| 2 | Efficacy and safety of intravenous recombinant tissue plasminogen activator in mild ischaemic stroke:a meta-analysis显示文摘The benefits and safety of intravenous recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(IV-tPA)for patients with mild ischaemic stroke(MIS)are still unclear.The objective of this meta-analysis was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of IV-tPA as treatment for patients with MIS.We performed a systematic literature search across MEDLINE,Embase,Central,Global Health and Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature(CINAHL),from inception to 10 November 2016,to identify all related studies.Where possible,data were pooled for meta-analysis with odds ratio(OR)and corresponding 95%confidence interval(CI)using the fixed-effects model.MIS was defined as having National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of≤6.We included seven studies with a total of 1591 patients based on the prespecified inclusion and exclusion criteria.The meta-analysis indicated a high odds of excellent functional outcome based on the modified Rankin Scale or Oxfordshire Handicap Score 0-1(OR=1.43;95%CI 1.14 to 1.79;P=0.002,I2=35%)in patients treated with IV-tPA compared with those not treated with IV-tPA(74.8%vs 67.6%).There was a high risk of symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(sICH)with IV-tPA treatment(OR=10.13;95%CI 1.93 to 53.02;P=0.006,I2=0%)(1.9%vs 0.0%)but not mortality(OR=0.78;95%CI 0.43 to 1.43;P=0.43,I2=0%)(2.4%vs 2.9%).Treatment with IV-tPA was associated with better functional outcome but not mortality among patients with MIS,although there was an increased risk of sICH.Randomised trials are warranted to confirm these findings. | Shoujiang You Anubhav Saxena Xia Wang WeeYong Tan Qiao Han Yongjun Cao Chun-Feng Liu | 2018 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2018,3,1: | 24 |
| 3 | Analytical validation of GMEX rapid point- of care CYP2C19 genotyping system for the CHANCE-2 trial显示文摘Background and purpose Rapid genotyping is useful for guiding early antiplatelet therapy in patients with high-risk nondisabling ischaemic cerebrovascular events(HR-NICE).Conventional genetic testing methods used in CYP2C19 genotype-guided antiplatelet therapy for patients with HR-NICE did not satisfy the needs of the Clopidogrel in High-Risk Patients with Acute Nondisabling Cerebrovascular Events(CHANCE)-2 trial.Therefore,we developed the rapid-genotyping GMEX(point-of care)system to meet the needs of the CHANCE-2 trial.Methods Healthy individuals and patients with history of cardiovascular diseases(n=408)were enrolled from six centres of the CHANCE-2 trial.We compared the laboratory-based genomic test results with Sanger sequencing test results for accuracy verification.Next,we demonstrated the accuracy,timeliness and clinical operability of the GMEX system compared with laboratory-based technology(YZY Kit)to verify whether the GMEX system satisfies the needs of the CHANCE-2 trial.Results Genotypes reported by the GMEX system showed 100%agreement with those determined by using the YZY Kit and Sanger sequencing for all three CYP2C19 alleles(*2,*3 and*17)tested.The average result’s turnaround times for the GMEX and YZY Kit methods were 85.0(IQR:85.0-86.0)and 1630.0(IQR:354.0-7594.0)min(p<0.001),respectively.Conclusions Our data suggest that the GMEX system is a reliable and feasible point-of care system for rapid CYP2C19 genotyping for the CHANCE-2 trial or related clinical and research applications. | Xia Meng Anxin Wang Guojun Zhang Siying Niu Wei Li Sifei Han Fang Fang Xingquan Zhao Kehui Dong Zening Jin Huaguang Zheng Kelin Chen Hao Li Chengyuan Yang Yongjun Wang | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2: | 7 |

| 7 | In Situ Investigation of Dynamic Silver Crystallization Driven by Chemical Reaction and Diffusion显示文摘Rational synthesis of materials is a long-term challenging issue due to the poor understanding on the formation mechanism of material structure and the limited capability in controlling nanoscale crystallization.The emergent in situ electron microscope provides an insight to this issue.By employing an in situ scanning electron microscope,silver crystallization is investigated in real time,in which a reversible crystallization is observed.To disclose this reversible crystallization,the radicals generated by the irradiation of electron beam are calculated.It is found that the concentrations of radicals are spatiotemporally variable in the liquid cell due to the diffusion and reaction of radicals.The fluctuation of the reductive hydrated electrons and the oxidative hydroxyl radicals in the cell leads to the alternative dominance of the reduction and oxidation reactions.The reduction leads to the growth of silver crystals while the oxidation leads to their dissolution,which results in the reversible silver crystallization.A regulation of radical distribution by electron dose rates leads to the formation of diverse silver structures,confirming the dominant role of local chemical concentration in the structure evolution of materials. | Ting Liu Xiangyu Dou Yonghui Xu Yongjun Chen Yongsheng Han | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 4 |
| 8 | Mineral phase and structure changes during roasting of fine-grained carbonaceous gold ores and their effects on gold leaching efficiency显示文摘While roasting has been widely applied to reduce the negative effect of carbonaceous matters on gold extraction from fine-grained carbonaceous gold ores, the phase and structure changes of minerals during roasting and their in fluences on the leachi ng rate of gold have not been fully understood. This limits the extraction of carbonaceous gold deposits. The current work examines the oxidation process of a fine-grained carbonaceous gold ore during roasting using a range of techniques including X-ray diffraction (XRD), seanning electron microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) analysis and pore structure analysis together with gold leaching tests. The results show that during the process of oxidative roasting, the carbonaceous matters (organic carbon and graphitic carbon) and pyrite were completely decomposed at 600 ℃ with the carbonaceous components burned and pyrite oxidized into hematite. At 650 ℃, while dolomite was decomposed into calcia, magnesia, calcium sulfate etc., the calcine structure became loose and porous, leading to a high gold leaching rate from the roasted product. Above 750 ℃, the porous calcite structure started to collapse along with the agglomeration, leading to the secondary encapsulation of gold particles, which contributed to the sharp drop in the gold leaching rate of the roasted product. | 9 | Information diffusion network inferring and pathway tracking显示文摘Network diffusion, such as spread of ideas, rumors, contagious disease, or a new type of behaviors, is one of the fundamental processes within networks. Designing effective strategies for influence spread maximization, rumor spread minimization, or epidemic immunization has attracted considerable research attention. However, a key challenge is that many times we can only observe the trace of contagion spreading across network, but the underlying network structure is unknown and the transmission rates between node pairs are unclear to us. In this paper, given the observed information cascades, we aim to address two problems:diffusion network structure inferring and information diffusion pathways tracking. We propose a novel probabilistic model called Network Inferring from Multidimensional Features of Cascades(NIMFC) which takes into account heterogeneous features, including temporal and topological features of cascades, node attributes, and information content, to infer the latent network structure and transmission rates of edges. Also, based on the inferred network structure, we may track diffusion pathways of a cascade in social networks. We use blocked coordinate descent method to learn a sparse estimation of the latent network. | 10 | Who may benefit from lower dosages of intravenous tissue plasminogen activator? Results from a cluster data analysis显示文摘background The risk of symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(sICH)after thrombolysis is low but severe.Lower dose of alteplase may reduce the risk of sICH.We aim to identify subsets of patients who could benefit from lower dose of alteplase compared with standard dose.Methods Data from two observational registries were pooled together.A total of 3479 patients who had acute ischaemic stroke were entered into the interaction tree model.The response variable was the rate of sICH per the definition of the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke Study.Clinical improvement was measured by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and defined as NIHSS 0 or 1 or an improvement of more than 4 points(within 7 days or at discharge).Rare event logistic regression was performed to analyse the OR of safety outcome.results To optimise the interaction effect between tissue plasminogen activator(tPA)dosage(standard/lower)and patient subgroups,three subgroups based on the severity of stroke were identified:(1)NIHSS≤4,(2)NIHSS between 5 and 14,and(3)NIHSS≥15.The estimated difference of OR of having sICH was 2.71(95%CI 0.80 to 7.69,p=0.10)for mild,0.13(95%CI 0.02 to 0.68,p=0.01)for moderate,and 0.65(95%CI 0.19 to 2.55,p=0.52)for severe,respectively.In addition,patients who had moderate stroke treated with lower dose had comparable efficacy outcome(OR 1.23,95%CI 0.71 to 2.13,p=0.45).Conclusion Our analysis demonstrated that in patients who had moderate stroke,lower doses of alteplase are associated with significant sICH reduction and non-inferior performance in efficacy,compared with those in the standard dose group. | Yi Dong Ye Han Haipeng Shen Yilong Wang Frank Ma Hao Li Yongjun Wang Qiang Dong | 2020 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,4: | 3 |

The crack healing process of 20MnMo steel with inner pre-crack was analyzed. It was found that all inner cracks could be healed in different degree. There were very fine ferrite grains in healing region. The micro-crack healing process in single crystal of BBC-Fe was simulated by the molecule dynamics method, which showed that the critical temperature of crack healing in BBC-Fe is 673K.
