| 6 | Thermal Inertia of 330 MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler during Load Change显示文摘The operating principles of Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB)boilers involve a significant amount of heat accumulation,which forms the thermal inertia of the boiler and hinders the improvement of its variable load response rate.This study aims to characterize the thermal inertia of CFB boilers by evaluating the change in the boiler's heat accumulation corresponding to the change in unit power generation.The thermal inertia of a 330MW CFB boiler was determined through the collection of operating data under four different operating conditions of 30%,50%,75%,and 100%load.The study proposes to substitute the existing refractory material with a metal grille to reduce the thermal inertia of the boiler.The effect of the metal grille on heat transfer was confirmed through verification on a 440 t/h CFB boiler,and its performance change and thermal inertia reduction were further predicted.The results indicate that over 50%of the total thermal inertia of CFB boilers originates from the refractory material.The use of metal grille in place of refractory material improved heat transfer in the furnace,resulting in a decrease of the furnace chamber temperature by 13℃in the 330 MW CFB boiler.This reduction of thermal inertia by 30%-35%will facilitate faster load lifting and lowering of the boiler,fulfilling the requirement for flexible peaking. | SUN Guorui WU Haowen LIU Shangzhong LIU Tonghua LIU Jixiang YANG Hairui ZHANG Man | 2023 | Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,5: | 0 |
| 7 | Predicting the capacity of perfobond rib shear connector using an ANN model and GSA method显示文摘Due to recent advances in the field of artificial neural networks(ANN)and the global sensitivity analysis(GSA)method,the application of these techniques in structural analysis has become feasible.A connector is an important part of a composite beam,and its shear strength can have a significant impact on structural design.In this paper,the shear performance of perfobond rib shear connectors(PRSCs)is predicted based on the back propagation(BP)ANN model,the Genetic Algorithm(GA)method and GSA method.A database was created using push-out test test and related references,where the input variables were based on different empirical formulas and the output variables were the corresponding shear strengths.The results predicted by the ANN models and empirical equations were compared,and the factors affecting shear strength were examined by the GSA method.The results show that the use of ANN model optimization by GA method has fewer errors compared to the empirical equations.Furthermore,penetrating reinforcement has the greatest sensitivity to shear performance,while the bonding force between steel plate and concrete has the least sensitivity to shear strength. | Guorui SUN Jun SHI Yuang DENG | 2022 | Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2022,16,10: | 0 |
| 8 | A boronic acid conjugation integrates antitumor drugs into albumin-binding prodrugs-based nanoparticles with robust efficiency for cancer therapy显示文摘Despite great therapeutic effect of Abraxane®,complex preparation technology and unfavorable pharmacokinetics still restricted the clinical application of albumin-based paclitaxel(PTX)nanoparticles(NPs).Herein,we reported that an albumin-binding prodrug,phenylboronic acid-conjugated PTX(P-PTX),can form the uniform NPs with the diameters around 100 nm with the help of albumin via simple one-step nano-precipitation method.The albumin-based nanomedicines were stabilized by the integration of a single boronic acid with PTX due to the increased affinity based on multiple intermolecular interactions.We found that albumin-based P-PTX NPs exhibited superior colloidal stability over albumin-based PTX NPs through one-step nanoprecipitation approach,achieving longer in vivo circulation time and higher concentration in tumor than those of the marketed Abraxane®.Furthermore,the albumin-based P-PTX NPs with great stability and enhanced intratumoral enrichment,increased the maximum tolerated dose of PTX,remarkably suppressed the growth of breast tumor and lung metastasis,prolonged survival of melanoma tumors-bearing mice.Such a convenient and effective system gains an insight into the impact of phenylboronic acid group on the albumin-based PTX NPs,provides potent strategy for the rational design of albumin-based antitumor nanomedicines. | Weiyue Ban Qiuhua Luo Chengda Yan Xiaoying Fan Guorui Zhu Maosheng Cheng Zhonggui He Mengchi Sun Jin Sun | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,5: | 0 |
