1Synthesis,structure and optical properties of novel thermally robust Dy^(3+)-doped Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7) phosphors for NUV-excited white LEDs显示文摘The powder samples of Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):xDy^(^(3+))white emitting phosphors were prepared via a solid state reaction technique.The Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):Dy^(3+)samples were researched by using the GSAS Rietveld refinement and X-ray diffraction(XRD) methods,and SEM images and elemental maps were recorded.Under 350 nm excitatio n,the emission spectra of Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):xDy^(3+)samples have two obvious peaks and one weak peak at 484,572 and660 nm,corresponding to the characteristic electron transitions of(^(4)F_(9/2)→ ^(6)H_(15/2),blue),(^(4)F_(9/2)→ ^(6)H_(13/2),yellow) and(^(4)F_(9/2)→ 6 H11/2,red),respectively.The concentration quenching effect,decay lifetime and thermal quenching of the as-synthesized Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):Dy^(3+)samples were researched systematically.The Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):0.02 Dy^(3+)phosphor possesses a good thermal stability,of which the emission intensity at 423 K can maintain 79% of the initial value(273 K).In addition,through the study of the chro maticity coordinates of the Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):0.02 Dy^(3+)phosphor,it is found that it is located in the white region,and the Commission Internationalede L’Eclairage(CIE) chromaticity coordinates are(0.339,0.389),The above results show that Ca_(9)Sc(PO_(4))_(7):xDy^(3+)phosphors can be excellent candidate material for applications in NUV-excited white LEDs.Haiyan Wu Huimin Li Lihong Jiang Ran Pang Su Zhang Da Li Guanyu Liu Chengyu Li Jing Feng Hongjie Zhang 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,3:4
2Preparation and luminescence properties of orange-red Ba3Y4O9:Sm3+phosphors显示文摘A novel orange-red emitting Ba_3 Y_4 O_9:Sm^(3+) phosphors were prepared by a high temperature solidstate reaction in air. X-ray diffraction(XRD), photoluminescence spectra, fluorescence decay and temperature-dependent emission spectra were utilized to characterize the structure and luminescence properties. The results show that the excitation spectrum includes a series of linear peaks at350, 367, 382, 410, 424, 445, 470 and 495 nm, respectively. Under 410 nm excitation, the emission peaks were located at 574 nm(~4 G_(5/2)-~6 H_(5/2)), 608 nm(~4 G_(5/2)-~6 H_(7/2)),659 nm(~4 G_(5/2)-~6 H_(9/2)) and722 nm(~4 G_(5/2)-~6 H_(11/2)), respectively. The concentration quenching occurs when x equals 0.08 for Ba_3 Y_(4-x)O_9:xSm^(3+) phosphor and its mechanism is ascribed to the dipole-dipole interaction. The chromaticity coordinates of Ba_3 Y_(3.92)O_9:0.08 Sm^(3+) phosphor are in the orange-red region. The temperature-dependent study shows that this phosphor has excellent luminescence thermal-stability.And the luminescence intensity of Ba_3 Y_(3.92)O_9:0.08 Sm^(3+) phosphor at 473 K only declines by about25.75% of its initial intensity. 3A new kind of magnetic targeting induction heating drug carrier and its physical and biological properties显示文摘Nano-carbon and iron composite―carbon-coated iron nanoparticles (CCINs) produced by carbon arc method can be used as a new kind of magnetic targeting induction heating drug carrier for cancer therapy. The structure and morphology of CCINs are studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Mossbauer spectra of these nanoparticles show that they contain only iron and carbon, without ferric carbide and ferric oxide. CCINs can be used as the magnetic drug carrier, with the effect of targeting magnetic induction heating in its inner core and higher drug adsorption in its nano-carbon shell outside because of its high specific surface area. CCINs can absorb Epirubicin (EPI) of 160 μg/mg measured by an optical spectrometer. In acute toxicity experiment with mice, the median lethal dose (LD50) of EPI is 16.9 mg/kg, while that of EPI-CCINs mixture is 20.7 mg/kg and none of the mice died after pure CCINs medication. The results show that pure CCINs belong to non-toxic grade and EPI delivery in mixture with CCINs can reduce its acute toxicity in mice. The magnetic properties of CCINs and their magnetic induction heating are investigated. The iron nanoparticle in its inner core has better magnetism with a good effect on targeting magnetic induction heating. When the CCINs are mixed with physiological salt water and are injected uniformly in pig's liver, the temperature goes up to 48℃. While in the case that CCINs are filled in a certain section of pig's liver, the temperature goes up to 52℃. In both cases the temperature is high enough to kill the cancer cell. 8Two-photon 3D printed spring-based Fabry-Pérot cavity resonator for acoustic wave detection and imaging显示文摘Optical fiber microresonators have attracted considerable interest for acoustic detection because of their compact size and high optical quality.Here,we have proposed,designed,and fabricated a spring-based Fabry-Pérot cavity microresonator for highly sensitive acoustic detection.We observed two resonator vibration modes:one relating to the spring vibration state and the other determined by the point-clamped circular plate vibration mode.We found that the vibration modes can be coupled and optimized by changing the structure size.The proposed resonator is directly 3D printed on an optical fiber tip through two-photon polymerization and is used for acoustic detection and imaging.The experiments show that the device exhibits a high sensitivity and low noise equivalent acoustic signal level of 2.39 mPa∕Hz^(1∕2)at 75 kHz that can detect weak acoustic waves,which can be used for underwater object imaging.The results demonstrate that the proposed work has great potential in acoustic detection and biomedical imaging applications.HEMING WEI ZHANGLI WU KEXUAN SUN HAIYAN ZHANG CHEN WANG KEMIN WANG TIAN YANG FUFEI PANG XIAOBEI ZHANG TINGYUN WANG SRIDHAR KRISHNASWAMY 2023Photonics Research2023,11,5:0

10Investigating the cellular functions of β-Glucosidases for synthesis of lignocellulose-degrading enzymes in Trichoderma reesei显示文摘β-glucosidases play an important role in the synthesis of cellulase in fungi,but their molecular functions and mechanisms remain unknown.We found that the 10 putativeβ-glucosidases investigated in Trichoderma ree-sei facilitate cellulase production,with cel3j being the most crucial.Transcriptional analysis revealed that the most affected biological processes in△cel3j strain were cellulase synthesis,ribosome biogenesis,and RNA poly-merases.Moreover,CEL3J was unconventionally transported through the endoplasmic reticulum,bypassing the Golgi apparatus,whereas cel3j overexpression altered cellulase secretion from conventional to unconventional,likely owing to the activated unconventional protein secretion pathway(UPS),as indicated by the upregulation of genes related to UPS.The mTORC1-GRASP55 signaling axis may modulate the unconventional secretion of CEL3J and cellulase.The transcriptional levels of genes associated with DNA replication,the cell cycle,and meiosis were noticeably affected by overexpressing cel3j.These data give new clues for exploring the roles ofβ-glucosidases and the molecular mechanisms of their unconventional secretion in fungi.Ai-Ping Pang Haiyan Wang Yongsheng Luo Funing Zhang Fu-Gen Wu Zhihua Zhou Zuhong Lu Fengming Lin 2023Engineering Microbiology2023,3,4:0
11Single-phase white-emitting and tunable color phosphor Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+): Synthesis, luminescence and energy transfer显示文摘A series of Eu^(2+)/Dy^(3+) single doped and co-doped Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3) phosphors were synthesized by the high-temperature solid-state method,and their phase,morphology,and luminescence properties were characterized.Under the excitation of 370 nm,the Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) phosphor can emit white light whose spectrum is composed of a broad emission band centered at 460 nm and the other three peaks at 483,577,and 672 nm,respectively.There is energy transfer from Eu^(2+)to Dy^(3+)ion in Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) phosphor due to the good overlap between the emission spectrum of Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+) and the excitation spectrum of Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Dy^(3+),which is further confirmed by the fluorescence lifetime decrease of Eu^(2+)ion with the increase of Dy^(3+) concentration.The process of energy transfer is via dipole–quadruple interaction which is confirmed by applying Dexter's theory.By increasing the Dy^(3+)concentration,the color coordinates of the Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):0.01Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)phosphors can be adjusted from blue to white,and then to yellow.The optimized concentration of Dy^(3+)ions is 4.0 mol%,beyond which the concentration quenching will take place.The Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)phosphor shows fairly good resistance to thermal quenching behavior,of which the emission intensity at 423 K can maintain 90.3%of the initial value(298 K).These results suggest that the Na_(3)Sc_(2)(PO_(4))_(3):0.01Eu^(2+),xDy^(3+)phosphors have potential applications as the color-tunable or a single-phase white emitting phosphor in white LEDs.Sen Wang Haiyan Wu Xin Wen Yanqing Luo Tao Tan Shengjian Jiao Ran Pang Lihong jiang Su Zhang Da Li Guanyu Liu Chengyu Li Hongjie Zhang 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,4:0
12Eu^(3+)-doped BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):A novel red-emitting phosphor for blue chips excited white LEDs显示文摘A series of novel red-emitting BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)phosphors were synthesized through the high temperature solid state reaction method.The phase composition,crystal structure,morphology and photo luminescence property of the BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)samples were systematically investigated.The phosphor can be efficiently excited by the near ultraviolet light(NUV)of 396 nm and blue light of 466 nm,and give out red light emission at 618 nm corresponding to the electric dipole transition(^(5)D_(0)→^(7)E_(2)).The optimal doping concentration of Eu^(3+)ions in BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3)is determined to be about 3 mol%,and the concentration-quenching phenomenon arise from the electric dipole-dipole interaction.The temperature dependent luminescence behavior of BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):0.03 Eu^(3+)phosphor exhibits its good thermal stability,and the activation energy for thermal quenching characteristics is calculated to be 0.1844 eV.The decay lifetime of the BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):0.03 Eu^(3+)is measured to be 1.88 ms.These results suggest that the BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)phosphors have the potential application as a red component in white light emitting diodes(WLEDs)with NUV or blue chips.Jiangyue Su Ran Pang Haiyan Wu Shangwei Wang Tao Tan Weihong Yuan Su Zhang Lihong Jiang Da Li Chengyu Li Hongjie Zhang 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,7:0
