2OsBRXL4 Regulates Shoot Gravitropism and Rice Tiller Angle through Affecting LAZY1 Nuclear Localization显示文摘Rice tiller angle is a key agronomic trait that contributes to ideal plant architecture and grain production.LAZY1 (LA1) was previously shown to control tiller angle via affecting shoot gravitropism,but the underlying molecular mechanism remains largely unknown.In this study,we identified an LA1-interacting protein named Brevis Radix Like 4 (OsBRXL4).We showed that the interaction between OsBRXL4 and LA1 occurs at the plasma membrane and that their interaction determines nuclear localization of LA1.We found that nuclear localization of LA1 is essential for its function,which is different from AtLA1,its Arabidopsis ortho.log.Overexpression of OsBRXL4 leads to a prostrate growth phenotype,whereas OsBRXLs RNAi plants,in which the expression levels of OsBRXLI,OsBRXL4,and OsBRXL5 were decreased,display a compact phenotype.Further genetic analysis also supported that OsBRXL4 controls rice tiller angle by affecting nuclear localization of LA1.Consistently,we demonstrated that OsBRXL4 regulates the shoot gravitropism through affecting polar auxin transport as did LA1.Taken together,our study not only identifies OsBRXL4 as a regulatory component of rice tiller angle but also provides new insights into genetic regulation of rice plant architecture.Zhen Li Yan Liang Yundong Yuan Lei Wang Xiangbing Meng Guosheng Xiong Jie Zhou Yueyue Cai Ningpei Han Lekai Hua Guifu Liu Jiayang Li Yonghong Wang 2019Molecular Plant2019,12,8:12
3Liposomes co-loaded with metformin and chlorin e6 modulate tumor hypoxia during enhanced photodynamic therapy显示文摘Though photodynamic therapy (PDT) has been widely used in the non-invasive destruction of solid tumors, the therapeutic efficacy of PDT is often limited by the hypoxic tumor environment. Herein, we report the innovative use of metformin, an oral hypoglycemic agent commonly used in the treatment of type II diabetes, to improve tumor oxygenation, and overcome tumor hypoxia-associated resistance to PDT. In our design, hydrophilic metformin and modified hydrophobic chlorin e6 (HCe6) are co-encapsulated within the inner cavity and outer membrane of liposomes, respectively. Due to the high uptake of liposome nanoparticles by tumors, and the sustained release of metformin, the intravenous administration of metformin (Met)-HCe6-Liposome nanoparticles greatly improves tumor oxygenation in several different tumor models, as revealed by in vivo photoacoustic imaging and ex vivo immunofluorescence staining. Systemic administration of Met-HCe6-Liposomes followed by in vivo PDT achieved significantly improved therapeutic effects compared to that of PDT without metformin. 5Formation and evolution of Sinian oil and gas pools in typical structures, Sichuan Basin, China显示文摘The only major breakthrough in the exploration of the Sinian of the Sichuan Basin has been the Weiyuan gas field. Taking the typical structures in the Sichuan Basin as examples, an apatite fission track simulation was applied to constrain the thermal evolutionary history of the source rocks in this study. Combined with trap formation and evolution, the formation, destruction, and accumulation history of the Sinian reservoirs were analyzed from a dynamic perspective. The Sinian reservoirs underwent several primary stages: the paleo-reservoir formation and destruction in the late Silurian, hydrocarbon recharge in the Permian-Triassic, the cracking of oil to gas and dissolved-gas in the late Triassic-Mid-Late Jurassic, and the exsolution and accumulation of dissolved-gas as a result of episodic uplift since the Late Cretaceous. The exsolution process of dissolved-gas is of great significance to the accumulation of natural gas. The formation of the Weiyuan gas field is also related to this process. 7Geochronology, Geochemistry, and Hf Isotopic Compositions of Monzogranites and Mafic-Ultramafic Complexes in the Maxingdawannan Area, Eastern Kunlun Orogen, Western China: Implications for Magma Sources, Geodynamic Setting, and Petrogenesis显示文摘This paper presents zircon U-Pb-Hf isotopic compositions and whole-rock geochemical data for monzogranites and mafic-ultramafic complexes of the Maxingdawannan area in the western end of the east Kunlun orogenic belt, western China. The data are used to determine the ages, petrogenesis, magma sources, and geodynamic setting of the studied rocks. U-Pb zircon dating indicates that monzogranites and gabbros of the complexes were emplaced at 399 and 397 Ma, respectively. The monzogranites are shoshonitic, with high SiO2, Al2 O3 and total-alkali contents, and low TFeO, MgO, TiO2 and P2 O5 contents. The mafic-ultramafic complexes are characterized by low Si O2 contents. The monzogranites display enrichment in light rare-earth elements(LREE) and large-ion lithophile elements(LILE), depletion in heavy REEs(HREE) and high-field-strength elements(HFSE), and negative Eu anomalies(Eu/Eu*=0.36–0.48). The mafic-ultramafic complexes are also enriched in LREEs and LILEs, and depleted in HREEs and HFSEs, with weak Eu anomalies(Eu/Eu*=0.84–1.16). Zircon εHf(t) values for the monzogranites and mafic-ultramafic complexes range from-6.68 to 1.11 and-1.81 to 6.29, with zircon model ages of 1 812–1 319 Ma(TDM2) and 1 087–769 Ma(TDM1), respectively. Hf isotopic data indicate that primary magmas of the monzogranites are originated from partial melting of ancient lower crust during the Paleo-Mesoproterozoic, with a juvenile-crust component. Primitive magmas of the mafic-ultramafic complexes are likely originated from a depleted-mantle source modified by slab-derived fluids and contaminated by crustal components. 8Ozone vertical variations during a typhoon derived from the OMI observations and reanalysis data显示文摘Typhoon is considered to play a key role in the dynamical exchange processes taking place between the troposphere and stratosphere.In this paper,the impact of typhoon on the ozone distribution in the upper troposphere and middle stratosphere is investigated using ozone profiles measured by Aura’s Ozone Monitoring Instrument and meteorological fields from reanalysis data.During the passage of Typhoon Hai-Tang in 2005 over the western North Pacific,low values of ozone column above 200 hPa and ozone mixing ratio between the upper troposphere and the middle stratosphere(from 200 to 50 hPa)are observed right above the typhoon’s track,a result due to the strong upward propagation of air associated with overshooting convection in typhoon.A comparative analysis of different stages of Hai-Tang suggests that in the region where typhoon has higher intensity the troposphere-to-stratosphere transport is enhanced.These results indicated that the typhoon has a significant impact on the ozone variation in the upper troposphere and the middle stratosphere.FU YunFei XIAN Tao Lü DaRen LIU GuoSheng HENG ZhiWei SUN Liang LIU Qi WANG Yu YANG YuanJian 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,32:5
9Remote sensing model and dynamic mechanism for seasonal changes of the euphotic depth in the East China Sea显示文摘Based on remote sensing data and models, spatial distribution of the monthly euphotic depth in the East China Sea in 1998 has been obtained. The character of the seasonal changes of the euphotic depth is summarized, and the dynamic mechanism of the key influencing factors is analyzed. 11Fluid migration paths in the marine strata of typical structures in the western Hubei-eastern Chongqing area,China显示文摘The western Hubei-eastern Chongqing area is an important prospective zone for oil and gas exploration in the central Yangtze area. Three representative structures, the Xinchang structure, Longjuba gas-bearing structure and the Jiannan gas field, were selected to analyze biomarker parameters in marine strata and to examine various types of natural gas and hydrocarbon sources. Fluid inclusions; carbon, oxygen, and strontium isotopic characteristics; organic geochemical analysis and simulation of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion history of source rocks were used for tracing fluid migration paths in marine strata of the study area. The Carboniferous-Triassic reservoirs in three typical structures all experienced at least two stages of fluid accumulation. All marine strata above the early Permian were shown to have fluids originating in the Permian rocks, which differed from the late stage fluids. The fluids accumulated in the late Permian reservoirs of the Xinchang structure were Cambrian fluids, while those in the late Carboniferous reservoirs were sourced from a combination of Silurian and Cambrian fluids. A long-distance and large-scale cross-formational flow of fluids destroyed the preservation conditions of earlier accumulated hydrocarbons. A short-distance cross-formational accumulation of Silurian fluids was shown in the late Permian reservoirs of the Longjuba structure with favorable hydrocarbon preservation conditions. The fluid accumulation in the Carboniferous reservoirs of the Jiannan structure mainly originated from neighboring Silurian strata with a small amount from the Cambrian strata. As a result, the Jiannan structure was determined to have the best preservation conditions of the three. Comparative analysis of fluid migration paths in the three structures revealed that the zone with a weaker late tectonism and no superimposition and modification of the Upper and Lower Paleozoic fluids or the Upper Paleozoic zone with the fluid charging from the Lower Paleozoic in the western Hubei-eastern Chongqing area are important target areas for future exploration.Xu Guosheng Liang Jiaju Gong Deyu Wang Guozhi Yuan Haifeng Cao Junxing Zhang Chengfu 2013Petroleum Science2013,10,1:3

14Low phosphorus promotes NSP1–NSP2 heterodimerization to enhance strigolactone biosynthesis and regulate shoot and root architecture in rice显示文摘Phosphorus is an essential macronutrient for plant development and metabolism,and plants have evolved ingenious mechanisms to overcome phosphate(Pi)starvation.However,the molecular mechanisms underlying the regulation of shoot and root architecture by low phosphorus conditions and the coordinated utilization of Pi and nitrogen remain largely unclear.Here,we show that Nodulation Signaling Pathway 1(NSP1)and NSP2 regulate rice tiller number by promoting the biosynthesis of strigolactones(SLs),a class of phytohormones with fundamental effects on plant architecture and environmental responses.We found that NSP1 and NSP2 are induced by Oryza sativa PHOSPHATE STARVATION RESPONSE2(OsPHR2)in response to low-Pi stress and form a complex to directly bind the promoters of SL biosynthesis genes,thus markedly increasing SL biosynthesis in rice.Interestingly,the NSP1/2–SL signaling module represses the expression of CROWN ROOTLESS 1(CRL1),a newly identified early SL-responsive gene in roots,to restrain lateral root density under Pi deficiency.We also demonstrated that GR24^(4DO) treatment under normal conditions inhibits the expression of OsNRTs and OsAMTs to suppress nitrogen absorption but enhances the expression of OsPTs to promote Pi absorption,thus facilitating the balance between nitrogen and phosphorus uptake in rice.Importantly,we found that NSP1p:NSP1 and NSP2p:NSP2 transgenic plants show improved agronomic traits and grain yield under low-and medium-phosphorus conditions.Taken together,these results revealed a novel regulatory mechanism of SL biosynthesis and signaling in response to Pi starvation,providing genetic resources for improving plant architecture and nutrient-use efficiency in low-Pi environments.Kun Yuan Hao Zhang Chaoji Yu Nan Luo Jijun Yan Shuang Zheng Qingliang Hu Dahan Zhang Liquan Kou Xiangbing Meng Yanhui Jing Mingjiang Chen Xinwei Ban Zongyun Yan Zefu Lu Jian Wu Yu Zhao Yan Liang Yonghong Wang Guosheng Xiong Jinfang Chu Ertao Wang Jiayang Li Bing Wang 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,11:2
15节段性小肠移植手术中采用自体髂内血管进行血管重建显示文摘背景:本研究旨在评估自体髂内动静脉可否用于异体及自体节段性小肠移植手术的血管重建。方法:2011年1月至2019年1月间34例小肠移植患者纳入研究,其中19例为亲属活体移植,15例为自体移植。收集患者临床资料、血管重建类型及术后并发症进行分析。结果:全组男性20例,女性14例,中位年龄35岁。在34例小肠移植中,22例(64.7%,其中异体移植和自体移植各11例)采用自体髂内动脉脉进行血管重建,12例(35.3%)直接行血管吻合。血管重建耗时(21˘6)min。与直接吻合组相比,血管重建组患者手术总时长(530˘226 vs 440˘116 min,P=0.208)和冷缺血时间(159˘49 vs 125˘66 min,P=0.097)均有延长的趋势,但差异并未达到统计学意义。直接吻合组术后血栓形成发生率较血管重建组有增高的趋势(16.7%vs 0%,P=0.118)。中位随访36.9个月,无一例出现静脉狭窄或假性动脉瘤。19例异体移植患者中,4例(21.1%)发生急性排斥反应,1例(5.2%)出现慢性排斥反应。结论:本组数据显示,采用自体髂内动静脉进行血管重建可有力促进小肠移植的开展,同时有望降低术后血管并发症的风险。Guosheng Wu Yinglun Wu Mian Wang Wentong Zhang Chaoxu Liu Tingbo Liang 2021Gastroenterology Report2021,9,4:2
