| 2 | Surrounding rock control mechanism of deep coal roadways and its application显示文摘Aiming at the surrounding rock control problem of mining and preparation entries in Xingdong mine with large mining depth, and the comprehensive control countermeasures including high pre-stress cable truss system, this study put forward powerful anchor support system and anchor cable adaption technology to surrounding rock deformation. Furthermore, the control measures possess the supporting performance with ‘‘primary rigid-following flexible-new rigid, and primary resistance-following yield-new resistance'', which suits deep roadway surrounding rock control. The mechanical model of truss anchor supporting roof beams was established, and the inverted arch deflection produced by the cable pre-stress with stress increment effect and roof beam deflection were obtained. And then the system working mechanism was illustrated. Finally, the surrounding rock support parameters were determined by means of comprehensive methods, and put into practice. The results show that surrounding rock deformation realized secondary stability after three months. The roadway sides convergence value was less than 245mm, and roof subsidence was less than 124mm. | 4 | Deer Body Adaptive Threshold Segmentation Algorithm Based on Color Space显示文摘In large-scale deer farming image analysis,K-means or maximum between-class variance(Otsu)algorithms can be used to distinguish the deer from the background.However,in an actual breeding environment,the barbed wire or chain-link fencing has a certain isolating effect on the deer which greatly interferes with the identification of the individual deer.Also,when the target and background grey values are similar,the multiple background targets cannot be completely separated.To better identify the posture and behaviour of deer in a deer shed,we used digital image processing to separate the deer from the background.To address the problems mentioned above,this paper proposes an adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm based on color space.First,the original image is pre-processed and optimized.On this basis,the data are enhanced and contrasted.Next,color space is used to extract the several backgrounds through various color channels,then the adaptive space segmentation of the extracted part of the color space is performed.Based on the segmentation effect of the traditional Otsu algorithm,we designed a comparative experiment that divided the four postures of turning,getting up,lying,and standing,and successfully separated multiple target deer from the background.Experimental results show that compared with K-means,Otsu and hue saturation value(HSV)+K-means,this method is better in performance and accuracy for adaptive segmentation of deer in artificial breeding scenes and can be used to separate artificially cultivated deer from their backgrounds.Both the subjective and objective aspects achieved good segmentation results.This article lays a foundation for the effective identification of abnormal behaviour in sika deer. | Yuheng Sun Ye Mu Qin Feng Tianli Hu He Gong Shijun Li Jing Zhou | 2020 | Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,8: | 5 |

| 6 | Evolvement behavior of microstructure and H_2O adsorption of lignite pyrolysis显示文摘The effect of pyrolysis on the microstructure and moisture adsorption of lignite was investigated with low field nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Changes in oxygen-containing groups were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), and H2 O adsorption mechanism on the surface of lignite pyrolysis was inferred. Two major changes in the pore structure of lignite char were observed as temperature increased in 105–200 °C and500–700 °C. Pyrolysis temperature is a significant factor in removing carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyl from lignite.Variation of ether bond content can be divided into three stages; the content initially increased, then decreased,and finally increased. The equilibrium adsorption ratio, content of oxygen-containing groups, and variation of pore volume below 700° were closely correlated with each other. The amount of adsorbed water on char pyrolyzed at700 °C increased. We also included a control group. A biotin label-based antibody array was used for testing tongue coating fluid samples from patients. Net-work analysis of these differentially expressed proteins was conducted using the STRING database,which can predict the relations between differentially expressed proteins and CHF with Qi-deficiency-blood-stasis syndrome.RESULTS: A total of seven differentially expressed proteins were identified, and among these, transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) gets a particular attention for us has drawn specific attention.Network analysis showed a homologous relationship of TGF-β1 with bone morphogenetic protein15, which is associated with myocardial fibrosis.CONCLUSION: Occurrence and development of CHF may result from certain DE-proteins and associated signaling pathways. Although plants assemblages of the Carboniferous and Permian have been extensively investigated, their palaeoecology and especially the paleoecology of ferns has not been studied in detail. Recent reinvestigation of Oligocarpia gothanii has revealed its growth habit and cloning reproduction strategy, but most previous studies lack integrated sedimentological and taphonomic data. In this study, new materials of O. gothanii have been collected from a floodplain setting in the middle Permian Lower Shihhotse Formation of southeastern Shanxi. These plant fossils were found in a lenticular claystone associated with rooting structures. They are characterized by aphlebia at the base of the penultimate rachis. Sedimentological, taphonomic and morphological analyses were conducted to understand the growth habit and ecology of the fern. | 14 | CRISPR/Cas9 screening identifies a kinetochore-microtubule dependent mechanism for Aurora-A inhibitor resistance in breast cancer显示文摘Background:Overexpression of Aurora-A(AURKA)is a feature of breast cancer and associates with adverse prognosis.The selective Aurora-A inhibitor alisertib(MLN8237)has recently demonstrated promising antitumor responses as a single agent in various cancer types but its phase III clinical trial was reported as a failure since MLN8237 did not show an apparent effect in prolonging the survival of patients.Thus,identification of potential targets that could enhance the activity of MLN8237 would provide a rationale for drug combination to achieve better therapeutic outcome.Methods:Here,we conducted a systematic synthetic lethality CRISPR/Cas9 screening of 507 kinases using MLN8237 in breast cancer cells and identified a number of targetable kinases that displayed synthetic lethality interactions with MLN8237.Then,we performed competitive growth assays,colony formation assays,cell viability assays,apoptosis assays,and xenograft murine model to evaluate the synergistic therapeutic effects of Haspin(GSG2)depletion or inhibition with MLN8237.For mechanistic studies,immunofluorescence was used to detect the state of microtubules and the localization of Aurora-B and mitotic centromere-associated kinesin(MCAK).Results:Among the hits,we observed that Haspin depletion or inhibition marginally inhibited breast cancer cell growth but could substantially enhance the killing effects of MLN8237.Mechanistic studies showed that co-treatment with Aurora-A and Haspin inhibitors abolished the recruitment of Aurora-B and mitotic centromere-associated kinesin(MCAK)to centromeres which were associated with excessive microtubule depolymerization,kinetochore-microtubule(KT-MT)attachment failure,and severe mitotic catastrophe.We further showed that the combination of MLN8237 and the Haspin inhibitor CHR-6494 synergistically reduced breast cancer cell viability and significantly inhibited both in vitro and in vivo tumor growth.Conclusions:These findings establish Haspin as a synthetic lethal target and demonstrate CHR-6494 as a potential combinational drug for promoting the therapeutic effects of MLN8237 on breast cancer. | Ailin Chen Shijun Wen Fang Liu Zijian Zhang Meiling Liu Yuanzhong Wu Bin He Min Yan Tiebang Kang Eric W-F Lam Zifeng Wang Quentin Liu | 2021 | Cancer Communications2021,41,2: | 1 |
