1(N,F)-codoped TiO_2 Nanocrystals as Visible Light-activated Photocatalyst显示文摘(N, F)-codoped anatase TiO2 nanocrystals with active visible light response were prepared by using a simple sol-gel approach. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements suggested that the substitutional N and F species replaced the lattice oxygen atoms in TiO2 nanocrystals. Such nanocrystals showed strong absorption from 400 to 550 nm, which was mainly induced by nitrogen doping. The phase transformation from anatase to rutile was hindered by fluorine doping at high calcination temperatures, which was verified by XRD patterns. The N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms revealed the absence of mesopores in these nanocrystals. 3AQR is a novel type 2 diabetes-associated gene that regulates signaling pathways critical for glucose metabolism显示文摘Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) is a common metabolic disease influenced by both genetic and environmental factors. In this study, we performed an in-house genotyping and meta-analysis study using three independent GWAS datasets of T2 DM and found that rs3743121, located 1 kb downstream of AQR,was a novel susceptibility SNP associated with T2 DM. The risk allele C of rs3743121 was correlated with the increased expression of AQR in white blood cells, similar to that observed in T2 DM models. The knockdown of AQR in HepG2 facilitated the glucose uptake, decreased the expression level of PCK2,increased the phosphorylation of GSK-3β, and restored the insulin sensitivity. Furthermore, the suppression of AQR inhibited the mTOR pathway and the protein ubiquitination process. 10Parametric Study of Operating Conditions on Performances of a Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell显示文摘The operating conditions greatly affect the electrolysis performance and temperature distribution of solid oxide electrolysis cells(SOECs).However,the temperature distribution in a cell is hard to determine by experiments due to the limitations of in-situ measurement methods.In this study,an electrochemical-flow-thermal coupling numerical cell model is established and verified by both current-voltage curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)results.The electrolysis performance and temperature distribution under different working conditions are numerically analyzed,including operating temperature,steam and hydrogen partial pressures in the fuel gas,inlet flow rate and inlet temperature of fuel gas.The results show that the electrolysis performance improves with increasing operating temperature.Increasing steam partial pressure improves electrolysis performance and temperature distribution uniformity,but decreases steam conversion rate.An inappropriately low hydrogen partial pressure reduces the diffusion ability of fuel gas mixture and increases concentration impedance.Although increasing the flow rate of fuel gas improves electrolysis performance,it also reduces temperature distribution uniformity.A lower airflow rate benefits temperature distribution uniformity.The inlet temperature of fuel gas has little influence on electrolysis performance.In order to obtain a more uniform temperature distribution,it is more important to preheat the air than the fuel gas.CHEN Hanming WANG Jingyi XU Xinhai 2023Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,6:0

14Wellbore temperature distribution during drilling of natural gas hydrate formation in South China sea显示文摘The natural gas hydrate resources in the South China Sea alone are about 85 trillion cubic meters.In the drilling process of marine gas hydrate,the natural gas hydrate will decompose and produce gas,as the rising of temperature and dropping of the pressure in the annulus.This process will have a significant impact on drilling safety.Therefore,it is necessary to study the wellbore temperature distribution during the drilling of marine hydrate layer.In this paper,the wellbore temperature distribution of safe drilling in hydrated formation is taken as the research goal,and the research status of relevant domestic and international wellbore temperatures was investigated.According to the characteristics of the marine environment and reservoir-forming characteristics of hydrate reservoirs in the South China Sea,the wellbore temperature distribution model of offshore drilling wellbore under the condition of hydrate decomposition was established.The temperature distribution curve of drilling straight wellbore in hydrate layer of South China Sea was obtained.When drilling the hydrate reservoir,the distribution regularity of the wellbore temperature is similar to that of the conventional offshore drilling wellbore.However,the temperature of the wellbore annulus near the hydrate decomposition site is lower than the ambient temperature,mainly due to the hydrate decomposition endothermic.In this paper,the sensitivity analysis of several main parameters of the wellbore temperature distribution of drilling straight wellbore in hydrate layer of South China Sea was carried out.Through the conduction of experiment and numerical simulation,we have get some new findings:(1)The hydrate saturation has little effect on the wellbore temperature;(2)As the drilling fluid displacement increases,the annulus temperature of the wellbore above the mudline increases,and the temperature of the wellbore below the mudline decreases continuously;(3)As the density of the drilling fluid increases,the temperature at the wellhead decreases,and the temperature at the bottom of the well increases slightly;(4)The greater the rate of penetration of the well,the temperature at the upper part of the wellbore decreases,and the temperature at the bottom of the wellbore increases;Among them,the penetration rate has the most obvious effect on the annular temperature.The results are expected to be helpful to guide the drilling process of marine gas hydrate and offer some references.Xiaolong Zhao Yizhong Zhao Zenglin Wang Gang Chen Peng Li Wei Liang Xuefeng Gao Hanming Xu Lin Jiang Na Wei 2021Petroleum2021,7,4:0
15Genetic structure of Aedes albopictus(Diptera:Culicidae)populations in China and relationship with the knockdown resistance mutations显示文摘Background Mosquito control is needed to prevent dengue fever, which is mainly spread byAedes albopictus in China. Application of insecticides is one of the main mosquito control methods;however, this approach can fail due to the knockdown resistance (kdr) gene mutation that causes decreased sensitivity to insecticides inAe. albopictus. Thekdr mutation patterns among different regions in China differ significantly. However, the underlying mechanism and factors that influencekdr mutation remain unclear. To explore the potential influence of genetic background on the development of insecticide resistance inAe. albopictus, we analyzed the genetic structure ofAe. albopictus populations in China and its correlation with majorkdr mutations.Methods We collectedAe. albopictus from 17 sites in 11 provinces (municipalities) across China from 2016 to 2021 and extracted the genomic DNA from individual adult mosquitoes. We selected eight microsatellite loci for genotyping, and based on microsatellite scores, we estimated intraspecific genetic diversity, population structure, and effective population size. The association between the intrapopulation genetic variation and F1534 mutation rate was evaluated by the Pearson correlation coefficient.Results Based on variation analysis of the microsatellite loci of 453 mosquitoes representing 17 populations throughout China, more than 90% of the variation occurred within individuals, whereas only about 9% of the variation occurred among populations, indicating that field populations ofAe. albopictus are highly polymorphic. The northern populations tended to belong to gene pool I (BJFT 60.4%, SXXA 58.4%, SDJN 56.1%, SXYC 46.8%), the eastern populations tended to belong to pool III (SH 49.5%, JZHZ 48.1%), and the southern populations tended to belong to three different gene pools. Moreover, we observed that the greater the fixation index (FST), the lower the wild-type frequency of F1534 ofVSGC.Conclusions The degree of genetic differentiation amongAe. albopictus populations in China was low. These populations were divided into three gene pools, in which the northern and eastern pools are relatively homogeneous, while the southern gene pool is heterogeneous.
