2Application and Residue Pollution of Mulching Films in Xinjiang显示文摘In order to study current situation of application,recycling and residue pollution of mulching films in Xinjiang,and accurately grasp pollution degree of residue of mulching films,this paper made an empirical analysis on residue of mulching films in 31 typical counties and cities in Xinjiang. Results indicate that( i) use of mulching films in Xinjiang is wide and there is great difference in use and residue recycling between cities and counties. Planting area and planting structure jointly influence use of mulching films,and the use of mulching films is significantly correlated with recycling of mulching films,but not correlated with recycling rate of mulching films.( ii) There are significant differences in distribution of residue of mulching films,highest in North Xinjiang and South Xinjiang,followed by East Xinjiang,and the lowest in West Xinjiang.( iii) There are significant differences in distribution of residue of mulching films between different crop fields. 3Effect of chlorine content of chlorophenols on their adsorption by mesoporous SBA-15显示文摘Studies on the effect of the chlorine content of chlorophenols(CPs) on their adsorption from aqueous solution by mesoporous SBA-15 are important in understanding the mechanisms of CP adsorption.In this study,three CPs with different degrees of chlorine content(i.e.,2-chlorophenol,2,6-dichlorophenol and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol) were investigated.The effects of parameters such as temperature and solution pH were studied.The results showed that CP adsorption by SBA-15 increased with increasing number of chlorine substituents and depended strongly on the temperature and solution pH.Thermodynamic parameters such as Gibbs free energy change(G 0),enthalpy change(H 0) and entropy change(S 0) were also calculated.By comparison of the adsorption coefficient of CPs with varying physical-chemical properties(size,hydrophobicity and electron density),we propose that hydrophobic interactions between CPs and the SBA-15 surface,as well as electron donor-acceptor(EDA) complexes between oxygen of the siloxane surface of SBA-15(e-donor) and the π-system of the CPs(e-acceptor),were dominant adsorption mechanisms.Qingdong Qin Ke Liu Dafang Fu Haiying Gao 2012Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,8:1

9Production of phenolic compounds in catalytic pyrolysis of bagasse lignin in the presence of Ca_(0.5)Pr_(0.5)FeO_(3)显示文摘Herein,sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)was used as a template to control the synthesis of Ca_(0.5)Pr_(0.5)FeO_(3).Its microstructure,composition,and morphology were detected via X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The properties of catalyzing bagasse lignin(BL)pyrolysis were determined by thermogravimetric analysis(TG)test and evaluation of a fixed bed alumina microreactor.The results show that the sample Ca_(0.5)Pr_(0.5)FeO_(3)regulated by SDBS has a cubic crystal phase,and the addition of SDBS does not cause phase transition.Moreover,when the SDBS concentration is 0.10 mol/L,the particle size is 200-500 nm and the specific surface area is 11.26 m^(2)/g.The yields of gas,liquid,and solid products in the BL catalytic pyrolysis are 39.58 wt%,26.76 wt%and 32.36 wt%,respectively.The contents of CO_(2)and CO decrease from 54.07%and 4.98%to 45.29%and 3.23%,respectively.The liquid products are mainly guaiacol,syringol,and phenol,and the total selectivity of phenols is 83.67%,accompanied by a small amount of non-aromatic oxygen-containing compounds(five-membered ring(furan)or ester).Compared with the BL pyrolysis and Ca_(0.5)Pr_(0.5)FeO_(3)catalytic pyrolysis products,the selectivity of guaiacol compounds increases by43.26%,while those of syringol compounds and phenylketones decrease by 30.08%and 3.39%,respectively.The selectivity of 2,6-dimethoxyphenol is 28.37%.After five catalytic pyrolysis-regeneration cycles,the characteristic peaks of the catalyst do not change significantly and the particles are uniform,suggesting that the catalyst has good crystal phase stability and regeneration stability.Hongjing Han Qin Ge Mei Zhang Yanguang Chen Haiying Wang Yanan Zhang Yizhen Wang Hua Song Chunlei Zhang 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,2:0

12Anti-lipid-oxidation effects and edible safety evaluation of the oil extracted by a supercritical CO_(2) process from coix seed fermented by Monascus purpureus显示文摘The physicochemical properties and composition of coix seed oil produced by Monascus purpureus fermentation and supercritical CO_(2)extraction were determined.Anti-lipid-oxidation and edible safety were evaluated using a cholesterol-fish oil model,acute oral toxicity assay,and genetic toxicity assay in vitro and in vivo,respectively.The results show that the extraction oil from fermented coix seed(FCS-O)had good physicochemical quality and abundant active components with physiological function.In particular,γ-tocotrienol,γ-oryzanol,coixenolide and oleic acid concentrations reached 72.83μg/g,745.96μg/g,9.65 mg/g and 316.58 mg/100 g DW,respectively.The FCS-O exhibited higher antioxidant capability in inhibiting lipid oxidation and peroxidation.Compared to the blank control,the concentrations of 7-ketocholestreol and peroxide only were 8.42μg/mL and 16.16 mmol/kg at 168 h of oxidation(P<0.01).In addition,the FCS-O has been confirmed to be a very safe edible oil,with no acute toxicity(LD50>10 g/kg bw,considered actually non-toxic)and no induced mutagenicity,cytotoxicity or genotoxicity.These results serve as a good safety reference for future application of the oil from fermented coix seed.The development and utilization of this kind of oil will be beneficial as a food,food ingredient,nutritional supplement,or natural food antioxidant to promote good health function.Haiying Zeng Anran Zhu Shengling He Mingjun Wu Muhammad Mazhar Anyan Wen Na Liu Likang Qin Song Miao 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,4:0

14Epizootiological surveillance of porcine circoviruses in free-ranging wild boars in China显示文摘Four species of porcine circoviruses(PCV1–4)have been reported to circulate in Chinese domestic pigs,while the epizootiology of these viruses in free-ranging wild boars in China remains unknown.In this study,tissue and serum samples collected from diseased or apparently healthy wild boars between 2018 and 2020 in 19 regions of China were tested for the prevalence of PCV1–4 infections.Positive rates of PCV1,PCV2,and PCV3 DNA in the tissue samples of Chinese wild boars were 1.6%(4/247),58.3%(144/247),and 10.9%(27/247)respectively,with none positive for PCV4.Sequence analysis of viral genome showed that the four PCV1 strains distributed in Hunan and Inner Mongolia shared 97.5%–99.6%sequence identity with global distributed reference strains.Comparison of the ORF2 gene sequences showed that 80 PCV2 strains widely distributed in 18 regions shared 79.5%–100%sequence identity with reference strains from domestic pigs and wild boars,and were grouped into PCV2a(7),PCV2b(31)and PCV2d(42).For PCV3,17 sequenced strains shared 97.2%–100%nucleotide identity at the genomic level and could be divided into PCV3a(3),PCV3b(2)and PCV3c(12)based on the phylogeny of ORF2 gene sequences.Serological data revealed antibody positive rates against PCV1 and PCV2 of 11.4%(19/167)and 53.9%(90/167)respectively.The data obtained in this study improved our understanding about the epidemiological situations of PCVs infection in free-ranging wild boars in China and will be valuable for the prevention and control of diseases caused by PCVs infection.Wenjie Gong Haiying Du Tong Wang Heting Sun Peng Peng Siyuan Qin Haidong Geng Zheng Zeng Wangwang Liang Hongquan Ling Changchun Tu Zhongzhong Tu 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,5:0

16Integrative proteomic-transcriptomic analysis revealed the lifestyles of Lactobacillus paracasei H4-11 and Kluyveromyces marxianus L1-1 under co-cultivation conditions显示文摘Compared with the rice-acid soup inoculated with single starter,the synergistically intensifi ed rice-acid soup inoculated with Lactobacillus paracasei H4-11(L.paracasei H4-11)and Kluyveromyces marxianus L1-1(K.marxianus L1-1)contained more fl avor compounds.Organic acids mainly included L-lactic acid and the main volatile fl avor component was ethyl acetate.Moreover,the signal intensity of astringency and bitterness and the total concentration of volatile sulfur compounds were reduced.The combined analysis results of RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)technology and 4D label-free quantitative(4D LFQ)proteomics explained the fl avor formation pathways in rice-acid soup inoculated with L.paracasei H4-11 and K.marxianus L1-1.In L.paracasei H4-11,L-lactate dehydrogenase,phosphoglucomutase,acetate kinase,alcohol dehydrogenase and acetyl-CoA were up-regulated and D-lactate dehydrogenase and N-Acetyltransferase were down-regulated.In K.marxianus L1-1,Acetyl-CoA,acetaldehyde dehydrogenase,acyl-coenzyme A,N-acetyltransferase,and L-lactate dehydrogenase were up-regulated and hexokinase,alcohol dehydrogenase,and alcohol O-acetyltransferase were down-regulated.The above up-regulation and down-regulation synergistically promoted the formation of characteristic fl avor compounds(mainly L-lactic acid and ethyl acetate).Enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA)and parallel reaction monitoring(PRM)quantitative analysis respectively verifi ed that 5 key metabolic enzymes and 27 proteins in L.paracasei H4-11 and K.marxianus L1-1 were associated with the characteristic fl avor of rice-acid soup,as confi rmed by the quantitative results of 4D LFQ.Na Liu Likang Qin Haiying Zeng Anyan Wen Song Miao 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,6:0
