1Electrical and Optical Properties of Nano Aluminum Film/Particle Structure显示文摘The electrical and optical effects of particles on the nano aluminum film deposited by thermal evaporation was investigated. From the characterization results of scanning electron microscope(SEM), the accumulation in tens of nanometers had been observed. The current-voltage(I-V) curve of the sample indicates its nonlinear electrical characters expecting the corresponding nonlinear optical properties. By the theoretical calculation, nonlinear conduction of the carrier transportation may result from the barrier-well-barrier structure, where negative resistance and Coulomb blockade effect appears. The simulation results are approximately matched with the experimental results. By testing the fluorescence emission spectrum of the sample, peaks were found to be located at 420 and 440 nm. In addition, the full width at half maximum(FWHM) had been obviously broadened by means of adding 2, 5-diphenyloxazole(DPO). 2Iron accumulation and its impact on osteoporotic fractures in postmenopausal women显示文摘Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a kind of degenerative disease,also described as“invisible killer.”Estrogen is generally considered as the key hormone for women to maintain bone mineral content during their lives.Iron accumulation refers to a state of human serum ferritin that is higher than the normal value but less than 1000μg/L.It has been found that iron accumulation and osteoporosis could occur simultaneously with the decrease in estrogen level after menopause.In recent years,many studies indicated that iron accumulation plays a vital role in postmenopausal osteoporosis,and a significant correlation has been found between iron accumulation and fragility fractures.In this review,we summarize and analyze the relevant literature including randomized controlled trials,systematic reviews,and meta-analyses between January 1996 and July 2022.We investigate the mechanism of the effect of iron accumulation on bone metabolism and discuss the relationship of iron accumulation,osteoporosis,and postmenopausal fragility fractures,as well as the main clinical treatment strategies.We conclude that it is necessary to pay attention to the phenomenon of iron accumulation in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and explore the in-depth mechanism of abnormal bone metabolism caused by iron accumulation,in order to facilitate the discovery of effective therapeutic targets for postmenopausal osteoporosis.Hui CAI Huimei ZHANG Weiting HE Heng ZHANG 2023Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2023,24,4:1
3In-situ oxidized tungsten disulfide nanosheets achieve ultrafast photocatalytic extraction of uranium through hydroxyl-mediated binding and reduction显示文摘Photoreduction of hexavalent uranium(U(VI))by semiconductor provides a novel and effective avenue for uranium extraction.Unfortunately,the traditional metal oxide and sulfide semiconductors suffer from the lack of confinement sites to U(VI),which resulted in the long period(~1 h)to achieve a high U(VI)extraction efficiency of>90%.Herein,we successfully constructed WS2 nanosheets and created in-situ oxidized domains on the surfaces(O-WS_(2))to promote the uranium extraction and the corresponding removal kinetics.In this system,the O_(7.7-)WS_(2) nanosheets exhibited a considerable U(VI)extraction efficiency of>90%within 20 min in 8 mg·L^(–1) U(VI)-containing solution,which represented the highly efficient U(VI)removal performance.In 200 mg·L^(–1) U(VI)-containing solution,the O7.7-WS2 nanosheets exhibited an extraction capacity of 652.4 mg·g^(-1).The mechanism study revealed that the oxidized surface tended to trap hydrogen atom and in-situ form hydroxyl groups in defect sites.Evidenced by a series of experiment,such as kinetic isotope effect,1H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectra,and X-ray absorption near-edge structure(XANES)spectra,the in-situ formed hydroxyl groups participated in the uranium reduction,which dramatically enhanced uranium extraction kinetics and efficiency.Huanhuan Liu Jia Lei Changyao Gong Ye Li Huimei Chen Jiali Chen Fengchun Wen Dengjiang Fu Yan Liu Wenkun Zhu Rong He 2022Nano Research2022,15,10:0
4Pressure Transient Analysis of Arbitrarily Shaped Fractured Reservoirs显示文摘Reservoir boundary shape has a great influence on the transient pressure response of oil wells located in arbitrarily shaped reservoirs. Conventional analytical methods can only be used to calculate transient pressure response in regularly shaped reservoirs. Under the assumption that permeability varies exponentially with pressure drop, a mathematical model for well test interpretation of arbitrarily shaped deformable reservoirs was established. By using the regular perturbation method and the boundary element method, the model could be solved. The pressure behavior of wells with wellbore storage and skin effects was obtained by using the Duhamel principle. 5A new method to calculate the productivity index for vertical fractured well of tight gas reservoir显示文摘Generally the irreducible water saturation of low permeability gas reservoir is quite high which leads to the permeability stress sensibility and threshold pressure gradient. Under the assumption that permeability varies with experimental law of the pseudo pressure drop, according to concepts of perturbable ellipses and equivalent developing regulations, the calculation method of stable production of hydraulically fractured gas well in low permeability reservoirs is investigated with threshold pressure. And productivity curve is drawn and analyzed. The result shows that, permeability modulus and threshold pressure have effect on production of fractured gas well. The higher the permeability modulus and the threshold pressure, the lower the production is. 6OsbZIP53 Negatively Regulates Immunity Response by Involving in Reactive Oxygen Species and Salicylic Acid Metabolism in Rice显示文摘The basic region/leucine zipper(bZIP)transcription factors play important roles in plant development and responses to abiotic and biotic stresses.OsbZIP53 regulates resistance to Magnaporthe oryzae in rice by analyzing APIP5-RNAi transgenic plants.To further investigate the biological functions of OsbZIP53,we generated osbzip53 mutants using CRISPR/Cas9 editing and also constructed OsbZIP53 over-expression transgenic plants.Comprehensive analysis of phenotypical,physiological,and transcriptional data showed that knocking-out OsbZIP53 not only improved disease resistance by inducing a hypersensitivity response in plants,but also regulated the immune response through the salicylic acid pathway.Specifically,disrupting OsbZIP53 increased H2O2 accumulation by promoting reactive oxygen species generation through up-regulation of several respiratory burst oxidase homologs(Osrboh genes)and weakened H2O2 degradation by directly targeting OsMYBS1.In addition,the growth of osbzip53 mutants was seriously impaired,while OsbZIP53 over-expression lines displayed a similar phenotype to the wild type,suggesting that OsbZIP53 has a balancing effect on rice immune response and growth.WU Lijuan HAN Cong WANG Huimei HE Yuchang LIN Hai WANG Lei CHEN Chen E Zhiguo 2024Rice science2024,31,2:0
7Microstructure and UV Fluorescence of Amorphous I/Au Composite Nanofilms Based on LVDCS Method显示文摘The amorphous I/Au composite nanofilms were prepared by low vacuum direct current sputtering(LVDCS) method. The optimized preparation technologies contain growth pressure, time, gaseous environment and annealing conditions. The maximum fluorescence emission(λmax^em) of I/Au nanofilms was observed at wavelength of 375 nm, and the intensity of fluorescence emission peak of annealed I/Au films was smaller than that of unannealed one due to fewer amorphous Au nanoparticles, caused by annealing treatment. In the UV-Vis absorption spectra, the intensity of UV-Vis absorption peak of annealed I/Au nanofilms is larger than that of the unannealed one.
