3Joint Computation Offloading and Resource Allocation for Mobile-Edge Computing Assisted Ultra-Dense Networks显示文摘Mobile-edge computing(MEC),enabling to offload computing tasks on mobile devices towards edge servers,can reduce the terminals cost.However,a single MEC sever usually has limited computing capabilities,which can not meet a large number of terminals’requirements.In this paper,we consider an ultra-dense networks(UDN)scenario where the macro base stations(MBSs)are assisted by MEC severs.In particular,we first construct system model for MEC assisted UDN,and build the system overhead minimization.Next,in order to solve the problem,we transform the problem into three sub-problems,i.e.,offloading strategies subproblem,channel assignments subproblem,and power allocation subproblem.Then,employing joint offloading and resource allocation algorithms,we obtain the optimal joint strategy for the MEC assisted UDNs.Finally,simulations are conducted to evaluate the performance of our proposed algorithms.Numerical results show that obtained algorithms can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the system and improve the overall performance of the system.Ya Gao Haoran Zhang Fei Yu Yujie Xia Yongpeng Shi 2022Journal of Communications and Information Networks2022,7,1:3
4Transplantation of Mesenchymal Stem Cells Attenuates Acute Liver Failure in Mice via an Interleukin-4-dependent Switch to the M2 Macrophage Anti-inflammatory Phenotype显示文摘Background and Aims:Transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)derived from bone marrow(BM)is an alternative treatment of acute liver failure(ALF)mainly be-cause of the resulting anti-inflammatory activity.It is not known how MSCs regulate local immune responses and liver regeneration.This study explored the effects of MSCs on hepatic macrophages and the Wnt signaling pathway in ALF.Methods:MSCs were isolated from BM aspirates of C57BL/6J mice,and transplanted in mice with ALF induced by D-galactosamine(D-Gal).The proliferation of hepato-cytes was assayed by immunohistochemical(IHC)staining of Ki-67 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA).The levels of key proteins in the Wnt signaling pathway were assayed by western blotting and cytokines were determined enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISAs).A mac-rophage polarization assay characterized the M1/M2 ratio.The potential role of interleukin-4(IL-4)in the biological ac-tivity of MSCs was determined by silencing of IL-4.Results:Transplantation of allogeneic MSCs significantly attenuated D-Gal-induced hepatic inflammation and promoted liver re-generation.MSC transplantation significantly promoted a phenotypic switch from proinflamatory M1 macrophages to anti-inflammatory M2 macrophages,leading to significant Wnt-3a induction and activation of the Wnt signaling path-way in mice with D-Gal-induced ALF.Of the paracrine fac-tors secreted by MSCs(G-CSF,IL-6,IL-1 beta,IL-4,and IL-17A),IL-4 was specifically induced following transplantation in the ALF model mice.The silencing of IL-4 significantly ab-rogated the phenotypic switch to M2 macrophages and the protective effects of MSCs in both the ALF model mice and a co-culture model in an IL-4 dependent manner.Conclu-sions:In vivo and in vitro studies showed that MSCs ame-liorated ALF through an IL-4-dependent macrophage switch toward the M2 anti-inflammatory phenotype.The findings may have clinical implications in that overexpression of IL-4 may enhance the therapeutic effects of allogeneic MSC transplantation in the treatment of ALF.Jinglin Wang Haoran Ding Jingchao Zhou Senzhe Xia Xiaolei Shi Haozhen Ren 2022Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,4:2
5Programmed death ligand-1 regulates angiogenesis and metastasis by participating in the c-JUN/VEGFR2 signaling axis in ovarian cancer显示文摘Background:Although programmed cell death-ligand 1(PD-L1)plays a wellknown function in immune checkpoint response by interacting with programmed cell death-1(PD-1),the cell-intrinsic role of PD-L1 in tumors is still unclear.Here,we explored the molecular regulatory mechanism of PD-L1 in the progression and metastasis of ovarian cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemistry of benign tissues and ovarian cancer samples was performed,followed by migration,invasion,and angiogenesis assays in PDL1-knockdown ovarian cancer cells.Immunoprecipitation,mass spectrometry,and chromatin immunoprecipitation were conducted along with zebrafish and mouse experiments to explore the specific functions and mechanisms of PD-L1 in ovarian cancer.Results:Our results showed that PD-L1 induced angiogenesis,which further promoted cell migration and invasion in vitro and in vivo of ovarian cancer.Mechanistically,PD-L1 was identified to directly interact with vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2(VEGFR2)and then activated the FAK/AKT pathway,which further induced angiogenesis and tumor progression,leading to poor prognosis of ovarian cancer patients.Meanwhile,PD-L1 was found to be regulated by the oncogenic transcription factor c-JUN at the transcriptional level,which enhanced the expression of PD-L1 in ovarian cancer.Furthermore,we demonstrated that PD-L1 inhibitor durvalumab,combined with the antiangiogenic drug,apatinib,could enhance the effect of anti-angiogenesis and the inhibition of cell migration and invasion.Conclusion:Our results demonstrated that PD-L1 promoted the angiogenesis and metastasis of ovarian cancer by participating in the c-JUN/VEGFR2 signaling axis,suggesting that the combination of PD-L1 inhibitor and antiangiogenic drugs may be considered as a potential therapeutic approach for ovarian cancer patients.Yufei Yang Lingfang Xia Yong Wu Hongyu Zhou Xin Chen Haoran Li Midie Xu Zihao Qi Ziliang Wang Huizhen Sun Xi Cheng 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,6:1
6Controllable two-dimensional Kerr and Raman–Kerr frequency combs in microbottle resonators with selectable dispersion显示文摘We report a broadband two-dimensional(2 D) Kerr and Raman–Kerr frequency comb generation in a silica bottle resonator accounting for azimuthal and axial degrees of freedom and pioneer a method that allows for controlled and reversible switching between a four wave mixing(FWM) state and a stimulated Raman scattering state. The repetition rate of the Raman–Kerr comb is not an integer number of the free spectral range, which spans more than 242 nm with hundreds of teeth. We show that, experimentally and numerically, multiple 2 D comb regimes can be selectively accessed via dispersion engineering by exciting different orders of axial modes or modifying the curvature of the axial profile, involving cascaded FWM, Raman lasing, and Raman-assisted FWM. The effect of axial curvature on dispersion is associated with the axial mode number in bottle resonators. 7Prediction of decline in shale gas well production using stable carbon isotope technique显示文摘Prediction of shale gas production is a challenging task because of the complex fracture-pore networks and gas flow mechanisms in shale reservoirs.Empirical methods,which are used in the industry to forecast the future production of shale gas,have not been assessed sufficiently to warrant high confidence in their results.Methane carbon isotopic signals have been used for producing gas wells,and are controlled by physical properties and physics-controlling production;they serve as a unique indicator of the gas production status.Here,a workable process,which is combined with a gas isotope interpretation tool(also known as a numerical simulator),has been implemented in Longrnaxi shale gas wells to predict the production decline curves.The numerical simulator,which takes into account a convection-diffu-sion-adsorption model for the matrix and a convection model for fractures in^(13)CH_(4) and ^(12)CH_(4) isotopologues,was used to stabilize the carbon isotope variation in the produced gas to elucidate gas recovery.Combined with the production rates of the four developing wells,the total reserves ranged from 1.72×10^(8) to 2.02×10^(8) m^(3),which were used to constrain the trend of two-segment produc-tion decline curves that exhibited a transition from a hyperbolic equation to an exponential one within 0.82-0.89 year.Two-segment production decline curves were used to forecast future production and estimate ultimate recovery.Shengxian ZHAO Shujuan KANG Majia ZHENG Shuangfang LU Yunfeng YANG Huanxu ZHANG Yongyang LIU Ziqiang XIA Chenglin ZHANG Haoran HU Di ZHU 2021Frontiers of Earth Science2021,15,4:1
8In-situ deposition of Pd/Pd_(4)S heterostructure on hollow carbon spheres as efficient electrocatalysts for rechargeable Li-O_(2)batteries显示文摘The sluggish kinetics of oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)have always restricted the development of lithium oxygen batteries(LOBs).Herein,hollow carbon spheres loaded with Pd/Pd_(4)S heterostructure(Pd/Pd_(4)S@HCS)were successfully prepared via the in-situ deposition to improve the electrocatalytic activities for both ORR and OER in LOBs.With the welldispersed Pd/Pd_(4)S nanoparticles,the hierarchical composite with large specific surface area offers favorable transport channels for ions,electron and oxygen.Especially,the Pd/Pd_(4)S nanoparticles could exhibit excellent electrochemical performance for ORR and OER due to their intrinsic catalytic property and interfacial effect from the heterostructure.Therefore,the LOBs with Pd/Pd_(4)S@HCS as cathode catalyst show improved specific capacities,good rate ability and stable cycling performance.Xiaomeng Liu Qishun Huang Jun Wang Lanling Zhao Haoran Xu Qing Xia Deyuan Li Lei Qian Huaisheng Wang Jintao Zhang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,6:1
9High-spatial-resolution composition analysis of micro/nanostructures with a nanoscale compositional variation显示文摘The composition of materials in a micro-/nano-devices plays a key role in determining their mechanical,physical,and chemical properties.Especially,for devices with a compositional change on nanoscale which can often be achieved by point-by-point direct writing technology using a focused ion beam(FIB),electron beam(EB),or laser beam(LB),but so far,nanoscale composition analysis of a large-area micro/nano structures with a variation composition remains a big challenge in cost,simpleness,and flexibility.Here we present a feasible route to realize large-area composition analysis with nanoscale spatial resolution by using Raman spectroscopy.We experimentally verified the capability of this method by analyzing a complex Sn-SnOx system of a microscale grayscale mask with nanoscale spatial resolution of composition.Further analyses using Auger electron spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and atomic force microscopy indicated the effectiveness and practicality of our method.This work opens up a way to analyze the composition of a large-area complex system at a nanoscale spatial resolution,and the method can be extended to many other material systems.Meng Wang Xiaofeng Wang Zhican Zhou Feng Xia Haoran Zhang Artem Shelaev Xinzheng Zhang Chuanfei Guo Jingjun Xu Qian Liu 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:0
10In-depth understanding of ionic liquid assisted perovskite film formation mechanism for two-step perovskite photovoltaics显示文摘Ionic liquids(ILs)have been widely applied in the one-step fabrication of perovskite with noticeable enhancement in the device performance.However,in-depth mechanism of ionic-liquid-assisted perovskite film formation is not well understood for also important two-step perovskite fabrication method,with better control of crystallization behavior.In this work,we introduced ionic liquid methylammonium formate(MAFa)into organic salt to produce perovskite film via a two-step method.Systematic investigations on the influence of MAFa on the perovskite thin film formation mechanism were performed.Ionic liquid is shown to assist lowering the perovskite formation enthalpy upon the density functional theory(DFT)calculation,leading to an accelerated crystallization process evidenced by in-situ UV-Vis absorption measurement.A gradient up-down distribution of ionic liquid has been confirmed by timeof-flight SIMS.Importantly,besides the surface passivation,we found the HCOO-can diffuse into the perovskite crystals to fill up the halide vacancies,resulting in significant reduction of trap states.Uniform perovskite films with significantly larger grains and less defect density were prepared with the help of MAFa IL,and the corresponding device efficiency over 23%was obtained by two-step process with remarkably improved stability.This research work provides an efficient strategy to tune the morphology and opto-electronic properties of perovskite materials via ionic-liquid-assisted two-step fabrication method,which is beneficial for upscaling and application of perovskite photovoltaics.Fei Wang Patrick Wai-Keung Fong Zhiwei Ren Hai-Lun Xia Kang Zhou Kai Wang Jiajie Zhu Xiaoxi Huang Xiao-Yuan Liu Hao Wang Yumeng Shi Haoran Lin Quanyao Zhu Gang Li Hanlin Hu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,10:0
11Assessment on gas-polyethylene terephthalate solid interface partial discharge properties of C4F7N/CO_(2)gas mixture for eco-friendly gas insulating transformer显示文摘The eco-friendly insulating gas perfluoroisobutyronitrile(C_(4)F_(7)N)is potentially used in gas-insulated transformers(GIT)to replace sulphur hexafluoride(SF_(6)).However,evaluation of the long-term insulation reliability and gas–solid interface discharge decomposition characteristics of the gas–solid film insulation structure in GIT is indispensable.The authors simulated the gas–solid film insulation structure in GIT and explored the interface partial discharge(PD)characteristics of C4F7N/CO_(2)gas mixture with polyethylene terephthalate(PET).The effect of gas pressure,mixing ratio on gas–solid interface gas decomposition,PET degradation was investigated,and the interaction mechanism was analysed.It is found that the interface PD generated three degradation regions on a PET film.The gas–solid interface reaction in the electrode contact region and the discharge development trace was significantly higher than that of halation region.The content of gas decomposition products decreases with the increase of gas pressure and the PD intensity of SF6-PET is inferior to that of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)under the same condition.Relevant results provide reference for the development and application of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)based GIT.Song Xiao Yifan Wang Chenhua Ren Haoran Xia Yue Zhao Jingzi Qin Xiaoxing Zhang Yi Luo Yi Li 2024High Voltage2024,9,1:0
12Mixed-phase Mesoporous TiO2 Film for High Efficiency Perovskite Solar Cells显示文摘Mesoporous scaffold structures have played great roles in halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs),due to the excellent photovoltaic performance and commercial perspective of mesoporous PSCs.Here,we reported a mixed-phase TiO2 mesoporous film as an efficient electron transport layer(ETL)for mesoporous perovskite solar cells.Due to the improved crystal phase,fihn thickness and nanopartMe size of TiO2 layer,which were controlled by varying the one-step hydrothermal reaction time and annealing time,the PSCs exhibited an outstanding short circuit photocurrent density of 25.27 mA/cm^2,and a maximum power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 19.87%.It is found that the ultra-high Jsc attributes to the excellent film quality,light capturing and excellent electron transport ability of mixed-phase TiO2 mesoporous film.The results indicate that mix-phase mesoporous metal oxide fihns could be a promising candidate for producing effective ETLs and high efficiency PSCs.XIANG Yan ZHUANG Jia MA Zhu LU Honglin XIA Haoran ZHOU Weiya ZHANG Tao LI Haimin 2019Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2019,35,1:0
13Preparation and Electrochemical Performance of Si@void@NC Composite with a Tunable Nitrogen Doping Content in the Carbon Layer显示文摘A strategy for the preparation nitrogen-doped carbon encapsulated Si nanocomposite with a void layer(Si@void@NC)is proposed,in which the nitrogen doping content in the carbon layer is tunable.Aniline and ortho-phenylenediamine are both selected as the nitrogen,carbon sources and co-polymerized on Si@SiO_(2),in which SiO_(2)is functionalized as a void template.SEM and TEM observation show that Si nanoparticles are encapsulated in a hollow and interconnected carbon cages with a thickness of less than 10 nm,which is inclined to agglomerate together to form larger particles in micrometer scale.The variation of mole ratio of aniline and ortho-phenylenediamine will enable the change of nitrogen doping level in the carbon layer and ranges from 3.2%to 8.4%.The nitrogen is doped into the carbon framework in the form of pyridinic,pyrrolic and graphitic nitrogen.Electrochemical tests indicate that the nitrogen content influences the SEI formation and the lithiation of Si nanoparticles.The potential for the decomposition of electrolyte to form SEI film and the alloying of Si-Li negatively shift when the nitrogen doping content is increased.Furthermore,the cycling performance of Si@void@NC is improved when raising the nitrogen content in the carbon.And the optimal nitrogen content is 7.5%,which is corresponding to the mole ratio of aniline to ortho-phenylenediamine is 5:5.Yuan QIN Renzhong HUANG Yan DONG Liufen XIA Haoran YU Guodong JIANG 2021Research and Application of Materials Science2021,3,2:0
14Identification of optimal reference genes in golden Syrian hamster with ethanol-and palmitoleic acid-induced acute pancreatitis using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction显示文摘Background:Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a severe disorder that leads to high morbidity and mortality.Appropriate reference genes are important for gene analysis in AP.This study sought to study the expression stability of several reference genes in the golden Syrian hamster,a model of AP.Methods:AP was induced in golden Syrian hamster by intraperitoneal injection of ethanol(1.35 g/kg)and palmitoleic acid(2 mg/kg).The expression of candidate genes,including Actb,Gapdh,Eef2,Ywhaz,Rps18,Hprt1,Tubb,Rpl13a,Nono,and B2m,in hamster pancreas at different time points(1,3,6,9,and 24 h)posttreatment was analyzed using quantitative polymerase chain reaction.The expression stability of these genes was calculated using Best Keeper,Comprehensive Delta CT,Norm Finder,and ge Norm algorithms and Ref Finder software.Results:Our results show that the expression of these reference genes fluctuated during AP,of which Ywhaz and Gapdh were the most stable genes,whereas Tubb,Eef2,and Actb were the least stable genes.Furthermore,these genes were used to normalize the expression of TNF-αmessenger ribonucleic acid in inflamed pancreas.Conclusions:In conclusion,Ywhaz and Gapdh were suitable reference genes for gene expression analysis in AP induced in Syrian hamster.Jinxin Miao Le Kang Tianfeng Lan Jianyao Wang Siqing Wu Yifan Jia Xia Xue Haoran Guo Pengju Wang Yan Li 2023Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2023,6,6:0
15Cooperative multi-target hunting by unmanned surface vehicles based on multi-agent reinforcement learning显示文摘To solve the problem of multi-target hunting by an unmanned surface vehicle(USV)fleet,a hunting algorithm based on multi-agent reinforcement learning is proposed.Firstly,the hunting environment and kinematic model without boundary constraints are built,and the criteria for successful target capture are given.Then,the cooperative hunting problem of a USV fleet is modeled as a decentralized partially observable Markov decision process(Dec-POMDP),and a distributed partially observable multitarget hunting Proximal Policy Optimization(DPOMH-PPO)algorithm applicable to USVs is proposed.In addition,an observation model,a reward function and the action space applicable to multi-target hunting tasks are designed.To deal with the dynamic change of observational feature dimension input by partially observable systems,a feature embedding block is proposed.By combining the two feature compression methods of column-wise max pooling(CMP)and column-wise average-pooling(CAP),observational feature encoding is established.Finally,the centralized training and decentralized execution framework is adopted to complete the training of hunting strategy.Each USV in the fleet shares the same policy and perform actions independently.Simulation experiments have verified the effectiveness of the DPOMH-PPO algorithm in the test scenarios with different numbers of USVs.Moreover,the advantages of the proposed model are comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of algorithm performance,migration effect in task scenarios and self-organization capability after being damaged,the potential deployment and application of DPOMH-PPO in the real environment is verified.Jiawei Xia Yasong Luo Zhikun Liu Yalun Zhang Haoran Shi Zhong Liu 2023Defence Technology(防务技术)2023,29,11:0
16Full-length transcriptome sequence and SSR marker development for genetic diversity research in yellowfin seabream Acanthopagrus latus显示文摘Yellowfin seabream Acanthopagrus latus is an important economic fish in Chinese coastal areas.Given its narrow distribution and overfishing,the genetic diversity of yellowfin seabream has been restricted for artificial breeding and reproduction.We performed full-length transcriptome sequencing and assembly of the genome of yellowfin seabream.A total of 68086 unigenes were obtained,with an N50 of 3391 bp on average length of 2933 bp.A total number of 50593 expressed sequence tags linked to simple sequence repeats(EST-SSR)were identified,among them dinucleotide repeats(40.6%)and AC/GT motifs(38.5%)were the most frequent.Of the 190 EST-SSRs for which PCR primer pairs were designed,150 primer pairs successfully amplified target loci and 15 SSRs showed high polymorphism.The alleles per locus ranged 6-50 on average of 25.3.The expected and observed heterozygosity varied from 0.632 to 0.969 and from 0.519 to 0.953,respectively.The polymorphic index content(PIC)values of each locus ranged 0.587-0.966 on average of 0.851.Among six yellowfin seabream population samples preliminarily tested for genetic diversity and differentiation,the Fangchenggang(FCG)population in Guangxi Province had the highest mean observed heterozygosity(H_(o))value(0.786),whereas the Zhangzhou(ZZ)population in Fujian Province had the lowest(0.678).The pairwise fixation index(Fst)values indicated significant population differentiation among six yellowfin seabream populations.This study provided evidence for the usefulness of the transcriptomic resource information and EST-SSR markers for natural resource conservation,population genetics,and breeding studies of yellowfin seabream in South China.Jin ZHANG Jinmei LIU Chong HAN Cheng PENG Yong LI Junhong XIA Yong ZHANG Shuisheng LI Haoran LIN 2023Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2023,41,3:0
17Elucidating cellular interactome of chikungunya virus identifies host dependency factors显示文摘Chikungunya virus(CHIKV)is a re-emerging mosquito-transmitted RNA virus causing joint and muscle pain.To better understand how CHIKV rewires the host cell and usurps host cell functions,we generated a systematic CHIKV-human protein-protein interaction map and revealed several novel connections that will inform further mechanistic studies.One of these novel interactions,between the viral protein E1 and STIP1 homology and U-box containing protein 1(STUB1),was found to mediate ubiquitination of E1 and degrade E1 through the proteasome.Capsid associated with G3BP1,G3BP2 and AAAþATPase valosin-containing protein(VCP).Furthermore,VCP inhibitors blocked CHIKV infection,suggesting VCP could serve as a therapeutic target.Further work is required to fully understand the functional consequences of these interactions.Given that CHIKV proteins are conserved across alphaviruses,many virus-host protein-protein interactions identified in this study might also exist in other alphaviruses.Construction of interactome of CHIKV provides the basis for further studying the function of alphavirus biology.Peiqi Yin Xia Jian Yihan Liu Yuwen Liu Lu Lv Haoran Cui Leiliang Zhang 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,4:0
18Leptomeningeal metastasis from central nervous system tumors: A study of classification and stage in the spinal canal of 58 patients显示文摘Leptomeningeal metastasis (LM) is caused by the spread of malignant tumor cells into the subarachnoid space.However,classification and staging of LM in the spinal canal is rare in the literature.The authors reviewed the records of 58 Chinese patients with LM for clinical features,neuroimaging,and treatments.Gadolinium-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of brain and spinal cord were performed in all patients.Removal of intracranial tumors was performed in all patients and diagnoses were confirmed by histology.The study group consisted of 58 patients,with 29 cases presenting with intraspinal symptoms.Of the 58,8 patients underwent intraspinal tumor removal,8 received radiotherapy alone,9 received chemotherapy alone,and 34 patients received combined radiochemotherapy.We classified LM into 3 types:type L or leptomeninges LM,is subdivided into 2 subtypes (subtype LI and LII (a,b)),type N or nerve root LM is subdivided into 2 subtypes (subtype NI and NII (a,b)),and type M or mixed-type LM.We also divided LM into stages of I-IV according to the symptoms and the volume of the tumor based on spinal axial MRI.Type LI LM often occurs in patients with intracranial and intraspinal tumors found simultaneously.Patients who receive surgery for intracranial tumors may present with type N LM.Surgery is suitable for patients with NI LM and LIIb LM in stages III-IV,presenting with severe spinal symptoms.The prognosis is better for type N LM than type L LM.ZHANG MingShan OU YunWei ZHANG HongWei ZHANG JunPing XIA Lei QU YanMing WANG HaoRan ZHAN QiMin SONG YongMei YU ChunJiang 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22:0
