2DOA estimation for attitude determination on communication satellites显示文摘In order to determine an appropriate attitude of three-axis stabilized communication satellites, this paper describes a novel attitude determination method using direction of arrival(DOA) estimation of a ground signal source. It differs from optical measurement, magnetic field measurement, inertial measurement, and global positioning system(GPS) attitude determination.The proposed method is characterized by taking the ground signal source as the attitude reference and acquiring attitude information from DOA estimation. Firstly, an attitude measurement equation with DOA estimation is derived in detail. Then, the error of the measurement equation is analyzed. Finally, an attitude determination algorithm is presented using a dynamic model, the attitude measurement equation, and measurement errors. A developing low Earth orbit(LEO)satellite which tests mobile communication technology with smart antennas can be stabilized in three axes by corporately using a magnetometer, reaction wheels, and three-axis magnetorquer rods. Based on the communication satellite, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method. The method could be a backup of attitude determination to prevent a system failure on the satellite. 3Heavy metal phytoextraction by Sedum alfredii is affected by continual clipping and phosphorus fertilization amendment显示文摘Improving the efficacy of phytoextraction is critical for its successful application in metal contaminated soils. Mineral nutrition affects plant growth and metal absorption and subsequently the accumulation of heavy metal through hyper-accumulator plants. This study assessed the effects of di-hydrogen phosphates (KH2PO4, Ca(H2PO4)2, NaH2PO4 and NH4H2PO4) application at three levels (22, 88 and 352 mg P/kg soil) on Sedum alfredii growth and metal uptake by three consecutive harvests on aged and Zn/Cd combined contaminated paddy soil. The addition of phosphates (P) significantly increased the amount of Zn taken up by S. alfredii due to increased shoot Zn concentration and dry matter yield (DMY) (P < 0.05). The highest phytoextraction of Zn and Cd was observed in KH2PO4 and NH4H2PO4 treatment at 352 mg P/kg soil. The amount of Zn removed by phytoextraction increased in the order of 1st clipping < 2nd clipping < 3rd clipping, and for Cd extraction the order was 2nd clipping < 1st clipping < 3rd clipping. 4Scheduling Rate-Constrained Flows with Dynamic Programming Priority in Time-Triggered Ethernet显示文摘Time-triggered(TT), Rate-constrained(RC) and Best-effort(BE) traffics are included in Timetriggered ethernet(TTEthernet). For RC messages transmission is affected by TT messages, traditional scheduling policy cannot be well applied in TTEthernet. Dynamic programming priority(DPP) algorithm combines priority policy and dynamic programming algorithm for scheduling RC flows. The time slice for RC flows transmission is got by SMT solver YICES; RC flows are classified to different groups according to the priorities; Higher priority packets in one time slice are scheduled using First input first output(FIFO) policy and lower priority packets are scheduled by Dynamic programming policy. DPP policy guarantees different real-time requirements of heterogeneous RC flows, and make the best of time slice resource in aviation industries. The upper bound End-End of three methods and algorithm feasibility is analyzed. 8Molecular cytogenetic analyses of two new wheat-rye 6RL translocation lines with resistance to wheat powdery mildew显示文摘Rye(Secale cereale)is a valuable gene donor for wheat improvement,especially for its resistance to diseases.Developing rye-derived resistance sources is important for wheat breeding.In the present study,two wheat-rye derivatives,designated JS016 and JS110,were produced by crossing common wheat cultivar Yangmai 23 with Pakistani rye accession W2A.Using sequential genomic in situ hybridization(GISH)and multicolor fluorescence in situ hybridization(mc-FISH),JS016 and JS110 were identified as a T6BS.6RL translocation line and a T6BS.6BL6RL translocation line,respectively.Ten newly 6RL chromosome arm-specific markers were developed and used to confirm the 6RL translocation.The wheat 55K single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)array further verified the molecular cytogenetic identification results above and clarified their breakpoints at 430.9 and 523.0 Mb of chromosome 6B in JS016 and JS110,respectively.Resistance spectrum and allelism test demonstrated that JS016 and JS110 possessed novel powdery mildew resistance gene(s)that was derived from the 6RL translocation but differed from Pm20.Moreover,JS016 and JS110 had better agronomic traits than the previously reported 6RL translocation line carrying Pm20.To efficiently transfer and detect the 6RL translocation from JS016 and JS110,one 6RL-specific Kompetitive allele specific PCR(KASP)marker was developed and validated in high throughput marker-assisted selection(MAS).Shanying Zhu Haonan Du Fuyu Su Jin Wang Qingfeng Meng Tianlei Liu Rui Guo Zhaozhao Chen Huanhuan Li Wenxuan Liu Pengtao Ma Huagang He 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,2:1
9Genetic dissection of the powdery mildew resistance in wheat breeding line LS5082 using BSR-Seq显示文摘Powdery mildew of wheat is a destructive disease seriously threatening yield and quality worldwide.Comprehensive dissection of new resistance-related loci/genes is necessary to control this disease.LS5082 is a Chinese wheat breeding line with resistance to powdery mildew.Genetic analysis,using the populations of LS5082 and three susceptible parents(Shannong 29,Shimai 22 and Huixianhong),indicated that a single dominant gene,tentatively designated PmLS5082,conferred seedling resistance to different Blumeria graminis f.sp.tritici(Bgt)isolates.Bulked segregant RNA-Seq was carried out to map PmLS5082 and to profile differentially expressed genes associated with PmLS5082.PmLS5082 was mapped to a 0.7 cM genetic interval on chromosome arm 2BL,which was aligned to a 0.7 Mb physical interval of 710.3–711.0 Mb.PmLS5082 differs from the known powdery mildew(Pm)resistance genes on chromosome arm 2BL based on their origin,chromosome positions and/or resistance spectrum,suggesting PmLS5082 is most likely a new Pm gene/allele.Through clusters of orthologous groups and kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes analyses,differentially expressed genes(DEGs)associated with PmLS5082 were profiled.Six DEGs in the PmLS5082 interval were confirmed to be associated with PmLS5082 via qPCR analysis,using an additional set of wheat samples and time-course analysis postinoculation with Bgt isolate E09.Ten closely linked markers,including two kompetitive allele-specific PCR markers,were confirmed to be suitable for marker-assisted selection of PmLS5082 in different genetic backgrounds,thus can be used to detect PmLS5082 and pyramid it with other genes in breeding programs.Liru Wu Tong Zhu Huagang He Xinyou Cao Haosheng Li Hongxing Xu Mengshu Jia Lipei Zhang Jiancheng Song Ghader Mirzaghaderi Cheng Liu Pengtao Ma 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,4:1
10Scheduling Pattern of Time Triggered Ethernet Based on Reinforcement Learning显示文摘Time-triggered Ethernet(TTEthernet or TTE for short)is a deterministic and congestion-free network based on the Ethernet standard.It supports mix-critical real-time applications by providing different message classes.The time-triggered(TT)messages have strict end-to-end delay and accurate jitter requirement,and the rate-constrained(RC)messages have less determinism than TT messages but with bounded end-to-end delay requirement.Traditionally,the scheduling of TT messages makes it free of conflicts for the transmission on physical links,but ignoring RC messages scheduling,so it cannot guarantee the transmission of RC messages with a bounded delay.Therefore,the design of TT schedule becomes the key to TTE network applications within avionics environment.In this paper,we propose an algorithm called RLTS based on reinforcement learning and tree search,to optimize the end-to-end delays of both TT and RC messages.Besides,its computation speed is dozens of times faster than satisfied modularity theory(SMT)with asynchronous method for the calculation of the optimal scheduling table.In the case of a large network with more than 1000 TT and 1000 RC messages,the RLTS method can find a scheduling timetable in 10 seconds,and reduce the worst-case delay of RC messages averagely by 20%compared to the genetic algorithm.Meanwhile,our algorithm has a good generalization performance,in another word,it can quickly adjust itself to satisfy the scheduling with the similar performance as before.By using our method,the scheduling pattern of TTEthernet is further discussed.According to the experimental results,the uniformly distributed slots scheduling pattern,namely the porosity scheduling model which is usually recommended for TTE application,is not always suitable for general situations.HE Feng XIONG Li ZHOU Xuan LI Haoruo XIONG Huagang 2023Chinese Journal of Electronics2023,32,5:0
11Orthologous genesPm12andPm21from twowild relatives of wheat show evolutionary conservation but divergent powdery mildew resistance显示文摘Wheat powdery mildew,caused by Blumeria graminis f.sp.tritici(Bgt),is a devastating disease that threatens wheat production worldwide.Pm12,which originated from Aegilops speltoides,a wild relative of wheat,confers strong resistance to powdery mildew and therefore has potential use in wheat breeding.Using susceptible mutants induced by gamma irradiation,we physically mapped and isolated Pm12 and showed it to be orthologous to Pm21 from Dasypyrum villosum,also a wild relative of wheat.The resistance function of Pm12 was validated via ethyl methanesulfonatemutagenesis,virus-induced gene silencing,and stable genetic transformation.Evolutionary analysis indicates that the Pm12/Pm21 loci in wheat species are relatively conserved but dynamic.Here,we demonstrated that the two orthologous genes,Pm12 and Pm21,possess differential resistance against the same set of Bgt isolates.Overexpression of the coiledcoil domains of both PM12 and PM21 induces cell death in Nicotiana benthamiana leaves.However,their full-length forms display different cell death-inducing activities caused by their distinct intramolecular interactions.Cloning of Pm12 will facilitate its application in wheat breeding programs.This study also gives new insight into two orthologous resistance genes,Pm12 and Pm21,which show different race specificities and intramolecular interaction patterns.Shanying Zhu Cheng Liu Shuangjun Gong Zhaozhao Chen Rong Chen Tianlei Liu Renkang Liu Haonan Du Rui Guo Genying Li Miaomiao Li Renchun Fan Zhiyong Liu Qian-Hua Shen Anli Gao Pengtao Ma Huagang He 2023Plant Communications2023,4,2:0

13Formal Modeling of Frame Selection in Asynchronous TSN Communications显示文摘The asynchronous time-sensitive networking(TSN)based on IEEE 802.1Qcr is expected to be a promising solution for the asynchronous transmissions of safety-critical flows without the support of clock synchronization.When the asynchronous traffic shaping(ATS)mechanism is adopted to meet the deadline requirements for transmissions of safety-critical flow,it is necessary to formally verify the real-time properties and corresponding network performance.However,it is still unclear how to build an efficient formal model to evaluate different frame selection methods during the ATS scheduling process,which originate from the dominations of priority or eligibility time.In this paper,we present a formal modeling framework to compare the impacts of different frame selection on transmission sequence under the ATS mechanism.According to the priority level(pATS)or eligibility time(eATS)for flows,two transmission selection methods in ATS are modeled and compared.Then,we verify the real-time properties of ATS.The result shows that the shaping-for-free property can be satisfied with the pATS method but can not be fulfilled with the eATS method.Besides,the timing analysis results illustrate that the eATS method can provide more fairness than the pATS method for the transmission of low-priority flows in TSN networks.Ershuai LI Xuan ZHOU Jinjing SUN Huagang XIONG Feng HE 2024Chinese Journal of Electronics2024,33,2:0
14Optimizing a high-sensitivity NanoLuc-based bioluminescence system for in vivo evaluation of antimicrobial treatment显示文摘Focal and systemic infections are serious threats to human health.Preclinical models enable the development of new drugs and therapeutic regimens.In vivo,animal bioluminescence(BL)imaging has been used with bacterial reporter strains to evaluate antimicrobial treatment effects.However,high-sensitivity bioluminescent systems are required because of the limited tissue penetration and low brightness of the BL signals of existing approaches.Here,we report that NanoLuc(Nluc)showed better performance than LuxCDABE in bacteria.However,the retention rate of plasmid constructs in bacteria was low.To construct stable Staphylococcus aureus reporter strains,a partner protein enolase(Eno)was identified by screening of S.aureus strain USA300 for fusion expression of Nluc-based luciferases,including Nluc,Teluc,and Antares2.Different substrates,such as hydrofurimazine(HFZ),furimazine(FUR),and diphenylterazine(DTZ),were used to optimize a stable reporter strain/substrate pair for BL imaging.S.aureus USA300/Eno-Antares2/HFZ produced the highest number of photons of orange-red light in vitro and enabled sensitive BL tracking of S.aureus in vivo,with sensitivities of approximately 10 CFU from mouse skin and 750 CFU from mouse kidneys.USA300/Eno-Antares2/HFZ was a powerful combination based on the longitudinal evaluation of the therapeutic efficacy of antibiotics.The optimized S.aureus Eno-Antares2/HFZ pair provides a technological advancement for the in vivo evaluation of antimicrobial treatment.Weilong Shang Zhen Hu Mengyang Li Yuting Wang Yifan Rao Li Tan Juan Chen Xiaonan Huang Lu Liu He Liu Zuwen Guo Huagang Peng Yi Yang Qiwen Hu Shu Li Xiaomei Hu Jiao Zou Xiancai Rao 2023mLife2023,2,4:0
