| 1 | Superior in vitro anticancer effect of biomimetic paclitaxel and triptolide co-delivery system in gastric cancer显示文摘As a well-known anticancer drug,paclitaxel(PTX),a first-line chemotherapeutic agent,remains unsatisfactory for gastric cancer therapy.It is reported that triptolide(TPL)could enhance the anti-gastric cancer effect of PTX.Considering the poor solubility of both drugs,we developed a red blood cell membrane-biomimetic nanosystem,an emerging tool in drug delivery,to co-load paclitaxel and triptolide(red blood cell membrane coated PTX and TPL co-loaded poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)[PLGA]nanoparticles,RP(P/T)).The successful preparation was confirmed in terms of particle size,morphology,and surface markers assays.This biomimetic system could prolong circulation and escape immune surveillance.And these properties were verified by stability,in vitro drug release,and cellular uptake assays.Moreover,the MTT and colony formation assays demonstrated the superior anti-proliferation effect of the RP(P/T)to free drugs.The enhanced antitumor effects of RP(P/T)on migration and invasion were also evaluated by wound-healing and transwell assays.Overall,the bionic co-delivery nanoplatform with improved efficacy in vitro is a promising therapy for gastric cancer. | Siwan Wang Hui Jiang Jia Wang Haisi Wu Ting Wu Mengnan Ni Qianqian Zhao You Ji Ziting Zhang Chunming Tang Huae Xu | 2021 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2021，35，4： | 5 |

| 3 | Effect of orthokeratology on precision and agreement assessment of a new sweptsource optical coherence tomography biometer显示文摘Background:To evaluate the effect of orthokeratology on precision of measurements in children using a new swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT)optical biometer(OA-2000),and agreement between its measurements and those provided by the commonly used IOLMaster based on partial coherence interferometry(PCI).Methods:This study recruited fifty-one eyes of 51 normal children(8–16 years).An operator took measurements with the two biometers.Then,a second operator took measurements with the SS-OCT biometer.After orthokeratology was performed for one month,the same operators repeated the same procedures.Axial length(AL),mean keratometry(Km)at 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm diameters(Km2.5 and Km3.0),central corneal thickness(CCT),anterior chamber depth(ACD),lens thickness(LT)and corneal diameter(CD)were analyzed.Results:With the SS-OCT optical biometer,the test-retest repeatability of AL measurements was<0.06 mm.For all parameters,the coefficients of variation were<1.23%and the intraclass correlation coefficients were>0.95.The 95%limits of agreement of difference between the two devices for CD parameter were up to 1.53 mm.After orthokeratology,the fluctuation ranges of difference for Km3.0 measurement was 1.11 times higher than before orthokeratology,while the absolute values of difference for AL,Km2.5,ACD and CD measurements were comparable.Conclusions:Before and after orthokeratology,the SS-OCT biometer showed high repeatability and reproducibility for all measurements.Wearing orthokeratology contact lenses affected the agreement between SS-OCT and PCI biometers for Km3.0 measurements.The CD measurement showed poor agreement between the two devices. | Bao Shu Fangjun Bao Giacomo Savini Weicong Lu Ruixue Tu Haisi Chen Benhao Song Qinmei Wang Jinhai Huang | 2020 | Eye and Vision2020，7，1： | 1 |
| 4 | Effect of mixing lard with soybean oil in cooking on hepatic antioxidative ability and renal metabolic activity显示文摘A simulate daily oriental dietary pattern(a blend of lard and soybean oil)was performed in this research to investigate influence on liver and kidney function.Sixty mice were randomly divided into 6 groups with diets of different fat added oils respectively for 12 weeks.Malondialdehyde and uric acid contents in mice fed with blended oil were significantly lower than in those fed only with soybean oil and lard due to the improved activities of antioxidant enzymes.Daily use of a blend of lard with soybean oil significantly increased antioxidant capacity,reduced lipid peroxidation of liver and serum uric acid production,thus protected liver and renal function.It also suggests that the oriental dietary pattern might reduce the risk of gout. | Yingfang Zhou Xin Li Linyu Zhang Haisi Xiao Sisi Yan Lixin Wen Ji Wang | 2020 | Oil Crop Science2020，5，1： | 0 |
