| 1 | CO flux of soil respiration in natural recovering karst abandoned farmland in Southwest China显示文摘To estimate carbon sequestration potential in the karst area,soil respiration in a natural recovering karst abandoned farmland in Shawan,Puding,Guizhou,southwest China was continuously and automatically monitored for more than two years.The results show that the CO2flux of soil respiration(2.63±1.89 lmol m^-2s-^1)is higher in the karst area than in non-karst areas under similar conditions but that regional value(1.32 lmol m-2s-1)is lower because of larger rock fragment coverage(~50%).A the same time,the temperature sensitivity of soil respiration(Q10)in this study area is significantly higher than that of non-karst areas under similar conditions.Soil respiration has an obvious temporal variation,which is reflected in a significant exponential relationship between soil respiration and soil temperature,but the relationship between soil respiration and soil moisture is very complex.Especially soil respiration has an obvious spatial variation,which is likely affected by different diffusion or water-rock reaction processes. | Yanwei Wang Weijun Luo Guangneng Zeng Hanling Yang Meifang Wang Yina Lyu Anyun Cheng Lin Zhang Xianli Cai Jia Chen Shijie Wang | 2020 | Acta Geochimica2020,39,4: | 2 |

| 5 | Filtration assisted pretreatment for rapid enrichment and accurate detection of Salmonella in vegetables显示文摘Rapid detection of target foodborne pathogens plays more and more significant roles in food safety,which requires the efficiency,sensitivity,and accuracy.In this research,we proposed a new st rategy of isothermal-molecular-amplification integrated with lateral-flow-strip for rapid detection of Salmonella without traditional enrichment-culture.Th e designed syringe-assisted-filtration can contribute to simultaneous collection and concentration of target bacterium from vegetable samples in just 3 min,resolving the drawbacks of traditional random sampling protocols.After simple and convenient ultrasonication,samples can be directly amplified at 39℃ in 25 min and the amplicons are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed with the designed lateral-flow-strip in 5 min.Finally,satisfied results have been achieved within 40 min,which greatly improve the efficiency while the accuracy is also guaranteed.Furthermore,all detection steps can be completed under instrument-free conditions.This method will hold great promise for target pathogen detection in the resource-limited district,or for emergency on-site identification. | Bin Li Hanling Wang Jianguo Xu Wei Qu Li Yao Bangben Yao Chao Yan Wei Chen | 2023 | Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,4: | 0 |
| 6 | Safety of femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery versus conventional phacoemulsification for cataract:A meta-analysis and systematic review显示文摘Purpose:To compare the complications of femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery(FLACS)with those of conventional phacoemulsification surgery(CPS)for age-related cataracts.Methods:PubMed,Cochrane Library,and EMBASE were systematically searched for studies comparing FLACS and CPS.Outcomes were operative complications,including the intraoperative capsule tear,postoperative corneal edema,macular edema,uncontrolled IOP,etc.The effect measures were weighted with odds ratios with 95%CIs.Results:Nineteen RCTs and 18 cohort studies,including 24,806 eyes(11,375 of the FLACS group and 13,431 of the CPS group),were identified.There were no significant differences between the two groups in anterior capsule tear,corneal edema,macular edema,uncontrolled IOP,vitreous loss,posterior vitreous detachment,etc.Posterior capsule tear rate showed a significantly lower in RCT subgroups(P=0.04)and without differences in total(P=0.63).Significant differences were observed in the incidence of descemet membrane tear/trauma(P=0.02)and IFIS/iris trauma(P=0.04.Additionally,The FLACS specific complications showed a significantly higher rate of miosis(P=0.0001),corneal epithelial defect(P=0.001),corneal haze(P=0.002),and subconjunctival hemorrhage(P=0.01).Conclusions:FLACS maintains the same safety compared with CPS in terms of all intraoperative and postoperative complications.Although FLACS did show a statistically significant difference for several FLACS specific complications,it would not influence the visual outcome and heal itself. | Jingjie Xu Xinyi Chen Hanle Wang Ke Yao | 2022 | Advances in Ophthalmology Practice and Research2022,2,1: | 0 |
