| 1 | Association of Dietary Pattern during Pregnancy and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus: A Prospective Cohort Study in Northern China显示文摘Objective To examine the association of maternal dietary patterns during pregnancy with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) in northern China.Methods The dietary intakes of pregnant women were recorded twice by 24‐hour dietary recalls for three days prior to having been diagnosed with GDM, at 5‐15 and 24‐28 gestational weeks, respectively.GDM was diagnosed, and serum glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) was measured at 24‐28 weeks.Dietary patterns were assessed by factor analysis. The association of the dietary pattern with GDM and HbA1c was examined by multiple logistic models.Results Of 753 participants, 64(8.5%) were diagnosed with GDM. Four dietary patterns were identified: Western pattern(dairy, baked/fried food and white meat), traditional pattern(light‐colored vegetables, fine grain, red meat and tubers), mixed pattern(edible fungi, shrimp/shellfish and red meat)and prudent pattern(dark‐colored vegetables and deep‐sea fish). Compared with the prudent pattern,both the Western pattern and the traditional pattern were associated with an increased risk of GDM(a OR = 4.40, 95% CI: 1.58‐12.22; a OR = 4.88, 95% CI: 1.79‐13.32) and a high level of HbA1c(a OR = 12.37,95% CI: 1.47‐103.91; a OR = 26.23, 95% CI: 2.54‐270.74). | 2 | Study of spatial distribution for the active ingredient in ibuprofen tablet based on near-infrared micro-imaging technology显示文摘The NIR micro-images of ibuprofen tablets were collected in this research.Compare correlation imaging and principal component analysis(PC A) with histogram were applied to acquire the spatial distribution of ibuprofen granule.The result indicated that a similar distribution trend can be acquired by both of the two methods mentioned above;the information of PC2 results from ibuprofen mainly since the correlation coefficient between PC2 loading vector and the NIR spectrum of ibuprofen is 0.9930.The result of PCA indicated that the information of PC2 results from ibuprofen mainly for both the low and the high content of ibuprofen in the tablets.The correlation coefficient between the data of the two PC2 loading vectors of the low and the high content of ibuprofen in the tablets is 0.9998,which indicates that the result of PCA is stable and reliable. | Dong Wang Yun Sheng Ding Jin Li Cao Yue He Sheng Feng Ye Shun Geng Min | 2011 | Chinese Chemical Letters2011,22,11: | 2 |

| 5 | Science with the 2.5-meter Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST)显示文摘The Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST) is a dedicated photometric surveying facility being built jointly by University of Science and Technology of China(USTC) and the Purple Mountain Observatory(PMO). It is equipped with a 2.5-meter diameter primary mirror, an active optics system, and a mosaic CCD camera with 0.73 gigapixels on the primary focal plane for highquality image capture over a 6.5-square-degree field of view. The installation of WFST near the summit of Saishiteng mountain in the Lenghu region is scheduled in summer of 2023, and the operation is planned to start three months later. WFST will scan the northern sky in four optical bands(u, g, r and i) at cadences from hourly/daily in the deep high-cadence survey(DHS) program, to semi-weekly in the wide field survey(WFS) program. During a photometric night, a nominal 30 s exposure in the WFS program will reach a depth of 22.27, 23.32, 22.84, and 22.31(AB magnitudes) in these four bands, respectively, allowing for the detection of a tremendous amount of transients in the low-z universe and a systematic investigation of the variability of Galactic and extragalactic objects. In the DHS program, intranight 90 s exposures as deep as 23(u) and 24 mag(g), in combination with target of opportunity follow-ups, will provide a unique opportunity to explore energetic transients in demand for high sensitivities, including the electromagnetic counterparts of gravitational wave events, supernovae within a few hours of their explosions,tidal disruption events and fast, luminous optical transients even beyond redshift of unity. In addition, the final 6-year co-added images, anticipated to reach g■25.8 mag in WFS or 1.5 mags deeper in DHS, will be of fundamental importance to general Galactic and extragalactic science. The highly uniform legacy surveys of WFST will serve as an indispensable complement to those of the Vera C. | 7 | Molecular mechanism of SurA’s chaperoning function to outer membrane proteins revealed by purification-after-crosslinking single-molecule FRET显示文摘SurA is the major chaperone of outer membrane proteins(OMPs)in the periplasm.The molecular mechanism when SurA performs its chaperoning function is still unclear.Here,a purification-after-crosslinking(PAC)procedure was combined with single-molecule fluorescence resonance energy transfer(smFRET)to probe the conformations of SurA and OmpC in their complex.We found that SurA in the free state rearranges itself based on the crystal structure,except that the P2 domain moves towards the core domain with two major positions,forming a clamp-like conformation to accommodate OmpC.The obvious rearrangement of the P2 domain of SurA helps SurA to hold OmpC.OmpC attaches to SurA randomly and has the propensity to be near the middle part of the crevice.The noncollapsed and disordered conformations of OMPs provided by the OMPs?SurA complex are important to the subsequent delivery and folding process. | Chenhui He Sichen Pan Geng Li Xin Sheng Zhao | 2020 | Science China Chemistry2020,63,8: | 0 |
