2A self-recovery fragile watermarking scheme for image authentication with superior localization显示文摘To address the problems of the inferior localization and high probability of false rejection in existing self-recovery fragile watermarking algorithms,this paper pro-poses a new self-recovery fragile watermarking scheme with superior localization,and further discusses the probability of false rejection (PFR) and the probability of false acceptance (PFA) of the proposed scheme. Moreover,four measurements are defined to evaluate the quality of a recovered image. In the proposed algorithm,the original image is divided into 2×2 blocks to improve localization precision and de-crease PFR under occurrence of random tampering. The PFR under occurrence of region tampering can be effectively decreased by randomly embedding the water-mark of each block in conjunction with a novel method of tamper detection. Com-pared with the current self-recovery fragile watermarking algorithms,the proposed scheme not only resolves the tamper detection problem of self-embedding water-marking,but also improves the robustness against the random tampering of self-embedding watermarking. 3Synchrotron radiation XRF microprobe investigation of elemental distribution in femoral head slice with osteoporosis显示文摘This note deals with the scanning of femoral head slices from both normal and osteoporosis subjects using synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence (SRXRF) microprobe technique. The sample preparation and experimental apparatus are described in detail. The quantitative computerized tomography (QCT) of elemental distribution, such as Ca, P, K, Fe, Zn, Sr and Pb in bone slice tissue including cartilage, substantial compact and substantial spongy, is investigated. 4Iron isotopic analyses of geological reference materials on MC-ICP-MS with instrumental mass bias corrected by three independent methods显示文摘Here we report iron(Fe) isotopic data of three pure Fe solution standards(IRMM-014, GSB Fe, and NIST3126a) and five widely used geological reference materials(RMs) from the United States Geological Survey and Geological Survey of Japan obtained on a Neptune Plus multi-collector–inductively coupled plasma–mass spectrometer(MC-ICP-MS) in our laboratory over the past 3 years. The instrumental mass bias was corrected by three independent methods: sample-standard bracketing(SSB),Ni doping + SSB, and ^(57)Fe–^(58)Fe double spike + SSB.Measurements reveal that both the Ni doping and double spike methods helped calibrate short-term fluctuations in mass bias. Collectively, almost all measurements of RMs yielded δ^(56)Fe within ± 0.05 of recommended values,provided that each sample was measured four times on MC-ICP-MS. 5The black pottery coating of longshan times from Taosi Site显示文摘Taosi is an archaeological site in Xiangfen county, Shanxi province. It is considered as a capital city site with the rudiment of an early country in Longshan Times. In this work, the black pottery coating was found on the surface of black and grey pottery of Longshan times and confirmed by scientific studies for the first time. It filled in the blank of pottery coating study in this time period at the Yellow River Valley, as well as supplied a new study method of 'black skin pottery' besides the carburization craft. 6Birefringent non-polarizing thin film design显示文摘In this paper, 2×2 characteristic matrices of uniaxially anisotropic thin film for extraordinary and ordinary wave are deduced at oblique incidence. Furthermore, the reflectance and transmittance of thin films are calculated separately for two polarizations, which provide a new concept for designing non-polarizing thin films at oblique incidence. 7Ultra-early treatment of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells for focal cerebral ischemia/ reperfusion injury显示文摘The time point at which bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) can be used in transplantation for the treatment of ischemic brain injury remains unclear. In the present study, BMSCs were transplanted to the ischemic site 90 minutes post-ischemia. The results demonstrated that the transplanted BMSCs improved neurological function, reduced infarct volume, increased survivin expression, decreased caspase-3 expression and reduced apoptosis. 9A digital authentication watermarking scheme for JPEG images with superior localization and security显示文摘The drawbacks of the current authentication watermarking schemes for JPEG images, which are inferior localization and the security flaws, are firstly analyzed in this paper. Then, two counterfeiting attacks are conducted on them. To overcome these drawbacks, a new digital authentication watermarking scheme for JPEG images with superior localization and security is proposed. Moreover, the probabilities of tamper detection and false detection are deduced under region tampering and collage attack separately. For each image block, the proposed scheme keeps four middle frequency points fixed to embed the watermark, and utilizes the rest of the DCT coefficients to generate 4 bits of watermark information. During the embedding process, each watermark bit is embedded in another image block that is selected by its corresponding secret key. Since four blocks are randomly selected for the watermark embedding of each block, the non-deterministic dependence among the image blocks is established so as to resist collage attack completely. At the receiver, according to judging of the extracted 4 bits of watermark information and the corresponding 9-neighbourhood system, the proposed scheme could discriminate whether the image block is tampered or not. Owing to the diminishing of false detection and the holding of tamper detection, we improve the accuracy of localization in the authentication process. 11The impact of lipids on the cancer—immunity cycle and strategies for modulating lipid metabolism to improve cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Lipids have been found to modulate tumor biology,including proliferation,survival,and metastasis.With the new understanding of tumor immune escape that has developed in recent years,the influence of lipids on the cancer—immunity cycle has also been gradually discovered.First,regarding antigen presentation,cholesterol prevents tumor antigens from being identified by antigen presenting cells.Fatty acids reduce the expression of major histocompatibility complex class I and costimulatory factors in dendritic cells,impairing antigen presentation to T cells.Prostaglandin E2(PGE2)reduce the accumulation of tumor-infiltrating dendritic cells.Regarding T-cell priming and activation,cholesterol destroys the structure of the T-cell receptor and reduces immunodetection.In contrast,cholesterol also promotes T-cell receptor clustering and relative signal transduction.PGE2 represses T-cell proliferation.Finally,regarding T-cell killing of cancer cells,PGE2 and cholesterol weaken granule-dependent cytotoxicity.Moreover,fatty acids,cholesterol,and PGE2 can improve the activity of immunosuppressive cells,increase the expression of immune checkpoints and promote the secretion of immunosuppressive cytokines.Given the regulatory role of lipids in the cancer—immunity cycle,drugs that modulate fatty acids,cholesterol and PGE2 have been envisioned as effective way in restoring antitumor immunity and synergizing with immunotherapy.These strategies have been studied in both preclinical and clinical studies.Mingming Zheng Wenxin Zhang Xi Chen Hongjie Guo Honghai Wu Yanjun Xu Qiaojun He Ling Ding Bo Yang 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,4:1

16Production, structure, and bioactivity of polysaccharide isolated from Tremella fuciformis显示文摘Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide(TFP) is an important bioactive substance in T. fuciformis, which contributes to its application as medicine and food. In the present work, TFP was extracted with enzymatic combined with wet beating and its physicochemical as well as biological activities were investigated in the study. The result showed that the purity of TFP1 reached 92.14%(m/m). The TFP1, purified by DEAE column, had a molecular weight(Mw) of 5.8 × 10^(3) k Da and consisted mainly of mannose, xylose, fucose, glucose and glucuronic acid at a molar ratio of 1.91 : 0.1 : 2.49 : 6.23 : 0.95. The structure of TFP1 was preliminarily investigated by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance and atomic force microscope(AFM) analysis. Moreover, the antioxidant assays showed that TFP1 could scavenge DPPH, ABTS+ and hydroxyl radicals. 18The regulatory and modulatory roles of TRP family channels in malignant tumors and relevant therapeutic strategies显示文摘Transient receptor potential(TRP)channels are one primary type of calcium(Ca^(2+))permeable channels,and those relevant transmembrane and intracellular TRP channels were previously thought to be mainly associated with the regulation of cardiovascular and neuronal systems.Nowadays,however,accumulating evidence shows that those TRP channels are also responsible for tumorigenesis and progression,inducing tumor invasion and metastasis.However,the overall underlying mechanisms and possible signaling transduction pathways that TRP channels in malignant tumors might still remain elusive.Therefore,in this review,we focus on the linkage between TRP channels and the significant characteristics of tumors such as multi-drug resistance(MDR),metastasis,apoptosis,proliferation,immune surveillance evasion,and the alterations of relevant tumor micro-environment.Moreover,we also have discussed the expression of relevant TRP channels in various forms of cancer and the relevant inhibitors’efficacy.The chemo-sensitivity of the anti-cancer drugs of various acting mechanisms and the potential clinical applications are also presented.Furthermore,it would be enlightening to provide possible novel therapeutic approaches to counteract malignant tumors regarding the intervention of calcium channels of this type.Tiecheng Zhong Wenxin Zhang Hongjie Guo Xiaohui Pan Xi Chen Qiaojun He Bo Yang Ling Ding 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,4:1
