| 1 | Novel roll effector based on zero-mass-flux dual synthetic jets and its flight test显示文摘The autonomous and controllable Dual Synthetic Jet Actuator(DSJA)is firstly integrated into the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV),and flight tests without the deflection of rudders are carried out to verify the viability of DSJA to control the attitudes of UAV during cruising.DSJA is improved into an actuator with two diaphragms and three cavities,which has higher energy levels.Actuators,differentially distributed on both sides of the wings,are installed on the trailing edge close to the wing tips.Flight tests,containing Differential Circulation Control(DCC)using double-side actuators,Positive Circulation Control(PCC)using left-side actuators and Negative Circulation Control(NCC)using right-side actuators,are implemented at cruising speed of 25 m/s.Results show that roll attitude control without rudders could be realized by DSJAs.DCC and NCC can generate the rightward roll and yaw angular velocity,prompting UAV to turn right.The stronger controlling ability can be achieved by DCC,with the maximum roll angular velocity of 15.62(°)/s.PCC can generate a rightward roll moment,but a leftward yaw moment will be produced at the same time.Leftward yaw induces the leftward rolling moment,which weakens the roll control effect,making UAV keep to yaw to the left with a small slope. | Zhenbing LUO Zhijie ZHAO Jiefu LIU Xiong DENG Mu ZHENG Hang YANG Qingyang CHEN Shiqing LI | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,8: | 7 |
| 2 | Capillary blood flow in patients with dysmenorrhea treated with acupuncture显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe capillary blood flow at acupoints during acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and gain new insights into its analgesic mechanism. METHODS: Patients with primary dysmenorrhea were enrolled and randomly assigned to a treatment or control group. Subjects' symptoms were differentiated into variousTraditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndromes and treated for 10 sessions with puncturing acupuncture or self-pressing right-hand Hegu(LI 4), adding other acupoints based on syndrome. Laser speckle was used to compare the change in the vasomotor amplitude and perfusion of the capillaries in Hegu(LI 4) before and during the treatment. Each subject was required to finish the period pain symptoms observation form, verbal rating scales, numerical rating scale, pain rating index, face rating scale, Zung self-rating depression scale, Zung self-rating anxiety scale, and numerical rating scale before and after treatments. RESULTS: After 10 sessions, the symptom scores, pain index(PI), and visual analog scale(VAS) decreased significantly in treatment group. The volume of blood flow in Hegu(LI 4) declined slightly. No significant evidence supported that needling caused capillary contraction, but the capillary vasomotor amplitude at Hegu(LI 4) increased remarkably. | 3 | Effect of calcium citrate on bone integration in a rabbit femur defect model显示文摘Objective:To explore effect of calcium citrate on bone integration in a rabbit femur defect model, and to compare the bone formation with different sizes by radiological and histological study. | 4 | Simulation of incompressible multiphase flows with complex geometry using etching multiblock method显示文摘The incompressible two-phase flows are simulated using combination of an etching multiblock method and a diffuse interface(DI) model, particularly in the complex domain that can be decomposed into multiple rectangular subdomains. The etching multiblock method allows natural communications between the connected subdomains and the efficient parallel computation. The DI model can consider two-phase flows with a large density ratio, and simulate the flows with the moving contact line(MCL) when a geometric formulation of the MCL model is included. Therefore, combination of the etching method and the DI model has potential to deal with a variety of two-phase flows in industrial applications. The performance is examined through a series of numerical experiments. The convergence of the etching method is firstly tested by simulating single-phase flows past a square cylinder, and the method for the multiphase flow simulation is validated by investing drops dripping from a pore. The numerical results are compared with either those from other researchers or experimental data. | 5 | Genetic dissection of wheat uppermost-internode diameter and its association with agronomic traits in five recombinant inbred line populations at various field environments显示文摘Uppermost-internode diameter(UID)is a key morphological trait associated with spike development and yield potential in wheat.Our understanding of its genetic basis remains largely unknown.Here,quantitative trait loci(QTLs)for UID with high-density genetic maps were identified in five wheat recombinant inbred line(RIL)populations.In total,25 QTLs for UID were detected in five RIL populations,and they were located on chromosomes 1A,1D(3 QTL),2B(2),2D(3),3B,3D,4A,4B(3),4D,5A(5),5B(2),6B,and 7D.Of them,five major and stable QTLs(QUid.sau-2CN-1D.1,QUid.sau-2SY-1D,QUid.sau-QZ-2D,QUid.sau-SC-3D,and QUid.sau-AS-4 B)were identified from each of the five RIL populations in multiple environments.QUid.sau-2CN-1D.1,QUid.sau-2SY-1D and QUid.sau-SC-3D are novel QTLs.Kompetitive Allele Specific PCR(KASP)markers tightly linked to them were further investigated for developing near-isogenic lines(NILs)carrying the major loci.Furthermore,candidate genes at these intervals harboring major and stable QTLs were predicted,and they were associated with plant development and water transportation in most cases.Comparison of physical locations of the identified QTL on the‘Chinese Spring’reference genome showed that several QTLs including two major ones,QUid.sau-2CN-1D.1 and QUid.sau-2 SY-1 D,are likely allelic confirming their validity and effectiveness.The significant relationships detected between UID and other agronomic traits and a proper UID were discussed.Collectively,our results dissected the underlying genetic basis for UID in wheat and laid a foundation for further fine mapping and map-based cloning of these QTLs. | LIU Hang TANG Hua-ping LUO Wei MU Yang JIANG Qian-tao LIU Ya-xi CHEN Guo-yue WANG Ji-rui ZHENG Zhi QI Peng-fei JIANG Yun-feng CUI Fa SONG Yin-ming YAN Gui-jun WEI Yu-ming LAN Xiu-jin ZHENG You-liang MA Jian | 2021 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2021,20,11: | 1 |

| 7 | Polar Coded Iterative Multiuser Detection for Sparse Code Multiple Access System显示文摘Polar coded sparse code multiple access(SCMA) system is conceived in this paper. A simple but new iterative multiuser detection framework is proposed, which consists of a message passing algorithm(MPA) based multiuser detector and a soft-input soft-output(SISO) successive cancellation(SC) polar decoder. In particular, the SISO polar decoding process is realized by a specifically designed soft re-encoder, which is concatenated to the original SC decoder. This soft re-encoder is capable of reconstructing the soft information of the entire polar codeword based on previously detected log-likelihood ratios(LLRs) of information bits. Benefiting from the soft re-encoding algorithm, the resultant iterative detection strategy is able to obtain a salient coding gain. | 10 | The dielectric behavior and efficient microwave absorption of doped nanoscale LaMnO_(3)at elevated temperature显示文摘LaMnO_(3)perovskite has great potential in microwave absorption at high temperature due to its complex doping effect and super stability.The current research mainly focuses on the doping ratio regulation,while the mechanism of doping effect at high temperature is still lack of sufficient investigation.In this work,La1−xSrxMn1−yFeyO_(3)(LaMnO_(3),La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)MnO_(3),and La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)Mn_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3))nanostructures with different doping sites were successfully prepared by the solid phase reaction method.Then,the high temperature dielectric test samples were obtained by mixing with cordierite(2MgO·2Al_(2)O_(3)·5SiO_(2)(MAS)).The results showed that the temperature dependence of Mn ion spin state had a significant impact on the high temperature dielectric behavior of La_(1−x)Sr_(x)Mn_(1−y)FeyO_(3).Particularly,when the thickness is only 1.9 mm,La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)Mn_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3)/MAS can achieve the widest bandwidth of 4.2 GHz covered the entire X-band(8.2–12.4 GHz)and a minimum reflection loss(RL)value of−17.99 dB at 500℃.In order to improve the operating temperature of La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)Mn_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3)/MAS,a cellular array structure was designed by using computer simulation technology(CST)software to introduce magnetic loss.When the outer length of the hexagon is 1 mm and the coating thickness is 1.9 mm,the widest bandwidth covers the X-band and the minimum RL value is−15.35 dB at 800℃.Therefore,La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)Mn_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3)has a great prospect as an efficient high temperature microwave absorber. | Zhigang Mu Guoke Wei Hang Zhang Lu Gao Yue Zhao Shaolong Tang Guangbin Ji | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,8: | 1 |

| 16 | Lactiplantibacillus plantarum L47 and inulin alleviate enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli induced ileal inflammation in piglets by upregulating the levels of a-linolenic acid and 12,13-epoxyoctadecenoic acid显示文摘Alternatives to antibiotics for preventing bacteria-induced inflammation in early-weaned farm animals are sorely needed. Our previous study showed that Lactiplantibacillus plantarum L47 and inulin could alleviate dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis in mice. To explore the protective effects of L. plantarum L47 and inulin on the ileal inflammatory response in weaned piglets challenged with enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC), 28 weaned piglets were assigned into four groups, namely, CON group—orally given 10 mL/d phosphate buffer saline(PBS), LI47 group—orally given a mixture of 10 m L/d L. plantarum L47 and inulin, ECON group—orally given 10 mL/d PBS and challenged by ETEC, and ELI47group—orally given 10 mL/d L. plantarum L47 and inulin mixture and challenged by ETEC. The results demonstrated that the combination of L. plantarum L47 and inulin reduced inflammatory responses and relieved the inflammatory damage caused by ETEC, including ileal morphological damage, reduced protein expression of ileal tight junction, decreased antioxidant capacity, and decreased antiinflammatory factors. Transcriptome analysis revealed that L. plantarum L47 and inulin up-regulated the gene expression of phospholipase A2 group IIA(PLA2G2A)(P < 0.05) as well as affected alphalinolenic acid(ALA) metabolism and linoleic acid metabolism. Moreover, L. plantarum L47 and inulin increased the levels of ALA(P < 0.05), lipoteichoic acid(LTA)(P < 0.05), and 12,13-epoxyoctadecenoic acid(12,13-EpOME)(P < 0.05) and the protein expression of Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)(P = 0.05) in the ileal mucosa. | 17 | Nonlinear dynamics and manipulation of dripping in capillary flow focusing显示文摘In this study, we carried out experimental and numerical investigations on the dripping dynamics in axisymmetric capillary flow focusing. For the direct numerical simulations, we solved the Navier-Stokes equations coupled with a diffuse interface method.For the experiments, we observed both periodic and non-periodic dripping modes at different focused and focusing liquid flow rates. The non-periodic dripping that results in polydispersed droplets downstream the orifice can be attributed to the nonlinear dynamics of the flow;thus, we constructed numerical plots of the streamlines and temporal evolutions of the focused liquid cone in different modes. We identified a phase diagram of the dripping regimes in the plane of mainly dimensionless parameters, which led us to further investigate the effects of liquid physical properties, such as viscosity and interface tension, on the mode transition.For suppression of the nonlinear dynamics, we proposed a geometrical optimization that imports a guiding rod positioning along the axis of the capillary tube. Here, we conducted a numerical analysis on the manipulation of the dripping process, as well as scaling analysis on the appearance of the nonlinear dripping.
