| 2 | Research on key techniques of expendable conductivity temperature depth measuring system显示文摘This paper analysis the developing of expendable conductivity temperature depth measuring system(XCTD)and introduce its principle of measuring about temperature,salinity and depth of ocean.Some key techniques are put forward.According to the real needs of XCTD,conductivity sensor with high sensitivity is designed by principle of electromagnetic induce,the ocean conductivity from induced electromotive force has been calculated.Adding temperature correction circuit would help to reduce error of conductivity measurement because of sharply changing temperature.Advanced temperature measuring circuit of high precision and the constant current source is used to weaken effect of self-heating of resistance and fluctuation of the source.On respect of remote data transmission,LVDS is a good choice for the purpose of guarantee the quality of data transmitted and the transmission distance is reaching to thousand meters in the seawater.Modular programming method is also brought into this research aimed at improve the stability,reliability and maintainability of the whole measuring system.In February,2015,the trials in South China Sea demonstrate that the developed XCTD realize effective measurement at a speed of 6 knots and detection depth at 800 m.The consistency coefficient of the acquired data is greater than 0.99 and the success rate of probe launching is above 90%. | CHEN Guangyuan DU Libin HE Haijing LEI Zhuo ZHANG Qisheng WU Chengxuan | 2015 | Instrumentation2015,2,2: | 5 |

| 5 | AIM2 deficiency in B cells ameliorates systemic lupus erythematosus by regulating Blimp-1-Bcl-6 axis-mediated B-cell differentiation显示文摘Absent in melanoma 2(AIM2)has been reported to be a component of inflammasomes in innate immune cells.Surprisingly,AIM2 is expressed by B cells,and higher AIM2 expression is observed in the B cells from lupus patients.To date,the inflammasome-indepe ndent functi on of AIM2 in B cells remai ns un clear.Here,we report in creased expressi on of AIM2 in human tonsil memory and germinal center(GC)B cells and in memory B cells and plasma cells from the circulation and skin lesions of lupus patients.Conditional knockout of AIM2 in B cells reduces the CD19^(+)B-cell frequency in lymph nodes and spleens,and dampens KLH-induced lgG1-antibody production.In a pristane-induced mouse model of lupus,AIM2 deficiency in B cells attenuates lupus symptoms and reduces the frequency of GC B cells,T follicular helper(Tfh)cells,plasmablast cells,and plasma cells.Furthermore,the loss of AIM2 in human B cells leads to the increased expression of Blimp-1 and reduces the expression of Bcl-6.However,the silendng of Blimp-1 and Bcl-6 has no significant effect on AIM2 expression,indicating that AIM2 might be the upstream regulator for Blimp-1 and Bcl-6.In addition,IL-10 is found to upregulate AIM2 expression via DNA demethylation.Together,our findings reveal that AIM2 is highly expressed in the B cells of lupus patients and promotes B-cell differentiation by modulating the Bcl-6-Blimp-1 axis,providing a novel target for SLE treatment. | Ming Yang Di Long Longyuan Hu Zhidan Zhao Qianwen Li Yunkai Guo Zhenghao He Ming Zhao Liwei Lu Fen Li Hai Long Haijing Wu Qianjin Lu | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,10: | 1 |
| 6 | Alternations in the gut microbiota and metabolome with newly diagnosed unstable angina显示文摘Gut microbiota plays an important role in coronary heart disease, but its compositional and functional changes in unstable angina(UA) remain unexplored. We performed metagenomic sequencing of 133 newly diagnosed UA patients and 133 sex-and age-matched controls, and profiled the fecal and plasma metabolomes in 30 case-control pairs. The alpha diversity of gut microbiota was increased in UA patients:the adjusted odds ratios(ORs) per standard deviation increase in Shannon and Simpson indices were 1.30(95% confidence interval, 1.01-1.70) and 1.36(1.05-1.81), respectively. Two common species(depleted Klebsiella pneumoniae and enriched Streptococcus parasanguinis;P ≤ 0.002) and three rare species(depleted Weissella confusa, enriched Granulicatella adiacens and Erysipelotrichaceae bacterium 6_1_45;P ≤ 0.005) were associated with UA. The UA-associated gut microbiota was depleted in the pathway of Lphenylalanine degradation(P = 0.001), primarily contributed by Klebsiella pneumoniae. Consistently, we found increased circulating phenylalanine in UA patients(OR = 2.76 [1.17-8.16]). Moreover, Streptococcus parasanguinis was negatively correlated with fecal citrulline(Spearman's r_(s)=-0.470, P = 0.009), a metabolite depleted in UA patients(OR = 0.26 [0.08-0.63]). | 7 | Insertion/deletion variants within the IGF2BP2 gene identified in reported genome-wide selective sweep analysis reveal a correlation with goat litter size显示文摘Insulin-like growth factor 2 m RNA-binding protein 2(IGF2 BP2,also called IMP2)plays an essential role in the development and maturation of germ cells and embryos and is a candidate gene for goat litter size,based on a previous genomewide selective sweep analysis.In this study,the m RNA expression level of IGF2 BP2 was found to be significantly higher in a single-lamb group than in a multi-lamb group.Insertions/deletions(indels)within the goat IGF2 BP2 gene,including P4-Ins-13 bp and P5-Del-12 bp,were verified in 918 Shaanbei White Cashmere(SBWC)female goats.The minor allelic frequencies(MAFs)of P4-Ins-13 bp and P5-Del-12 bp loci were 0.349 and 0.295,respectively.Analysis using the Chi-square(χ^(2))test showed that the genotype(χ^(2)=14.479,P=0.006)distribution of P4-Ins-13 bp was significantly different between the single-lamb and multi-lamb groups.Correlation analysis demonstrated that P4-Ins-13 bp was significantly associated with goat litter size(P=0.022),and individual goats with the homozygous deletion/deletion(DD)genotype produced more litters than other goats.Therefore,considered as a potential molecular marker significantly related to lambing traits,the P4-Ins-13 bp mutation of the goat IGF2 BP2 gene can be used in goat breeding with practical molecular marker-assisted selection(MAS)to optimize female reproduction and improve economic efficiency in the goat industry. | Dongyun XIN Yangyang BAI Yi BI Libang HE Yuxin KANG Chuanying PAN Haijing ZHU Hong CHEN Lei QU Xianyong LAN | 2021 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,9: | 0 |
| 8 | Isolation and characterization of a Neisseria sp. from the captive wild goose (Anser anser)显示文摘The present study investigated 15 dead cases of captive wild goslings(Anser anser),which were bred in a small poultry farm in Shandong Province,China.The examined cases presented diverse clinical signs accompanied with neurological manifestations and fatal outcomes.Bacterial culture identified the gram-negative Neisseria sp.from the brain homogenate of most examined cases(10/15,66.7%).The isolated bacteria were identified based on morphologic characteristics,biochemical tests and 16S rDNA typing.Results proved that 1 identical bacterial strain(BNO09-3)was isolated from the positive cases.The phylogeny based on the 16S rDNA gene sequences indicated that this isolate has a close relationship with various strains of genus Neisseria sp.isolated from liver and feces of duck.This is the first report of Neisseria sp.causing fatality in captive wild geese in China. | Chengmin WANG Jing LUO Haijing WANG Said AMER Hua DING Ying DONG Hongxuan HE | 2016 | Integrative Zoology2016,11,2: | 0 |
| 9 | Interdecadal variability in ecosystem health of Changjiang (Yangtze) River estuary using estuarine biotic integrity index显示文摘Ichthyoplankton samples were collected from Changjiang(Yangtze)River estuary in May 2016.Species composition was studied by DNA barcoding and morphological identification.To make better use of the estuarine biotic integrity index(EBI)to assess the ecosystem health of the Changjiang River estuary over the past 30 years,we collected the data of a spring ichthyoplankton survey in the estuary from 1986 to 2016.The EBI was calculated using 12 evaluation metrics,namely,the number of total ichthyoplankton species,estuarine spawning species,estuarine nursery species,estuarine resident species,benthic species,pelagic species,and intolerant species,and the percentages of tolerant species,omnivores,insectivores,carnivores,and natural hybrid species.EBI was calculated in spring in four periods(1986,1999,2007,and 2016)by assigning points of 1,3 or 5,giving values of 50,38,36,and 32,respectively,corresponding to“Good”,“Fair-Poor”,“Fair-Poor”,and“Poor”EBI levels,respectively.Changes in species composition were the primary reason for the significant decreases in EBI between 1986 and 1999,and for the large differences between 1986 and 2007 and between 2007 and 2016.The changes in species composition were influenced by declines in ichthyoplankton species,pollution sensitive species,estuarine nursery species and estuarine sedentary species,and an increase in pollution resistant species.An analysis of EBI interdecadal variability showed that the health status of the Changjiang River estuary ecosystem over the last 30 years first declined and then stabilized at a lower level.This result further settled the argument for urgent protection and restoration of the Changjiang River estuary. | Shouhai LIU Haijing ZHANG Yanlong HE Xiangsheng CHENG Haofei ZHANG Yutao QIN Xi JI Riguang HE Yaohui CHEN | 2021 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,4: | 0 |
| 10 | B1-cell-produced anti-phosphatidylserine antibodies contribute to lupus nephritis development via TLR-mediated Syk activation显示文摘Autoantibodies produced by B cells play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). However, both the cellular source of antiphospholipid antibodies and their contributions to the development of lupus nephritis (LN) remain largely unclear. Here, we report a pathogenic role of anti-phosphatidylserine (PS) autoantibodies in the development of LN. Elevated serum PS-specific IgG levels were measured in model mice and SLE patients, especially in those with LN. PS-specific IgG accumulation was found in the kidney biopsies of LN patients. Both transfer of SLE PS-specific IgG and PS immunization triggered lupus-like glomerular immune complex deposition in recipient mice. ELISPOT analysis identified B1a cells as the main cell type that secretes PS-specific IgG in both lupus model mice and patients. Adoptive transfer of PS-specific B1a cells accelerated the PS-specific autoimmune response and renal damage in recipient lupus model mice, whereas depletion of B1a cells attenuated lupus progression. In culture, PS-specific B1a cells were significantly expanded upon treatment with chromatin components, while blockade of TLR signal cascades by DNase I digestion and inhibitory ODN 2088 or R406 treatment profoundly abrogated chromatin-induced PS-specific IgG secretion by lupus B1a cells. Thus, our study has demonstrated that the anti-PS autoantibodies produced by B1 cells contribute to lupus nephritis development.
