1Effects of dietary fiber on human health显示文摘Dietary fiber(DF)is believed to provide important health benefits and it has become a research hotspot.DF exists in most natural foods,including fruits(16.74%-91.24%),vegetables(6.53%-85.19%),grains(9.76%-69.20%)and so on.DF has different physicochemical properties such as water holding capacity(WHC)(2.01-25.03 g/g),water swelling capacity(WSC)(0.95-23.90 mL/g),oil holding capacity(OHC)(0.65-29.00 g/g),glucose adsorption capacity(GAC)(0.17-4.65 mmol/g),cholesterol adsorption capacity(CAC)(0.03-37.10 mg/g)and viscosity,which make it exhibits different physiological functions such as reducing the risk of obesity,diabetes,cancer,and intestinal diseases.On the basis of consulting related databases,the physicochemical properties of DF and its derived physiological functions are reviewed.It is found that DF has effect on the prevention and treatment of obesity due to good WHC,WSC,OHC and CAC.Good GAC can relieve the symptoms of diabetes.The physicochemical properties of WHC and WSC can reduce the risk of cancer.The WHC,WSC and viscosity are beneficial to intestinal health.Yang He Bixiang Wang Liankui Wen Fengzhong Wang Hansong Yu Dongxia Chen Xin Su Chi Zhang 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,1:15
2Extraction of penicillin G by aqueous two-phase system of [Bmim]BF_(4)/NaH_(2)PO_(4)显示文摘A novel approach for the extraction of penicil-lin G by aqueous two-phase system comprised of hydrophilic ionic liquid [Bmim]BF4 (1-butyl-3- methylimidazolium tetra-fluoroborate) and NaH2PO4 is reported. The effects of some important parameters involving the concentration of NaH2PO4, the concentration of penicillin G, the amount of [Bmim]BF4 on the formation of aqueous two-phase system and the extraction yield of penicillin were investigated. 7Research on Asymmetric Fault Location of Wind Farm Collection System Based on Compressed Sensing显示文摘Aiming at the problem that most of the cables in the power collection systemof offshore wind farms are buried deep in the seabed,whichmakes it difficult to detect faults,this paper proposes a two-step fault location method based on compressed sensing and ranging equation.The first step is to determine the fault zone through compressed sensing,and improve the datameasurement,dictionary design and algorithmreconstruction:Firstly,the phase-locked loop trigonometric functionmethod is used to suppress the spike phenomenon when extracting the fault voltage,so that the extracted voltage valuewillnot have a large error due to the voltage fluctuation.Secondly,theλ-NIM dictionary is designed by using the node impedancematrix and the fault location coefficient to further reduce the influence of pseudo-fault points.Finally,the CoSaMP algorithmis improved with the generalized Jaccard coefficient to improve the reconstruction accuracy.The second step is to use the ranging equation to accurately locate the asymmetric fault of the wind farm collection system on the basis of determining the fault interval.The simulation results show that the proposedmethod ismore accurate than the compressedsensingmethod andimpedancemethod in fault section location and fault location accuracy,the relative error is reduced from 0.75%to 0.4%,and has a certain anti-noise ability.Huanan Yu Gang Han Hansong Luo He Wang 2023Energy Engineering2023,120,9:0
