1A hybrid genipin-crosslinked dual-sensitive hydrogel/nanostructured lipid carrier ocular drug delivery platform显示文摘The objective of this study was to develop a novel hybrid genipin-crosslinked dual-sensitive hydrogel/nanostructured lipid carrier(NLC) drug delivery platform. An ophthalmic antiinflammatory drug, baicalin(BN) was chosen as the model drug. BN –NLC was prepared using melt-emulsification combined with ultra-sonication technique. Additionally, a dual pH-and thermo-sensitive hydrogel composed of carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS) and poloxamer 407(F127) was fabricated by a cross-linking reaction with a nontoxic crosslinker genipin(GP). GP-CMCS/F127 hydrogel was characterized by FTIR, NMR, XRD and SEM. The swelling studies showed GP-CMCS/F127 hydrogel was both pH-and thermo-sensitive. The results of in vitro release suggested BN –NLC gel can prolong the release of baicalin comparing with BN eye drops and BN –NLC. Ex vivo cornea permeation study was evaluated using Franz diffusion cells. The apparent permeability coefficient(Papp) of BN –NLC gel was much higher(4.46-fold) than that of BN eye drops. Through the determination of corneal hydration levels, BN –NLC gel was confirmed that had no significant irritation to cornea. Ex vivo precorneal retention experiments were carried out by a flow-through approach. The results indicated that the NLC-based hydrogel can prolong precorneal residence time. 3Application and Development Prospect of Se-rich & High-Ca Organic Fertilizer显示文摘Se is one of trace elements necessary for the human body,and human body could absorb Se via the food. Se intake is insufficient in 2/3 region of China,which seriously affects health of local residents. Therefore,the research of Se-rich fertilizer and the development of Se-rich product become the research focus in food science,medicine and other fields. There are rich marine resources in Beibu Gulf waters of Guangxi,and much carapace organic waste is generated. These carapace waste not only has high Se content but also is composed of a lot of Ca. 14Determining organic compounds in coking wastewater by SPME-GC /MS显示文摘The solid-phase microextraction (SPME) combined with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was used to determine and analyze organic pollutants in coking wastewater.Based on the fact that the main compounds in the wastewater were organics, some key parameters of the SPME were optimized.The method has good linearity (its correlation coefficients>0.99) in the range determined,its relative standard deviations (RSD) are less than 15%,and its recovery is from 87.9% to 128.1% with the lowest quantification limit of 5 μg/L.This method has been used to measure 15 organic pollutants in wastewater from a certain coking plant.The results show that compared with the conventional method,it can save an hour in pretreatment time.It is a fast,low-cost,accurate,simple and efficient analytical method indeed.SONG Guoxin ZHU Chunyan XIA Jianzhong HOU Wenjie 2013Baosteel Technical Research2013,7,1:1
