| 2 | Macrophage membrane-coated nanocarriers Co-Modified by RVG29 and TPP improve brain neuronal mitochondria-targeting and therapeutic efficacy in Alzheimer's disease mice显示文摘Neuronal mitochondrial dysfunction caused by excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)is an early event of sporadic Alzheimer's disease(AD),and considered to be a key pathologic factor in the progression of AD.The targeted delivery of the antioxidants to mitochondria of injured neurons in brain is a promising therapeutic strategy for AD.A safe and effective drug delivery system(DDS)which is able to cross the blood-brain barrier(BBB)and target neuronal mitochondria is necessary.Recently,bioactive materials-based DDS has been widely investigated for the treatment of AD.Herein,we developed macrophage(MA)membrane-coated solid lipid nanoparticles(SLNs)by attaching rabies virus glycoprotein(RVG29)and triphenylphosphine cation(TPP)molecules to the surface of MA membrane(RVG/TPP-MASLNs)for functional antioxidant delivery to neuronal mitochondria.According to the results,MA membranes camouflaged the SLNs from being eliminated by RESrich organs by inheriting the immunological characteristics of macrophages.The unique properties of the DDS after decoration with RVG29 on the surface was demonstrated by the ability to cross the BBB and the selective targeting to neurons.After entering the neurons in CNS,TPP further lead the DDS to mitochondria driven by electric charge.The Genistein(GS)-encapsulated DDS(RVG/TPP-MASLNs-GS)exhibited the most favorable effects on reliveing AD symptoms in vitro and in vivo by the synergies gained from the combination of MA membranes,RVG29 and TPP.These results demonstrated a promising therapeutic candidate for delaying the progression of AD via neuronal mitochondria-targeted delivery by the designed biomimetic nanosystems. | Yang Han Chunhong Gao Hao Wang Jiejie Sun Meng Liang Ye Feng Qianqian Liu Shiyao Fu Lin Cui Chunsheng Gao Yi Li Yang Yang Baoshan Sun | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,2: | 4 |

| 6 | Spatial Distribution and Environmental Determinants of Denitrification Enzyme Activity in Reed-Dominated Raised Fields显示文摘Denitrification is an important process of nitrogen removal in lake ecosystems.However,the importance of denitrification across the entire soil-depth gradients including subsurface layers remains poorly understood.This study aims to determine the spatial pattern of soil denitrification enzyme activity(DEA) and its environmental determinants across the entire soil depth gradients in the raised fields in Baiyang Lake,North China.In two different zones of the raised fields(i.e.,water boundary vs.main body of the raised fields),the soil samples from 1.0 m to 1.1 m depth were collected,and the DEA and following environmental determinants were quantified:soil moisture,p H,total nitrogen(TN),ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N),nitrate nitrogen(NO3–-N),total organic carbon(TOC),and rhizome biomass of Phragmites australis.The results showed that the soil DEA and environmental factors had a striking zonal distribution across the entire soil depth gradients.The soil DEA reached two peak values in the upper and middle soil layers,indicating that denitrification are important in both topsoil and subsurface of the raised fields.The correlation analysis showed that the DEA is negatively correlated with the soil depth(p < 0.05).However,this phenomenon did not occur in the distance to the water edge,except in the upper layers(from 0.2 m to 0.7 m) of the boundary zone of the raised fields.In the main body of the raised fields,the DEA level remained high;however,it showed no significant relationship with the distance to the water edge.The linear regression analysis showed significant positive correlation of the DEA with the soil TN,NO3–-N,NH4+-N,and TOC;whereas it showed negative correlation with soil p H.No significant correlations with soil moisture and temperature were observed.A positive correlation was also found between the DEA and rhizome biomass of P.australis. | LAN Yan CUI Baoshan HAN Zhen LI Xia LI Fengju ZHANG Yongtao | 2015 | Chinese Geographical Science2015,25,4: | 2 |

The division of a CBM reservoir in the Huainan coalfield is mainly based on the geological structure form and seam buried depth. According to the Fufeng nappe and the secondary structures of Huainan syn-clinorium, seven CBM reservoirs are divided in the Huainan Coalfield, such as Caijiagang, and the dynamic mechanism of CBM forming is analyzed. | 9 | The expression of Fas, FasL and their biological behavior in human cervical carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of Fas and Fas ligand (FasL) and its biological behavior in human cervix carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemisty technique was used to detect the expression of Fas and FasL in 47 cases of cervical carcinoma, 16 cases of cervical interaepithelial neoplasia, 10 cases of chronic cervicitis and 10 cases of normal cervix. TUNEL technique was used to observe the apoptic cells in 47 cases of cervical carcinoma. Retrospective study was carried out to find the relationship between the expression of Fas and FasL and cell apoptosis, clinical stage, pathological classification, lymph node metastasis, prognosis and age. Results: The expression of Fas and FasL was significantly different in different cervix (P < 0.01), and also related to the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and prognosis (P < 0.05). But had no relation with clinical stage or age (P > 0.05); Cervix carcinoma cells apoptosis in different pathological classification appeared negative relation(Rs=-0.35, P < 0.05). Cervix carcinoma cell apoptosis was significantly higher in Fas-positive and FasL-positive than that in Fas-negative and FasL-negative (P < 0.05). By retrospective investigation, Fas-negative and FasL-positive were related to poor prognoses of the patients with cervical carcinoma (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The development of apoptosis in cervix carcinoma has a promoting regulation function in Fas and FasL expression. Gene treatment can alter apoptosis abnormality, thus induce apoptosis in cancerous cell expressing Fas and FasL. | 14 | 人参皂甙Rg3对人喉鳞癌Hep-2细胞分泌性VEGF的影响(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the affecting of Rg3 to secreted VEGF of human laryngeal carcinoma Hep-2 cells and its mechanism of inhibition to tumor angiogenesis. Methods: Cultured human laryngeal cancer cell line Hep-2 and human vascular endothelial cells in vitro, cells got into the period of exponential phase of growth, was diviced into 3 groups: group I(control group), group II(DDP group), group III(Rg3 group). Added to the Hep-2 cells Rg3 and DDP, made Rg3 final concentration was 300 μg/mL, and DDP was 3 μg/mL. 48 h later, specimens from sample to be done immunocytochemistry, and the protein of VEGF in Hep-2 cells to be detected. Collecting Hep-2 cells supernatant, some was used to measure the protein level of VEGF in Hep-2 cells supernatant by ELISA. Some was used to culture HVEC. 24 h later,cell growth inhibition rate of human vascular endothelial was determined by MTT. Results: The protein level of VEGF was evidently higher in group I compared to group II and group III, it was not only in Hep-2 cells, but also in supernatant of Hep-2 cells.There was no significantly different between group II and group III. MTT results showed that, the human vascular endothelial cell growth inhibition rate of group I was significantly lower than that of group II and group III(P < 0.05). At the same time the HVEC growth inhibition rate of group II was significantly lower than that of group III(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The inhibition to tumor angiogenesis of Rg3 is stronger than traditional chemotherapy drug cisplatin. | 16 | Elastic Modulus of 304 Stainless Steel Coating by Cold Gas Dynamic Spraying显示文摘304 stainless steel coating was deposited on the IF steel substrate by cold gas dynamic spraying (CGDS), and the elastic modulus of the 304 stainless steel coating was studied. The elastic modulus of cold sprayed 304 stainless steel coating was measured using the three-point bend testing and the compound beam theory, and the other mechanic parameters (such as the equivalent flexural rigidity and the moment of inertia of area) of the coatings were also calculated using this compound beam theory. It is found that the calculated results using the above methods are accurate and reliable. The elastic modulus value of the cold sprayed 304 stainless steel coating is 1.179×105 MPa, and it is slightly lower than the 304 stainless steel plate (about 2×105 MPa). It indicates that the elastic modulus of the cold sprayed coatings was quite different from the comparable bulk materials. | 19 | Domain structure of hard magnetic NdAlFeCo bulk metallic glass显示文摘Magnetic domain structure of hard magnetic Nd60Al10Fe20Co10 bulk metallic glass (BMG) has been studied by using magnetic force microscopy. In the magnetic force images it is shown that the exchange interaction type magnetic domains with a period of about 360 nm do exist in the BMG, which is believed to be associated with the appearance of hard-magnetic properties in this system. As the scale of the magnetic domain is much larger than the size of the short-range ordered atomic clusters existing in the BMG, it is believed that the large areas of magnetic contrast are actually a collection of a group of clusters aligned in parallel by strong exchange coupling interaction. After fully crystallization, the BMG exhibits paramagnetism.
