1Genome-wide Identification and Classification of HSF Family in Grape, and Their Transcriptional Analysis under Heat Acclimation and Heat Stress显示文摘Heat stress is one of the most serious threats in viticulture. Heat shock transcription factors(HSFs) have been proven to be the most important transcriptional factor family in the plant response to heat. In this study, a total of 19 putative HSF genes(VHSFs) were identified from the 12 × Vitis vinifera Pinot Noir PN4002 genome, and their chromosomal location, phylogenetic tree, exon-intron structure and conserved motifs were also analyzed. In addition, these HSFs transcriptional profiles in Vitis vinifera 'Jingxiu'(weak heat tolerance) and Vitis davidii 'Tangwei'(strong heat tolerance) under heat stress(47℃) and heat acclimation(38℃) were presented. Only VHSF01, VHSF05, VHSF15 and VHSF18 among 19 VHSFs showed different transcriptional models in these two genotypes under the same treatment, suggesting that these four VHSFs may be important factors which result in a thermotolerance difference between 'Jingxiu' and 'Tangwei'. 2Viewpoint Optimization Using Genetic Algorithm for Flying Robot Inspection of Electricity Transmission Tower Equipment显示文摘To fully exploit the limited flight-time of the flying robot, and ensure the successful visibility of target, viewpoint optimization is proposed in this paper for the inspection of electricity transmission tower equipment with an optimization function to determine the best viewpoints in a local viewpoint region. The local viewpoint regions are generated from the local objective regions which are determined by the geometrical structure of a priori3 D model for the electricity transmission tower equipment.The optimization function is structured based on three factors including visibility, viewing quality and observation distance. In addition, the fitness function of genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal viewpoint. 3Effect of Curing Temperature on Intermediate Temperature Properties of Calcium Aluminate Cement Bonded Corundum Castables显示文摘In order to study the effect of the curing temperature on the intermediate temperature properties of calcium aluminate cement bonded corundum castables,the prepared castables were cured at 5,10,25,40 and 50℃,respectively,dried at 110℃ for 24 h and heat treated at 800 and 1100 ℃,respectively.Then the apparent porosity,the cold modulus of rupture and the cold crushing strength were measured.The phase composition of castable matrix specimens treated under the same conditions and the influence of the curing temperature on the intermediate temperature strength of the castables were also analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the curing temperature,the hydration degree of calcium aluminate cement increases,which promotes the uniform distribution of hydration products with AI203 after decomposition,thus enhancing the intermediate temperature strength of castables.LI Ye LIU Kun DING Dafei WANG Qingfeng FU Xiaohui YE Guotian 2021China's Refractories2021,30,3:3
4Visual Data Driven Approach for Metric Localization in Substation显示文摘To localize inspection robot in an in-service substation costs much. How to discriminate its location among highly similar scenes is the main problem of localizing robot in the substation using vision. A novel approach for visual localization using image retrieval and multi-view geometry is proposed. It is applicable for autonomous inspection of in-service substation without additional modifications of the environment. The experimental results demonstrate the efficiency and reliability of our approach. They have been further discussed by means of parameters for image description, number of neighbouring images for coordinates estimation, training dataset selection and performance evaluation. 5Comparative metabolic profiling of Vitis amurensis and Vitis vinifera during cold acclimation显示文摘Vitis amurensis is a wild Vitis plant that can withstand extreme cold temperatures.However,the accumulation of metabolites during cold acclimation(CA)in V.amurensis remains largely unknown.In this study,plantlets of V.amurensis and V.vinifera cv.Muscat of Hamburg were treated at 4℃ for 24 and 72 h,and changes of metabolites in leaves were detected by gas chromatography coupled with time-of-flight mass spectrometry.Most of the identified metabolites,including carbohydrates,amino acids,and organic acids,accumulated in the two types of grape after CA.Galactinol,raffinose,fructose,mannose,glycine,and ascorbate were continuously induced by cold in V.amurensis,but not in Muscat of Hamburg.Twelve metabolites,including isoleucine,valine,proline,2-oxoglutarate,and putrescine,increased in V.amurensis during CA.More galactinol,ascorbate,2-oxoglutarate,and putrescine,accumulated in V.amurensis,but not in Muscat of Hamburg,during CA,which may be responsible for the excellent cold tolerance in V.amurensis.The expression levels of the genes encodingβ-amylase(BAMY),galactinol synthase(GolS),and raffinose synthase(RafS)were evaluated by quantitative reverse transcription-PCR.The expression BAMY(VIT_02s0012 g00170)and RafS(VIT_05s0077 g00840)were primarily responsible for the accumulation of maltose and raffinose,respectively.The accumulation of galactinol was attributed to different members of GolS in the two grapes.In conclusion,these results show the inherent differences in metabolites between V.amurensis and V.vinifera under CA.Fengmei Chai Wenwen Liu Yue Xiang Xianbin Meng Xiaoming Sun Cheng Cheng Guotian Liu Lixin Duan Haiping Xin Shaohua Li 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:3
6Experimental Verification on Conversion Mechanism of Calcium Aluminate Cement Hydrates显示文摘Calcium aluminate cement(CAC)is a commonly used binder for refractory castables.There has been a long-running debate on the transformation mechanisms of calcium aluminate cement hydrates through solid-state reaction or solutionprecipitation.In order to demonstrate the conversion mechanism of CaO Al2O310H2O(CAH10)to 3CaO Al2O36H2O(C3AH6)and Al2O33H2O(AH3),the CAC pastes cured at 10℃to produce CAH10 was further cured at 60℃with and without free water.The hydration of the pastes was halted by freezing-drying,and the phases and microstructure of hydrates were investigated by XRD and SEM,respectively.The results indicate that CAH10 converts into C3AH6 and AH3 in water presence at 60℃,but does not transform into C3AH6 and AH3 without water,demonstrating that conversion of CAH10 into C3AH6 and AH3 does not happen through solid-state reaction,but takes place through preceding dissolution of CAH10 and subsequent precipitation of AH3 and C3AH6 from the solution.ZHANG Yang GU Wenjing LIU Kun DING Dafei WANG Qingfeng YE Guotian 2019China's Refractories2019,28,2:2
7How to Increase Farmers' Income in the Poor Mountainous Areas ?显示文摘Using the gray system theory and gray relational analysis method,the relationship between added value of hybrid corn,hogs,Juglans sigillata,Pisum Sativum L.,safflower and that of farmers' net income in Bailongjing Village,Wafang Township,Longyang District,Baoshan City,Yunnan Province was analyzed,and the ways to increase farmers' per capita net income were studied. The results showed that economic income of farmers by structure adjustment of agriculture is Juglans sigillata > Pisum Sativum L. > safflower > hogs > hybrid corn. 8Application of Grey Correlation Degree Analysis in Broad Bean Strain Screening显示文摘[Objectives] The aim was to clarify the target and approach to purifying and selecting Baoshan Touxinlv broad bean. [Methods] In 2012,5 homozygous strains were selected successfully as the material,and completely randomized block arrangement was adopted with 3 repeated trials to analyze the effects of plant height,effective length of podding branches,branch number per plant,pod number per plant,grain number per pod and 100-grain weight on the yield of each plant in the system. [Results] The results showed that the effects of the various factors on the yield of Baoshan broad beans were in the order of grain number per pod > effective length of podding branches > 100-grain weight > pod number per plant > branch number per plant > plant height. 9Effects of Specific Surface Area and Impurities of Reactive Alumina on Properties of Corundum Based Castables显示文摘Effects of specific surface area and tiny amount of impurities of reactive alumina on the workability,sintering and high temperature mechanical strength of corundum based castables were investigated. The results show that the presence of reactive alumina with high specific surface area leads to accelerating of the hydration of calcium aluminate cement,thus shortening the working time and setting time of the castables,which can be ascribed that the critical energy barrier for stable nuclei of hydration products of cement can be reduced by the high specific surface area of reactive alumina. The sintering of the corundum based castables can be accelerated by the reactive alumina with high specific surface area and high amount of impurities, however, the reactive alumina with too high specific surface area and impurities can also lead to noticeable shrinkage of castables. 10MoLrp1-mediated signaling induces nuclear accumulation of MoMsn2 to facilitate fatty acid oxidation for infectious growth of the rice blast fungus显示文摘Fatty acid b-oxidation is critical for fatty acid degradation and cellular development.In the rice blast fungus Magnaporthe oryzae,fatty acid b-oxidation is reported to be important mainly for turgor generation in the appressorium.However,the role of fatty acid b-oxidation during invasive hyphal growth is rarely documented.We demonstrated that blocking peroxisomal fatty acid b-oxidation impaired lipid droplet(LD)degradation and infectious growth of M.oryzae.We found that the key regulator of pathogenesis,MoMsn2,which we identified previously,is involved in fatty acid b-oxidation by targeting MoDCI1(encoding dienoyl-coenzyme A[CoA]isomerase),which is also important for LD degradation and infectious growth.Cytological observations revealed that MoMsn2 accumulated from the cytosol to the nucleus during early infection or upon treatment with oleate.We determined that the low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein MoLrp1,which is also involved in fatty acid b-oxidation and infectious growth,plays a critical role in the accumulation of MoMsn2 from the cytosol to the nucleus by activating the cyclic AMP signaling pathway.Our results provide new insights into the importance of fatty acid oxidation during invasive hyphal growth,which is modulated by MoMsn2 and its related signaling pathways in M.oryzae.Ting Zhang Xingyu Wang Xue Li Ya-Nan Li Yuhe Li Shuang Wu Lele Xu Ruiwen Zhou Jing Yang Guotian Li Xinyu Liu Xiaobo Zheng Zhengguang Zhang Haifeng Zhang 2023Plant Communications2023,4,4:0
11Election Procedure for Rural Two Committees显示文摘In order to further strengthen the construction and improvement of villager autonomy system with democratic election,democratic decision making,democratic management,and democratic supervision of rural two committees with Chinese characteristics,experience of work team of Longyang District Agricultural Technology Extension Station dispatched to villager committees( or offices) and their guidance on election of rural two committees in 2007-2016 were used,and exploration was made for election of rural two committees from the third to the sixth committees. 12Undelayed Initialization Using Dual Channel Vision for Ego-Motion in Power Line Inspection显示文摘This paper presents a novel approach to the initialization of an ego-motion estimation technique for autonomous power line inspection. Dual channel vision, consisting of an infrared and optical camera, is typically adopted during inspection. The infrared camera is far more proficient at reliably detecting heated regions of the power tower which can be regarded as a prior relationship between the tower and cameras. Using the infrared camera, which is equipped parallel to the optical camera, an incomplete correspondence between the optical image and a 3D CAD model is established. Depending on the degree of correspondence, the initial pose of the CAD model in the optical image is estimated through two stages of coarseto-fine estimation. The primary contributions of this paper include: 1) using dual vision for partial initialization; 2) incorporating two-stage algorithms to estimate an accurate pose quickly; 3) implementing an algorithm which functions correctly regardless of the motion blur or background texture. 13A lipid droplet-associated protein Nem1 regulates appressorium function for infection of Magnaporthe oryzae显示文摘Lipid droplets are important storages in fungal conidia and can be used by plant pathogenic fungi for infection.However,the regulatory mechanism of lipid droplets formation and the utilization during fungal development and infection are largely unknown.Here,in Magnaporthe oryzae,we identified a lipid droplet-associated protein Nem1 that played a key role in lipid droplets biogenesis and utilization.Nem1 was highly expressed in conidia,but lowly expressed in appressoria,and its encoded protein was localized to lipid droplets.Deletion of NEM1 resulted in reduced numbers of lipid droplets and decreased content of diacylglycerol(DAG)or triacylglycerol(TAG).NEM1 was required for asexual development especially conidia production.TheΔnem1 mutant was nearly loss of virulence to host plants due to defects in appressorial penetration and invasive growth.Remarkably,Nem1 was regulated by the TOR signaling pathway and involved in the autophagy process.The Ser303 residue of Nem1 could be phosphorylated by the cAMP-PKA signaling pathway and was important for biological function of Nem1.Together,our study revealed a regulatory mechanism of lipid biogenesis and metabolism during the conidium and appressorium formation of the rice blast fungus.Deng Chen Xuan Cai Junjie Xing Shen Chen Juan Zhao Zhiguang Qu Guotian Li Hao Liu Lu Zheng Junbin Huang Xiao-Lin Chen 2023aBIOTECH2023,4,2:0
