| 1 | Effect of electrically stimulating acupoint, Zusanli(ST 36), on patient’s recovery after laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection: a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection and its clinical significance.METHODS:Sixty-four patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal resection were randomly divided into two groups,the control group (group A) and the TEAS group (group B).Patients in the TEAS group received electroacupuncture stimulation of bilateral Zusanli (ST 36) at 30 min before anesthesia to the end of surgery.The patients in the control group were not given the stimulation.Perioperative anesthesia management of the two groups were performed according to the ERAS guidelines,and postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) was used.The amount of remifentanil used in the two groups was observed and recorded,and the visual analogue scale (VAS) of the 4,12,24 and 48 h after surgery in the two groups was recorded.Moreover,postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative feeding time,postoperative first ambulation time and postoperative hospital stay length were compared between the two groups.RESULTS:Compared with group A,the VAS score of group B decreased significantly at 48 h after operation (P < 0.05).The postoperative anal exhaust time in group B was significantly shorter than that of group A (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups with regards to remifentanil consumption,postoperative feeding time,postoperative first ambulation time and postoperative hospital stay (all P > 0.05).CONCLUSION:TEAS can promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function and reduce the pain intensity 48 h after surgery,thus satisfying the need of early postoperative analgesia. | Huang Wei Yu Tingyu Long Wenfei Xiao Jianbin Zhao Gaofeng | 2019 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3: | 14 |

| 3 | Numerical and experimental research of flow control on an NACA 0012 airfoil by local vibration显示文摘A flow control technique by local vibration is proposed to improve the aerodynamic performance of a typical airfoil NACA 0012. Both wind-tunnel experiments and a large eddy simulation(LES) are carried out to study the effects of local vibration on drag reduction over a wide range of angles of attack. The application parameters of local vibration on the upper surface of the airfoil are first evaluated by numerical simulations.The mounted position is chosen at 0.065–0.09 of chord length from the leading edge.The influence of oscillation frequency is investigated both by numerical simulations and experiments. The optimal frequencies are near the dominant frequencies of shear layer vortices and wake vortices. The patterns of shear vortices caused by local vibration are also studied to determine the drag reduction mechanism of this flow control method. The results indicate that local vibration can improve the aerodynamic performance of the airfoil. | 4 | Ultralight Magnetic and Dielectric Aerogels Achieved by Metal-Organic Framework Initiated Gelation of Graphene Oxide for Enhanced Microwave Absorption显示文摘The development of a convenient methodology for synthesizing the hierarchically porous aerogels comprising metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)and graphene oxide(GO)building blocks that exhibit an ultralow density and uniformly distributed MOFs on GO sheets is important for various applications.Herein,we report a facile route for synthesizing MOF/reduced GO(rGO)aerogels based on the gelation of GO,which is directly initiated using MOF crystals.Free metal ions exposed on the surface of MIL-88A nanorods act as linkers that bind GO nanosheets to a three-dimensional porous network via metal–oxygen covalent or electrostatic interactions.The MOF/rGOderived magnetic and dielectric aerogels Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/rGO and Ni-doped Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/rGO show notable microwave absorption(MA)performance,simultaneously achieving strong absorption and broad bandwidth at low thickness of 2.5(-58.1 dB and 6.48 GHz)and 2.8 mm(-46.2 dB and 7.92 GHz)with ultralow filling contents of 0.7 and 0.6 wt%,respectively.The microwave attenuation ability of the prepared aerogels is further confirmed via a radar cross-sectional simulation,which is attributed to the synergistic effects of their hierarchically porous structures and heterointerface engineering.This work provides an effective pathway for fabricating hierarchically porous MOF/rGO hybrid aerogels and offers magnetic and dielectric aerogels for ultralight MA. | Xiaogu Huang Jiawen Wei Yunke Zhang BinBin Qian Qi Jia Jun Liu Xiaojia Zhao Gaofeng Shao | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,7: | 4 |

| 6 | Ore-Forming Fluids Characteristics and Metallogenesis of the Anjing Hitam Pb-Zn Deposit in Northern Sumatra, Indonesia显示文摘The Anjing Hitam Pb-Zn deposit in northern Sumatra(Indonesia) is one of the largest Pb-Zn deposits in the region. The stratiform orebodies are mainly hosted in the middle member of the Carboniferous–Permian Kluet Formation of the Tapanuli Group. Mineral paragenesis and crosscutting relationships suggest a two-stage Pb-Zn mineralization:(I) sedimentary and(Ⅱ) hydrothermal mineralization. Ore-related calcite from both stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ contains mainly liquid-and gas-liquid two-phase-type fluid inclusions(FI). For stage I ore-forming fluids, FI homogenization temperatures(T_h) are 105 to 199 oC, and the salinities are 9.6 wt.% to 16.6 wt.% NaCleqiv, reflecting low temperature and medium-low salinity; whereas in stage Ⅱ, the T_h(206 to 267 oC) and salinity(19.0 wt.% to 22.5 wt.% NaCleqiv) are considerably higher. Fluid inclusion and C-O isotope characteristics suggest that the stage I ore-forming fluids were mainly derived from a mixture of seawater and magmatic fluids(probably from deep-lying plutons), whereas the stage Ⅱ ore-forming fluids were likely magmatic-derived with wall rock input. | 7 | EAT-NAS: elastic architecture transfer for accelerating large-scale neural architecture search显示文摘Neural architecture search(NAS) methods have been proposed to relieve human experts from tedious architecture engineering. However, most current methods are constrained in small-scale search owing to the issue of huge computational resource consumption. Meanwhile, the direct application of architectures searched on small datasets to large datasets often bears no performance guarantee due to the discrepancy between different datasets. This limitation impedes the wide use of NAS on large-scale tasks. To overcome this obstacle, we propose an elastic architecture transfer mechanism for accelerating large-scale NAS(EATNAS).In our implementations, the architectures are first searched on a small dataset, e.g., CIFAR-10. The best one is chosen as the basic architecture. The search process on a large dataset, e.g., ImageNet, is initialized with the basic architecture as the seed. The large-scale search process is accelerated with the help of the basic architecture. We propose not only a NAS method but also a mechanism for architecture-level transfer learning. In our experiments, we obtain two final models EATNet-A and EATNet-B, which achieve competitive accuracies of 75.5% and 75.6%, respectively, on ImageNet. Both the models also surpass the models searched from scratch on ImageNet under the same settings. | 10 | lncRNA ELFN1-AS1 upregulates TRIM29 by suppressing miR-211-3p to promote gastric cancer progression显示文摘Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)extracellular leucine rich repeat and fibronectin type III domain containing 1-antisense RNA 1(ELFN1-AS1)has been found to be upregulated in various tumors.However,the biological functions of ELFN1-AS1 in gastric cancer(GC)are not entirely understood.In the present study,the expression levels of ELFN1-AS1,miR-211-3p,and TRIM29 are determined using reverse transcription-quantitative PCR.Subsequently,CCK8,EdU,and colony formation assays are performed to determine GC cell vitality.The migratory and invasive capabilities of GC cells are further evaluated using transwell invasion and cell scratch assays.Western blot analysis is performed to quantify the levels of proteins associated with GC cell apoptosis and epithelialmesenchymal transition(EMT).The competing endogenous RNA(ceRNA)activity of ELFN1-AS1 on TRIM29 through miR-211-3p is confirmed by pull-down,RIP,and luciferase reporter assays.Our study proves that ELFN1-AS1 and TRIM29 are highly expressed in GC tissues.ELFN1-AS1 silencing inhibits GC cell proliferation,migration,invasion and EMT,and induces cell apoptosis.Rescue experiments reveal that the oncogenicity of ELFN1-AS1 is modulated by acting as a sponge for miR-211-3p,thereby increasing the expression of the target gene of miR-211-3p,TRIM29.In summary,ELFN1-AS1 maintains GC cell tumorigenicity via the ELFN1-AS1/miR-211-3p/TRIM29 axis,indicating that this axis can be directed for GC treatment in the future. | Jinxi Huang Weiwei Yuan Beibei Chen Gaofeng Li Xiaobing Chen | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,3: | 1 |

| 19 | Changes in the gut microbiota of osteoporosis patients based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing:a systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Background:Osteoporosis(OP)has become a major public health issue,threatening the bone health of middle-aged and elderly people from all around the world.Changes in the gut microbiota(GM)are correlated with the maintenance of bone mass and bone quality.However,research results in this field remain highly controversial,and no systematic review or meta-analysis of the relationship between GM and OP has been conducted.This paper addresses this shortcoming,focusing on the difference in the GM abundance between OP patients and healthy controls based on previous 16S ribosomal RNA(rRNA)gene sequencing results,in order to provide new clinical reference information for future customized prevention and treatment options of OP.Methods:According to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA),we comprehensively searched the databases of Pub Med,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).In addition,we applied the R programming language version 4.0.3 and Stata 15.1 software for data analysis.We also implemented the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS),funnel plot analysis,sensitivity analysis,Egger’s test,and Begg’s test to assess the risk of bias.Results:This research ultimately considered 12 studies,which included the fecal GM data of 2033 people(604 with OP and 1429 healthy controls).In the included research papers,it was observed that the relative abundance of Lactobacillus and Ruminococcus increased in the OP group,while the relative abundance for Bacteroides of Bacteroidetes increased(except for Ireland).Meanwhile,Firmicutes,Blautia,Alistipes,Megamonas,and Anaerostipes showed reduced relative abundance in Chinese studies.In the linear discriminant analysis Effect Size(LEfSe)analysis,certain bacteria showed statistically significant results consistently across different studies.Conclusions:This observational meta-analysis revealed that changes in the GM were correlated with OP,and variations in some advantageous GM might involve regional differences. | Rui HUANG Pan LIU Yiguang BAI Jieqiong HUANG Rui PAN Huihua LI Yeping SU Quan ZHOU Ruixin MA Shaohui ZONG Gaofeng ZENG | 2022 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,12: | 0 |
| 20 | Effect analysis of the intentional depressurization on fission product behavior during TMLB' severe accident显示文摘It has been found that the pressure in the reactor coolant system (RCS) remains high in some severe accident sequences at the time of reactor vessel failure, with the risk of causing direct containment heating (DCH). Intentional depressurization is an effective accident management strategy to prevent DCH or to mitigate its consequences. Fission product behavior is affected by intentional depressurization, especially for inert gas and volatile fission product. Because the pressurizer power-operated relief valves (PORVs) are latched open, fission product will transport into the containment directly. This may cause larger radiological consequences in containment before reactor vessel failure. Four cases are selected, including the TMLB' base case and the opening one, two and three pressurizer PORVs. The results show that inert gas transports into containment more quickly when opening one and two PORVs, but more slowly when opening three PORVs; more volatile fission product deposit in containment and less in reactor coolant system (RCS) for intentional depressurization cases.
