2Ent-kaurane and ent-abietane diterpenoids from Isodon phyllostachys显示文摘Four new diterpenoids, phyllostachysins I–L(1–4), along with a known one, hebeiabinin B(5), were isolated from the aerial parts of Isodon phyllostachys(I. phyllostachys). Compounds 1 and 2 feature an ent-kaurane backbone, and 3, 4 and 5 bear an ent-abietane skeleton. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic analysis. 10Alternations in the gut microbiota and metabolome with newly diagnosed unstable angina显示文摘Gut microbiota plays an important role in coronary heart disease, but its compositional and functional changes in unstable angina(UA) remain unexplored. We performed metagenomic sequencing of 133 newly diagnosed UA patients and 133 sex-and age-matched controls, and profiled the fecal and plasma metabolomes in 30 case-control pairs. The alpha diversity of gut microbiota was increased in UA patients:the adjusted odds ratios(ORs) per standard deviation increase in Shannon and Simpson indices were 1.30(95% confidence interval, 1.01-1.70) and 1.36(1.05-1.81), respectively. Two common species(depleted Klebsiella pneumoniae and enriched Streptococcus parasanguinis;P ≤ 0.002) and three rare species(depleted Weissella confusa, enriched Granulicatella adiacens and Erysipelotrichaceae bacterium 6_1_45;P ≤ 0.005) were associated with UA. The UA-associated gut microbiota was depleted in the pathway of Lphenylalanine degradation(P = 0.001), primarily contributed by Klebsiella pneumoniae. Consistently, we found increased circulating phenylalanine in UA patients(OR = 2.76 [1.17-8.16]). Moreover, Streptococcus parasanguinis was negatively correlated with fecal citrulline(Spearman's r_(s)=-0.470, P = 0.009), a metabolite depleted in UA patients(OR = 0.26 [0.08-0.63]). 13MXene Enhanced 3D Needled Waste Denim Felt for High‑Performance Flexible Supercapacitors显示文摘MXene,a transition metal carbide/nitride,has been prominent as an ideal electrochemical active material for supercapacitors.However,the low MXene load limits its practical applications.As environmental concerns and sustainable development become more widely recognized,it is necessary to explore a greener and cleaner technology to recycle textile by-products such as cotton.The present study proposes an effective 3D fabrication method that uses MXene to fabricate waste denim felt into ultralight and flexible supercapacitors through needling and carbonization.The 3D structure provided more sites for loading MXene onto Z-directional fiber bundles,resulting in more efficient ion exchange between the electrolyte and electrodes.Furthermore,the carbonization process removed the specific adverse groups in MXenes,further improving the specific capacitance,energy density,power density and electrical conductivity of supercapacitors.The electrodes achieve a maximum specific capacitance of 1748.5 mF cm-2 and demonstrate remarkable cycling stability maintaining more than 94%after 15,000 galvanostatic charge/discharge cycles.Besides,the obtained supercapacitors present a maximum specific capacitance of 577.5 mF cm^(-2),energy density of 80.2μWh cm^(-2)and power density of 3 mW cm^(-2),respectively.The resulting supercapacitors can be used to develop smart wearable power devices such as smartwatches,laying the foundation for a novel strategy of utilizing waste cotton in a high-quality manner.Wei Fan Qi Wang Kai Rong Yang Shi Wanxi Peng Handong Li Zhanhu Guo Ben Bin Xu Hua Hou Hassan Algadi Shengbo Ge 2024Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,2:0

19Based on network pharmacology to explore the mechanism of hepatotoxicity of Fructus Meliae Toosendan显示文摘Objective:To explore the potential mechanism of hepatotoxicity induced by Fructus Meliae Toosendan(FMT)through network pharmacology.Methods:The active components and targets of FMT were identified and screened by Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform Database,PubChem Database and Swiss Target Prediction database,etc.Genecards,pharmGKB,and OMIM databases were used to collect relevant targets of hepatotoxicity,and intersect them with the targets of active ingredients to obtain the potential targets of hepatotoxicity caused by FMT.A compound-target network was constructed with Cytoscape 3.8.0 software.The String 11.0 database was used to construct the protein-protein interaction(PPI)network of the targets and to screen out the core targets.In addition,Gene Ontology(GO)terms and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analyses were conducted by R software,and then the pathways directly related to hepatotoxicity were integrated.Results:In this study,9 active ingredients of FMT and 265 targets were obtained.There are 533 hepatotoxicity-related targets,and 76 potential targets for hepatotoxicity caused by FMT,among which quercetin,melianone,and nimbolin A are the key active components for hepatotoxicity caused by FMT,and MYC,STAT3,JUN,and RELA were the core target proteins of FMT’s hepatotoxicity.There were 2353 GO entries(P<0.05),including 2181 Biological Process(BP),41 Cellular Component(CC)and 131 Molecular Function(MF).KEGG enrichment analysis revealed 165 pathways(P<0.05),of which Th17 cell differentiation,HIF-1 signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway were strongly correlated with the hepatotoxicity of FMT.Conclusion:Through network pharmacology,it was found that many potential components in azadirachia chinaberry may be involved in the regulation of apoptosis,excessive inflammatory response and mitochondrial dynamics through multi-target and multi-pathway,resulting in the generation of hepatotoxicity.Liting Wu Tengda Li Yu Zhang Lihui Yang Rongjin Yang Handong Liu 2021Asian Toxicology Tesearch2021,3,4:0
20Plotinus:A Satellite Internet Digital Twin System显示文摘The development of space-air-ground integrated networks (SAGIN) requires sophisticated satellite Internet emulation tools that can handle complex, dynamic topologies and offer in-depth analysis. Existing emulation platforms struggle with challenges like the need for detailed implementation across all network layers, real-time response, and scalability. This paper proposes a digital twin system based on microservices for satellite Internet emulation,namely Plotinus,which aims to solve these problems. Plotinus features a modular design, allowing for easy replacement of the physical layer to emulate different aerial vehicles and analyze channel interference. It also enables replacing of path computation methods to simplify testing and deploying algorithms. In particular, Plotinus allows for real-time emulation with live network traffic,enhancing practical network models. The evaluation result shows Plotinus’s effective emulation of dynamic satellite networks with real-world devices.
