oriented electrical steel were investigated.The 2.0 mm thick cast strips with three different silicon/aluminum(Si/Al) ratios were produced by twin-roll casting process,then the strips were reheated,warm rolled,cold rolled and annealed.The microstructure and AlN precipitates were characterized using optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results showed that with the increase of Si/Al ratio,on the one hand,the casting microstructure changed from columnar grains to equiaxed grains,and the uniformity of annealed microstructure was improved;On the other hand,the number of AlN precipitates in cast strips reduced meanwhile the distribution became dispersed.By the reheat treatment,the size and distribution of the AlN precipitates can be changed.Moreover,the grain size of the annealed strips is in the range of 20-50 μm,at the same time,many AlN precipitates were located at grain boundaries.Therefore,controlling the Si/Al ratio is a simple method to obtain desired microstructure.Then AlN precipitates in non-oriented electrical steel prepared by twin-roll casting process hinder markedly the recrystallized grains growth.A compatible reheat treatment can be an approach worth exploring to control the behavior of AlN precipitates.Ting ZHANG Xiaoming ZHANG Zhiyuan GUO Yuqian WANG Chenggang LI Liangyun LAN 2013Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2013,26,4:5
3Genetic testing and PGD for unexplained recurrent fetal malformations with MAGEL2 gene mutation显示文摘Birth defects are caused by multiple factors,such as chromosome abnormality,environmental factors,and maternal factors.In this study,we focused on exploring the genetic causes of a non-consanguineous couple who suffered from four times of unsuccessful pregnancy due to unexplained recurrent fetal malformations with similar symptoms and normal chromosome copy number variations.Using trio-whole exome sequencing(trio-WES) for this couple and one of the affected fetuses,we found a mutation,c.1996 delC on the maternal imprinted gene MAGEL2 that was carried by the affected fetus and husband,leading to Schaaf-Yang syndrome.To screen this mutation,we further performed preimplantation genetic diagnosis(PGD) strategy followed by a gene pedigree validation and pathogenicity analysis.After the transfer of a PGD-screened embryo,a normal newborn without previous abnormal symptoms was born(February 15,2019).We present the first data that identified a pathogenic gene(MAGEL2 c.1996 delC) in a fetus with Schaaf-Yang syndrome in the EAS(East Asian) database and overcame this genetic defect by using processed PGD for this couple based on the WES results.Wei Guo Yanli Nie Zhiqiang Yan Xiaohui Zhu Yuqian Wang Shuo Guan Ying Kuo Wenxin Zhang Xu Zhi Yuan Wei Liying Yan Jie Qiao 2019Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,7:4
4High-Performance and Hysteresis-Free Perovskite Solar Cells Based on Rare-Earth-Doped SnO_(2) Mesoporous Scaffold显示文摘Tin oxide(SnO_(2)),as electron transport material to substitute titanium oxide(TiO_(2))in perovskite solar cells(PSCs),has aroused wide interests.However,the performance of the PSCs based on SnO_(2) is still hard to compete with the TiO_(2)-based devices.Herein,a novel strategy is designed to enhance the photovoltaic performance and long-term stability of PSCs by integrating rare-earth ions Ln^(3+)(Sc^(3+),Y^(3+),La^(3+))with SnO_(2) nanospheres as mesoporous scaffold.The doping of Ln promotes the formation of dense and large-sized perovskite crystals,which facilitate interfacial contact of electron transport layer/perovskite layer and improve charge transport dynamics.Ln dopant optimizes the energy level of perovskite layer,reduces the charge transport resistance,and mitigates the trap state density.As a result,the optimized mesoporous PSC achieves a champion power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 20.63%without hysteresis,while the undoped PSC obtains an efficiency of 19.01%.The investigation demonstrates that the rare-earth doping is low-cost and effective method to improve the photovoltaic performance of SnO_(2)-based PSCs.Qiyao Guo Jihuai Wu Yuqian Yang Xuping Liu Zhang Lan Jianming Lin Miaoliang Huang Yuelin Wei Jia Dong Jinbiao Jia Yunfang Huang 2019Research2019,,1:3
5Discovery of Cu-Ni-Zn-Sn-Fe intermetallic compounds and S-bearing alloys in the Zhaishang gold deposit, southern Gansu Province and its geological significance显示文摘Examination of ores by optical microscope and EPMA from the Zhaishang gold deposit, southern Gansu Province, has revealed an abundance of rare minerals. These include native metals, Cu-Ni-Zn-Sn-Fe polymetallic compounds and S-bearing alloys of Ni, Fe, Zn, Cu and Sn, occurring as native nickel, Zn-Cu alloy, Ni-Zn-Cu alloy, Sn-Zn-Ni-Cu alloy, Zn-Cu-Ni alloy, Zn-Fe-Cu-Sn-Ni alloy, Fe-Ni-S alloy, Sn-Fe-Ni-S alloy, Fe-Zn-Cu-Ni-S alloy, Zn-Ni-Cu-Fe-S alloy and others. Compared with the Zn-Cu alloy minerals discovered previously, these Zn-Cu minerals fall in the α or α+β portion in Zn-Cu alloy phase diagram, and the α portion has higher Cu content. Cu-Ni-Zn-Sn-Fe intermetallic compounds and S-bearing alloy minerals have not been previously reported in the literature. 8A Simulation Research Towards Better Leverage of Sales Ranking显示文摘As a kind of the most significantly popular information in markets,the sales ranking has great impacts on consumer choice.However,there are few discussions on how sales ranking should be provided to consumers in the literature.This paper aims to answer the following two questions:1)To what extent does the sales ranking influence consumer choices;2)When the sales ranking should be provided to consumers.To do so,this paper first constructs a sales ranking model and then provides detailed simulation experiments to demonstrate the model.The experimental results show that for markets where consumer preferences are dramatically different,such as music and movie markets,sales rankings do not have significant influences on consumer choices and should not be provided to consumers until a large number of early independent consumer choices have been accumulated.But for markets in which consumer preferences are similar,such as markets for official supplies,sales rankings have more influences on consumer choices and should be provided to consumers earlier.Furthermore,an evolution strategy is proposed to ascertain the most suitable sales rankings(characterised by suitable influence strength and suitable release time)for some specified online markets.The comparison results show that the optimized sales rankings not only can help consumers discover higher-quality products but also can improve overall sales.Lin Tang Leilei Sun Chonghui Guo Yuqian Zuo Zhen Zhang 2021Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2021,30,1:1

10Reductive damage induced autophagy inhibition for tumor therapy显示文摘Numerous therapeutic anti-tumor strategies have been developed in recent decades.However,their therapeutic efficacy is reduced by the intrinsic protective autophagy of tumors.Autophagy plays a key role in tumorigenesis and tumor treatment,in which the overproduction of reactive oxygen species(ROS)is recognized as the direct cause of protective autophagy.Only a few molecules have been employed as autophagy inhibitors in tumor therapy to reduce protective autophagy.Among them,hydroxychloroquine is the most commonly used autophagy inhibitor in clinics,but it is severely limited by its high therapeutic dose,significant toxicity,poor reversal efficacy,and nonspecific action.Herein,we demonstrate a reductive-damage strategy to enable tumor therapy by the inhibition of protective autophagy via the catalytic scavenging of ROS using porous nanorods of ceria(PN-CeO_(2))nanozymes as autophagy inhibitor.The antineoplastic effects of PN-CeO_(2)were mediated by its high reductive activity for intratumoral ROS degradation,thereby inhibiting protective autophagy and activating apoptosis by suppressing the activities of phosphatidylinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase pathways in human cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.Further investigation highlighted PN-CeO_(2)as a safe and efficient anti-tumor autophagy inhibitor.Overall,this study presents a reductive-damage strategy as a promising anti-tumor approach that catalytically inhibits autophagy and activates the intrinsic antioxidant pathways of tumor cells and also shows its potential for the therapy of other autophagy-related diseases.Yuqian Wang Yingjian Huang Yu Fu Zhixiong Guo Da Chen Fangxian Cao Qi Ye Qiqi Duan Meng Liu Ning Wang Dan Han Chaoyi Qu Zhimin Tian Yongquan Qu Yan Zheng 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:1

15Stabilization of Boolean control networks with state-triggered impulses显示文摘Previously, impulses were used to model abrupt changes in dynamic biological systems. This paper introduces a hybrid-index model that can characterize instantaneity of the impulsive behavior more effectively, compared with the existing impulsive Boolean network models. Using the hybrid-index model,we investigate the set stabilization of Boolean control networks with state-triggered impulses in the hybriddomain and the time-domain. We establish necessary and sufficient conditions for set stabilizability in the hybrid and time domains, using the methods of k-domain and quotient mapping, respectively. Further, we obtain algorithms for constructing all hybrid-optimal and time-optimal set stabilizers by partitioning the state space into layers. The relationships between different set stabilizabilities are summarized. 18Melatonin alleviates valproic acid-induced neural tube defects by modulating Src/PI3K/ERK signaling and oxidative stress显示文摘Neural tube defects(NTDs)represent a developmental disorder of the nervous system that can lead to significant disability in children and impose substantial social burdens.Valproic acid(VPA),a widely prescribed first-line antiepileptic drug for epilepsy and various neurological conditions,has been associated with a 4-fold increase in the risk of NTDs when used during pregnancy.Consequently,urgent efforts are required to identify innovative pre-vention and treatment approaches for VPA-induced NTDs.Studies have demonstrated that the disruption in the delicate balance between cell proliferation and apoptosis is a crucial factor contributing to NTDs induced by VPA.Encouragingly,our current data reveal that melatonin(MT)significantly inhibits apoptosis while promoting the restoration of neuroepithelial cell proliferation impaired by VPA.Moreover,further investigations demonstrate that MT substantially reduces the incidence of neural tube malformations resulted from VPA exposure,primarily by suppressing apoptosis through the modulation of intracellular reactive oxygen species levels.In addition,the Src/PI3K/ERK signaling pathway appears to play a pivotal role in VPA-induced NTDs,with significant inhibition ob-served in the affected samples.Notably,MT treatment successfully reinstates Src/PI3K/ERK signaling,thereby offering a potential underlying mechanism for the protective effects of MT against VPA-induced NTDs.In summary,our current study substantiates the considerable protective potential of MT in mitigating VPA-triggered NTDs,thereby offering valuable strategies for the clinical management of VPA-related birth defects.Yuxiang Liang Ying Wang Xiao Zhang Shanshan Jin Yuqian Guo Zhaowei Yu Xinrui Xu Qizhi Shuai Zihan Feng Binghong Chen Ting Liang Ruifang Ao Jianting Li Juan Zhang Rui Cao Hong Zhao Zhaoyang Chen Zhizhen Liu Jun Xie 2024Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2024,56,1:0
19Broadband nonlinear optical response of graphdiyne for mid-infrared solid-state lasers显示文摘Graphdiyne(GDY),a novel all-carbon nanomaterial,is considered the most easily synthesized and stable carbon allotrope,positioning it as a promising photoelectric material.Herein,we successfully fabricated a high-quality GDY saturable absorber and saturable absorber mirror.Both broadband nonlinear saturable absorption and ultrafast relaxation dynamic properties in midinfrared region of the GDY were investigated.All solid-state diode-pumped short and ultrashort pulsed lasers were realized using the GDY absorber at wavelengths of 2 and 2.8μm,respectively.The results were then theoretically analyzed.This is the first presentation of ultrashort pulsed lasers in the mid-infrared region with GDY absorbers.These results resolutely confirm that GDY could be an optional broadband SA for all solid-state mid-infrared pulsed lasers,and they evidence its promising applications in mode-locked ultrafast lasers.MengYu Zong YuQian Zu Jia Guo Zhen Zhang JingJing Liu YanQi Ge Jie Liu LiangBi Su 2021Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,9:0
