1Anthropogenic emission inventories in China:a review显示文摘The development of reliable anthropogenic emission inventories is essential for both understanding the sources of air pollution and designing effective air-pollution-control measures in China. However, it is challenging to quantify emissions in China accurately, given the variety of contributing sources, the complexity of the technology mix and the lack of reliable measurements. Over the last two decades,tremendous efforts have been made to improve the accuracy of emission inventories, and significant improvements have been realized. More reliable statistics and survey-based data have been used to reduce the uncertainties in activity rates and technology distributions. Local emission factors and source profiles covering various sources have been measured and reported. Based on these local databases, improved emission inventory models have been developed for power plants, large industrial plants and the residential,transportation and agricultural sectors. In this paper, we review the progress that has been made in developing inventories of anthropogenic emissions in China. We first highlight the major updates that have been made to emission inventory models and the underlying data by source category. We then summarize the sector-based estimates of emissions of different species contained in current inventories. The progress that has been made in the development of model-ready emissions is also presented. 2Numerical analysis of thermal-hydraulic behavior of supercritical water in vertical upward/downward flow channels显示文摘Investigations on the thermal-hydraulic behavior in the SCWR fuel assembly have obtained a significant attention in the international SCWR community. However, there is still a lack of understanding of the heat transfer behavior of supercritical fluids. In this paper, the numerical analysis is carried out to study the thermal-hydraulic behaviour in vertical sub-channels cooled by supercritical water. Remarkable differences in characteristics of secondary flow are found, especially in square lattice, between the upward flow and downward flow. The turbulence mixing across sub-channel gap for downward flow is much stronger than that for upward flow in wide lattice when the bulk temperature is lower than pseudo-critical point temperature. 5Reconfigurable Plasmonic Nanostructures Controlled by DNA Origami显示文摘Precise surface functionalization and reconfigurable capability of nanomaterials are essential to construct complex nanostructures with specific functions.Here we show tire assembly of a reconfigurable plasmonic nanostructure,which executes both conformational and plasmonic changes in response to DNA strands.In this work,different sized gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)were arranged site-specifically on the surface of a DNA origami clamp nanostructure.The opening and closing of the DNA origami clamp could be precisely controlled by a series of strand emplacement reactions.Therefore,the patterns of these AuNPs could be switched between two different configura-tions.The observed plasmon band shift indicates the change of the plasmonic interactions among the assembled AuNPs.Our study achieves the construction of reconfigurable nanomaterials with tunable plasmonic interactions,and will enrich the toolbox of DNA-based functional nanomachinery.LONG Qipeng YU Hanyang LI Zhe 2020Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,2:0
6Relationship between morphospecies and microcystin-producing genotypes of Microcystis species in Chinese freshwaters显示文摘Twenty water bodies in China were sampled,and 186 strains of different Microcystis species were isolated,from which eight morpho species were identified and 43 stains containing the mcyB gene were detected.Phylogenetic analysis based on the mcyB gene indicated that the microcystin(MC)-producing Microcystis in China could be divided into two groups(ⅠandⅡ)and showed significant differences between the two groups.The maximum sequence similarity was 69.1%.Microcystins(MCs)were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analysis,and no microcystin-RR(MC-RR)was detected in some strains belonging to GroupⅡ.Compared to other regions of the world,the proportion of Chinese MC-producing was different,and the regional differences were more obvious.A whole-cell polymerase chain reactio(PCR)assay was conducted to analyze the proportion of the mcyB gene in the laboratory cultured and field cultured Microcystis.The proportion of four morphospecies(M.vividis,M.ichthyoblabe,M.novacekii,and M.aeruginosa)that contained the mcyB gene exceeded 50%in the field cultured sample s.Compared with former studies,M.aeruginosa was the mo st likely morphotype that can produce MCs in the world.This study provided new insight of Microcystis hazard assessment and field monitoring.Yang LIU Youxin CHEN Haiyan FANG Hanyang LU Xingqiang WU Gongliang YU Shin-ichi NAKANO Renhui LI 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,5:0
7YuNet: A Tiny Millisecond-level Face Detector显示文摘Great progress has been made toward accurate face detection in recent years.However,the heavy model and expensive computation costs make it difficult to deploy many detectors on mobile and embedded devices where model size and latency are highly constrained.In this paper,we present a millisecond-level anchor-free face detector,YuNet,which is specifically designed for edge devices.There are several key contributions in improving the efficiency-accuracy trade-off.First,we analyse the influential state-of-theart face detectors in recent years and summarize the rules to reduce the size of models.Then,a lightweight face detector,YuNet,is introduced.Our detector contains a tiny and efficient feature extraction backbone and a simplified pyramid feature fusion neck.To the best of our knowledge,YuNet has the best trade-off between accuracy and speed.It has only 75856 parameters and is less than 1/5 of other small-size detectors.In addition,a training strategy is presented for the tiny face detector,and it can effectively train models with the same distribution of the training set.The proposed YuNet achieves 81.1%mAP(single-scale)on the WIDER FACE validation hard track with a high inference efficiency(Intel i7-12700K:1.6ms per frame at 320×320).Because of its unique advantages,the repository for YuNet and its predecessors has been popular at GitHub and gained more than 11K stars at http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460asvfq66puqvpx966kp.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/ShiqiYu/libfacedetection.Keywords:Face detection,object detection,computer version,lightweight,inference efficiency,anchor-free mechanism.Wei Wu Hanyang Peng Shiqi Yu 2023Machine Intelligence Research2023,20,5:0
8The induction of PANoptosis in KRAS-mutant pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells by a multispecific platinum complex显示文摘Oncogenic KRAS reprograms pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC) cells to a state that is awfully resistant to apoptosis.An alternative coping strategy is to trigger a nonapoptotic cell death.Herein,a multi specific platinum complex SEP was constructed by conjugating a quinone derivative seratrodast to a prodrug of cisplatin.Interestingly,SEP-treated KRAS-mutant PDAC cells showed the characteristics of pyroptosis,apoptosis and necroptosis,similar to PANoptosis(a newfound inflammatory cell death).Mechanistically,SEP could enter cancer cells effectively,then damage nuclear DNA,boost mitochondrial superoxide anion radicals and affect various signaling pathways related to redox homeostasis and tumor metabolism.To our best knowledge,SEP is the first metal complex,even small molecule,to elicit PANoptosis(pyroptosis,apoptosis and necroptosis) in cancer cells,providing a new strategy to overcome apoptotic resistance of KRAS-mutant PDAC.Xin Yuan Shuren Zhang Xuanmeng Zhong Hao Yuan Dongfan Song Xiaoyu Wang Hanyang Yu Zijian Guo 2022Science China Chemistry2022,65,10:0
